I have gone to Melissa three times now for a balayage and trim and she has done a phenomenal job every time. She is wonderful at blending the color that I can easily go a year in between getting my hair colored. I also appreciate that she reaches out ahead of my appointment to get pictures of my hair and what I want and lets me know it is doable along with giving me an estimate of her price which is very appreciated. On top of being wonderful at her job she is also a very kind and fun person to talk to. I always feel very comfortable in her chair and look forward to seeing her. I definitely recommend Melissa if you are looking for great hair color and cut in Titusville.

Beautiful location, energy and services. My results were better than expected. I walked in apprehensive because of a bad experience at a different salon. I have 4a/b coily hair. Not many options in my area with a professional salon. I was amazed at my hair when I left. She gave me confidence and lifted my spirits. She truly works on healing your outside as well as your inside and I was able to leave with my head held high. Melissa listens and delivers amazing services. Shes gentle and knowledgeable. You can tell shes really doing what she loves. I love my hair cut and color so much! I have received so many compliments from family, friends and strangers. She does an incredible job with my highlights, any fashion colors I decide to do on a whim, and all major hair cut changes I make!Also, and almost more importantly, the vibes are perfect. Aside from great cuts, she provides a relaxed ambience and enjoyable company which to me were factors I was seeking in a new salon in addition to great quality work. When a lady or anyone makes time for self-care, it should always be enjoyable and part of it is the overall experience and I was beyond happy with my experience. The space was GORGEOUS her energy is TOP tier and if you need to spill some tea or trauma dump she’s your girl. Melissa is truly a GEM! I was in a deep depressive dive and had neglected my hair for over a year because of it causing it to mat. In an attempt to pull myself out of my slump, I searched high and low to find someone to attempt to detangle and treat my hair if I could avoid chopping it off. Several salons in, I was treated so poorly, made to feel even worse than I already was and turned away negatively until I came across Melissa. I reached out to her with my story as I had with the previous salons in hopes that someone could save my hair. Immediately her energy was warm and welcoming and she was determined to help restore my hair and my energy.She scheduled me on her off day and spent 5 hours detangling my hair and lifting my spirit and energy. She respects your pronouns and will use the name you want to go by.My last hairdresser would never give me exactly what I wanted; it was always too girly. I tried explaining and showing pictures, but it was always super feminine. I honestly just assumed my hair didn’t do what I wanted it to. But I showed Mellisa the photos I was using and told her what I wanted, and I finally got the results I always wanted. And the whole time, we got to talk like two best friends, catching up after not seeing each other for months. The results were terrific, and I had such a good time there. I’m absolutely coming back!

She listens and gives her best professional advice. This is a sanctuary that she has created for unique people like myself to come into and feel like home. Recently she’s going through a re-branding and I walked in yesterday and the energy got even better in her little salon. Melissa started out as just the hair witch but I can personally say she’s became my friend in the process. She’s a healer of hair body and soul.

I actually went to Melissa strictly to begin Reiki. I have never experienced Reiki before but had read a bit about it and decided that it could be beneficial. I signed up for the 1.5 hour session. Even with spinal cord, spine, and nerve damage, Melissa was able to make it comfortable enough for me to lie in that position for the entire session. That is something I havent been able to do at any traditional doctors office in years. I am so glad that I went and intend on going on a regular basis as much as possible. Melissa is positively fabulous, her professionalism, her personality, and ability to read people (and listen) all top rate. If you havent tried reiki before I truly recommend it. I signed up for Melissa’s Mother’s Day Reiki event. I had been wanting to get Reiki done by her for quite some time, and this was the perfect time. I knew she would be good, but even still she exceeded my expectations. Her space was so cozy, warm, and inviting. Her energy is gentle and kind, but she’s also so funny. It was the perfect environment for Reiki. The session itself was incredible, so much so I fell asleep towards the end. I especially loved that she included crystals during the session and placed them on my body where I needed them. After the session, she had so much insightful information on where I am and what direction I need to head. Spirit provided lots of questions for me to reflect on, and she helped me understand all the messages I needed to hear. 15/10 recommend!
