    We had such a wonderful time getting my childā€™s haircut today! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Madison & Rose The stylistā€™s were incredibly patient, friendly, and knew exactly how to work with young children who can sometimes be a little wiggly or shy.They took the time to talk to my child, made them laugh, and even let them ā€œhelpā€ by holding a comb, which made the whole experience feel special and fun. The haircut turned out perfectly ā€” neat, stylish, and exactly what we hoped for.The salon was clean, cheerful, and clearly designed with kids in mind (the toys, colorful decor, and little rewards at the end were such a nice touch). I couldnā€™t be happier and will definitely be coming back for all future haircuts. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a stress-free, happy haircut experience!

    Madison is the best and did our son Vishruth first haircut. She was very professional and let my son hold the comb. She did give me certificate at last with his picture as well which we can keep it as our memory for lifetime. I would recommend this place for all babies who want to get their first haircut done. They had nice fancy cars and it was very colorful ambience. Place was very clean and they are maintaining it well.

    This place is the best! My boy is almost 4 and this was his first actual haircut (not by mom). He isnt a fan of people touching him. Rose was absolutely AMAZING! She was so great with my son and adapted her work around him. She made him feel comfortable and he felt safe. I cant recommend them enough!

    I took my girl today for her first haircut and we were treated with such care and patience. Rose was amazing with my squirmy baby. She even scooped up the tiniest amount of hair so we could have a keepsake regardless of the fact that my girl didnt have much to start with and we truly just needed her bangs touched up- she still made the experience special. Not to mention, the salon itself is adorable and I cant wait til my girl is old enough to get fairy hair šŸ„ŗšŸ˜

    Rose H. was so kind, patient, and thoughtful for our little guyā€™s very first haircut! She made it so memorable and captured a bunch of footage of the experience. She had toys ready to go and was ready to reassure him (and us) at any moment. We even got a clip of his hair and a certificate to bring home. We will never forget that extra special day!

    Amazing experience for my sonā€™s 1st haircut at 1 years old! Rose and Madison were incredible with him and made him feel so special and safe. There are endless amounts of distractions for your little one and the staff are just the friendliest!!! I felt they truly loved taking care of our child like he was theirs!     Our daughter got her first haircut here. She absolutely loved the chairs and her stylist was the sweetest. She kept her calm and entertained for the entire experience. Her haircut looked great too! I didnā€™t even realize how bad she needed one until she got hers cut. :) We purchased the first time haircut package that came with several goodies, a cut and style, a picture and a lock of her hair.     Madison is great with my son. Very upbeat and pleasant. Quick at what she does and leaves a nice cut. Sometimes he (my son) does better than others but overall they never miss a beat with his all over the place movements. They have little cars in the shop which are entertaining for the kids.

    This place itā€™s Amazing!I took my 4-year-old son, until today he had never received a professional haircut because he gets very scared by the noise of the hair clippers. Kevin was an absolute rockstar, he is very patient and talked to my son the whole time, ask him ā€œwhat color balloon he wantedā€ yess they have balloons, lollipops, and toys. The hair salon is decorated with lots of colours and toys, they even play cartoons in the TV. If you are having difficulty to get your kids a haircut please give this place a try you will not be disappointed.

    While looking for a hair salon for my daughter to donate her hair I came across Pigtails & Crewcuts. The salon is friendly and inviting for kids. Our stylist did an amazing job and took her time helping my sometimes wiggly daughter through the process. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning for future haircuts!

    I just want to give a huge thank you to Shanelle for the amazing pixie haircut she gave my daughter, Charlie. She was so patient and really knew how to make the experience comfortable for Charlie.For a bit of context, Charlie is 7 and has severe autism and ADHD. Sheā€™s super sensitive about her head being touched and canā€™t sit still, so haircuts have been impossible for us until now.Shanelle worked quickly, and the haircut turned out so cute! The salon was bustling with kids and parents, but everyone was so friendly and made us feel right at home.I honestly cried on the way home because I never thought Iā€™d be able to take Charlie to a salon for a haircut.     Super close to the house which is convenient. My daughter had Shanelle, (which I later learned is a sensory safe stylist )and she was fantastic with her. She was so good with shampooing her. It was my daughters first time actually getting a shampoo/conditioning because she normally doesnt want to sit through it, but this time my daughter wanted it and Shanelle was really good with her. The hair cut turned out great and she even put a braid in my daughters hair which she absolutely loved! We will be back to see Shanelle as she was just amazing with this visit!

