    Was very nervous since I am quite used to barbers and their clipper happy tendencies. Got my hair cut with Vanessa, she was so helpful, totally went at the pace I felt comfortable and made sure I was okay with everything she did along the way. I definitely recommend anyone to Vanessa!!

    Sandy is amazing 👏. Ive grown up my whole life and my father owned a salon, making sure we were always taken care of. So, moving out of State I was nervous I would never find another salon that compared to my dads very successful salon. Well...Sandy has exceeded my expectations 🥳shes amazing and did an excellent job! So grateful to have found her!! Ill drive an hour to see! She makes your hair look its best ever!! 🥳🥳

    After many years of going to the same salon for my color, I broke up with my stylist. I have had other salons really mess up my color (think white and red instead of blonde) so I had hesitation moving away from someone I knew I could trust. But my mom found Vanessa and my hair has never looked so good! She’s incredibly kind and does a wonderful job with my color. The salon is cute and cozy and I never have problems with parking. I’m happy that I made the switch and I’ll be a client for years to come :)

    I called The Shop looking for a stylist that was good at texturizing hair. Sandy placed me with Jenna. Jenna has given me fantastic cuts from the beginning. My hair is completely straight on top, curly on the bottom, thick, heavy, and course, plus a swirl at the crown. Its always been dificult to find someone who can blend the hair so there isnt a line between the top and bottom, and who will texturize it enough to pop the curl. Jennas blending, texturizing, and cuts are amazing! She also has matched my color beautifully. I have received numerous compliments on the cut and color. She has a wonderful personality to compliment her styling skills.

    I just recently went to Jenna for a simple hair cut, and it was one of the best I have ever gotten! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be returning for all my hair needs.

    Kelly is amazing! I havent had my hair done in a couple years due a bad experience at another salon. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through what she thought was best for my hair. Also they booked me last minute. Definitely will be going back ! Thank you for making my hair come back to life !!!

    The Shop is an amazing salon, not only from the stand point of being a beautiful salon, but an amazing staff as well. The decor at The Shop is nicely tied in with the positive atmosphere that it brings to the clients. Lori has been doing my hair for many years, and is so very talented as well as creative. Each time she does my hair, I have so many people at work and strangers ask me, Who does your hair? I definitely recommend this salon and going through the ultimate experience of allowing them to pamper you as they do so well. The location is perfect and centrally located!

    This salon was so cute and clean! I was welcomed and taken in immediately by Vanessa who offered me a water before cutting my hair. She was an excellent listener and wasnt afraid to try exactly what I asked for despite not having done it before (layers underneath instead of traditional layers on top). She paused multiple times to let me feel/look at the progress and give my input. She was very dedicated to ensuring I was happy with the cut and was overall very personable. I will definitely be going back! Also, there is a small parking lot (free!) in front of the salon.

    I was looking for a place that would accept my very spontaneous haircut on short notice.Neftaly squeezed me in right after lunch before her next client. We had a great conversation and she gained a new client. I 10/10 recommend her, she has curly thick hair so she was able sympathize with mine and knew exactly how to cut my curls to perfection.I have been looking for a salon since my move to Florida.The salon is beautiful and clean, the ambiance is welcoming.Im excited to continue my hair journeys with them💛

    If you are looking for extensions Sandy is very knowledgeable in all types of extensions. She did custom blend keratin bond extensions for me and it looks so beautiful 😍

    I had a last minute call in (on a Saturday of all days) and the receptionist was very polite over the phone and accommodated me. It was my first time at this salon and when I walked in it was not only a very organized, clean salon but with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. April Marie was my hair stylist and I think she will be stuck with me forever from the superb job she did on my color/blow dry/style along with her positive energy and obvious passion she has for her work. I highly recommend April and The Shop Salon!!!