    This place already had a kid friendly setting and entertaining toys and shows to help make haircuts experiences more enjoyable but having Madison cut my sonā€™s hair really made it easy and tear free. Madison is so understanding and patient with the kids. She explains everything and has such a calming energy that the kids remain calm too. My son received 6 other haircuts here with 3 different stylists but all of them ended in tears and panic especially when the clippers came out. Both of his haircuts with Madison had no tears, fussing and actually ended with cheering. I am so impressed by Madison and recommend everyone to see her. Not to mention sheā€™s been the only one to be able to match up both his sides and give him clean lines around his ears.

Iā€™ve done it before at home but it was impossible so I decided I was done.     Took our two year old for a much needed hair cut and even though he really struggled, Madison did an amazing job. She was extremely patient, put on my sonā€™s favorite show on the TV, let him carry toys from their store and even played with magnetic tiles. She took her time and was extremely positive with my son, giving him small breaks in between. The owner stepped in as well and started blowing bubbles to help calm him down. By the end of the visit, he was giving Madison toys and smiling, especially after a lollipop and treasure chest toy.Location was very neat and clean, with a small toy section, and it had such a welcoming feeling. Price was decent and their shop hours made it easy to plan around my familyā€™s schedule. Will be going back here again, maybe even for myself!Highly recommend. ā˜ŗļø

    Madison was fantastic with my three year old son. He does not like getting his hair cut and freaks out at the sight of clippers. Madison took it slow with him. She showed him the clippers, and let him touch them so he could be familiar with the vibrations. He ended up staying calm and getting a great haircut. We will definitely be back.

    Shanelle is absolutely amazing. Our son had thick and curly hair. We have never taken clippers to it. Shanelle has taken her time and cut his hair with a scissor cut ! Leaving beautiful layers and perfect lining. Which for a toddler I cannot even imagine how difficult that must be. But she just does so good ! We go back time and time again just for her ! Cannot recommend her enough ! Our son is always so happy after leaving her chair !

    This place is such a fun and cute little place for your little one to get his or her hair done! My little guy had Ms Summer. She made his very first hair cut such a wonderful experience.     I just took my daughter for her first hair cut. She doesnt like her hair being brushed or even touched. Summer was our stylist and she was wonderful! She was so patient and sweet. The whole staff was helping my daughter to stay calm with toys or bubbles. I absolutely recommend this place.

    Iā€™ve been bringing my son here since his first haircut. They are the best! The staff is incredibly patient, kind, efficient and always makes my son feel comfortable.This most recent visit I brought my son in and he was styled by Kevin. He is hands down, THE BEST! He gave him the best haircut heā€™s ever had. He was also incredibly patient with my 2.5 year old. In fact, this was the ONLY haircut heā€™s had that he didnā€™t cry. We will make sure to schedule specifically with Kevin when we can. However, all the staff weā€™ve had have been great.I have always had a good experience with the staff and the salon is decorated with vehicle style chairs to make the kids feel comfortable. They offer snacks, TV shows, music and even bubbles to help make the process smooth. This is the only place I will take my son to get his haircut!

    Love this place! My son has gotten his hair cut about 3 times before this at other salons but Pigtails & Crew Cuts is superior! Ms. Rose did such an amazing job - was super patient, kind & really helped my son get used to the buzzers! Ms. Kim & Ms. Dakota also helped keep my son entertained when he started to get a little difficult (going from chair to chair, back to playing with the toys and my husband/I holding him).This was his best cut yet and he looks so handsome with his new doo!     I loved the place and the lady that cut my sonā€™s hair was so sweet with him ! But one thing I will say is that you guys should cover this part of the steering wheel, I will leave a picture. My son hit his mouth and started bleeding he is turning 1 tomorrow and I hope he is not as grumpy as he has been today after that incident. Other than that is a really good place to take your baby.