    What a great new place! Excellent experienced stylist in a beautiful new space. Cyndi is very versatile; she has cut my hair for 10 years. I have a pretty basic short men’s cut but she is great because even though my cut is quick and easy she is a perfectionist making sure not to miss a single detail. She has also cut, colored and styled my wife’s hair for several years now too. My wife usually gets two colors but with Cyndi’s input they come up with different things to try with various colors and cuts. Cyndi never steers her wrong and my wife’s hair always turns out looking fantastic. Ive also seen dozens of men and women rise from Lori’s, Sandy’s and Julie’s chairs looking great too. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough.

    I just had my first appointment here and it was amazing!! Vanessa was incredible and I cannot wait to go back and see her. She was super friendly and super engaging. This was by far the best cut and color Ive ever gotten, thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

    Love THE SHOP! I have been getting my haircut by Cyndi for almost 10 years. She always changes with my styles. She is a perfectionist and insists on getting it right to make me happy before I walk out the door. The Shop is new, clean, hip, trendy but without the South Tampa prices! I definitely recommend trying out THE SHOP. I am a believer!!!

    I have been wanting Sandy do my hair for quite some time now, but it was so hard to leave my previous stylist. I made the leap and am so happy that I did. Sandy listens to what I want and encourages me when Im indecisive. So far it has worked! People are constantly asking me who does my hair and Im more than happy to send them Sandys way. Thanks for doing such a great job Sandy, and for having the hours that can accommodate my schedule.BTW, I love the look of the salon and, while giving amazing cuts and color, Sandy isnt overpriced like most South Tampa salons. Gotta love that!

    I live in Ohio and could not find anyone to do my hair to my liking. Having lived in Florida, I was told about this new salon in Tampa, so I wanted to give it a try while on a recent trip to the area. Lori cut, colored and highlighted my hair and not only was the price very reasonable, the service was outstanding! This is a trendy and brand new salon. While I cannot fly to Tampa every 6 weeks to get my hair done, I will touch up my roots myself and make the trip every 12 weeks. That is how impressed I was!

    This salon blows my mind. The owners are super professional, the decor and set-up is beautiful and everything is top notch. While The Shop is new, the owners and stylists have all the experience you could ask for. Ask Sandy about Great Lengths Extensions - she does a fabulous job! The location is easily accessible from any city in the area. Plenty of parking, easy to find...what more could you want?

    Beautiful, modern, brand new salon. Amazing selection of services offered in a friendly atmosphere.Lori Kamm Knight is my stylist and has been for quite some time. She does a great job and I cannot begin to tell you the number of compliments I receive about my hair. It should be noted that I drive from Clermont to Tampa to have my hair colored, cut and styled by Lori.Love this place. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at The Shop Salon. You will not be disappointed.

    I had been thinking of cutting my hair short for some time, but I was nervous to do it. I went to The Shop on the first day it opened and Sandy encouraged me to cut off 10 of my hair. She gave me the cutest most stylish haircut Ive ever had. She also told me how I could donate my hair.Also, I have to give kudos to whoever designed the place because it is one cool looking Salon.

    I love this place and can say with absolute confidence that The Shop is by far, the CUTEST salon in South Tampa! From beginning to end, its an aesthetically pleasing experience. The front entrance dons a bench made of an old Chevrolet bumper. The walls inside are covered with brick that is accented by shiny metals. I could sense the owners heart and skilled creativity went into The Shop. The customer service is impeccable, my time spent here was enjoyable and to top it ALL off? I left with a fabulous cut and color! Get here. You wont regret it.

    The Shop Salon is great...friendly, upscale, trendy, and an excellent staff of stylists. They are so good we both drive 90 miles one way to get our hair done there. You wont be disappointed.

    Sandy put hair extensions on for me today and I am ecstatic! I have been wanting to do these for quite some time but have been hesitant for a couple of reasons. All of which I can honestly say I am wrong. I love the way they look, feel and it was much less painful then I thought. Meaning time wise and maintenance. I did it for volume and I cannot praise Sandy enough. Perfect!!!!