    I was beyond impressed with the services rendered and the kindness of the staff. Went in with my son today. Shanelle was wonderful with my son, who did not stop crying and screaming. She put on Ms Rachel (she asked what he would want to watch) and offered some toys and spoke to him in a calm manner but was also incredibly sweet to him. When he wouldnt calm down, we discussed what we were looking for and the tools she would use to confirm I was comfortable with the plan. When she started cutting, the receptionist came over and blew bubbles for him. Like for the whole haircut. I was so impressed. Shanelle took her time with him and was just great. Im so grateful that we were able to get Shanelle. His hair turned out great too!

    12/10 experience!!! I was nervous taking my child because they are high energy and a wiggle butt, but Kevin was amazing with my kid. The whole cut was super quick and Kevin did a phenomenal job. He made sure to explain each step to my child as he did it so he didnā€™t scare my kid. The car seats to sit in also helped. It was a great environment. Then at the end my kid got to pick a prize from the treasure box! I will be telling all my parent friends to go here. Shout out again to Kevin!!!

    I have a four year old son who is autistic and currently non-speaking with sensory processing disorder. Not only is he sensitive to sounds but he is highly energized so sitting still can be a challenge. We booked an appointment with Pig Tails and Crewcuts on a whim and decided to hope for the best. Boy am I glad we did. It was hands down one of the best experiences weve had with getting his hair cut. For the first time we were able to use the buzzer and I dont think this haircut would have went as smoothly as it did had we not had the help of his wonderful Stylist Shanelle. As soon as I told her he was autistic I could tell she was familiar with kiddos like mine and even shared that she would be taking a class about kids with SPD. They had the cute little cars for the kids to sit in, along with magnetic toys, lollipops and other fidgets to keep him still. On top of all that his haircut turned out so cute. We will be returning to Shanelle in the future and recommending Pigtails and Crewcuts to all of our friends and family!

    Hey friends, another review. This time, Pigtails and Crewcuts. I have two younger children and trying to find a decent stylist to cut kids hair is hard... the kids are a little nervous and easy. A little ticklish. So, my wife found this location near by. She booked times for the both of them. When we arrived, we were greeted by Summer, one of the stylists. A warm, sweet woman who was going to help cut my sons hair. Shanelle, was tasked with my daughters hair. The space is a kids paradise. First, they have miniature cars as seats for their haircuts. Yes, cars...it was wild and so cool. The kids were excited to sit. Secondly, there were tvs installed for the kids to watch whatever show they wanted. Bluey, Disney, you name it. Thirdly, heres the key. They cared....Yes, they both were receptive to the kids having a great experience in getting a haircut.... thats a key. The haircuts are around $20 but the experience was so important. There was no crying or issues. They were happy. Adults can get their haircut too but you definitely need an appointment.     Shanelle was so patient and very professional! My 3 yr old does not do well with clippers and she warmed him up to the buzzinf noise. She kept him very comfortable and informed throughout the cut. Highly recommend Shanelle for any little ones that struggle with a haircut.

    My 4 year old son has had so much trouble with sitting for a haircut for the past 2 years. We had a horrible experience from a different salon that has left him traumatized. After multiple failed attempts to find a kids salon that he enjoys, I finally came across Pigtails and Crewcuts. I read through the reviews and noted that Carolina had so many great things said about her, so I decided we had to give her a try. Carolina exceeded all of her great reviews and went above and beyond. She was so kind and patient with my son to make sure he felt comfortable the whole time.     Great haircuts for littles. I took my 2 year old son here after finding them online. It was his first haircut by someone other than his mom. Kevin did a great job and made my son felt comfortable. My son only pouted once, when it was time to leave cause he had to get out of the car haha. Kevin was quick and gentle with my son but he didnā€™t let it stop him from providing a real good cut. I am very happy with the service provided here. Go and see Kevin, you wonā€™t be disappointed.

    Great place for first haircut and kids cuts in general. Weā€™ve been twice and although my son cries they have multiple TVs, they are patient and kind, they even blow bubbles and let your child choose a toy from the toy box. They have a train table for your child to play with if youā€™re waiting for your appointment. Love this place

    On a whim I decided to try Kevin at this place and absolutely couldnt complain. It was my sons second haircut at 2 and hes not the happiest kid to cut but Kevin was so patient. When we took him to daycare the next day everyone complimented his cut. We will definitely be going back!

    Our son loves the car seats and they have such a wonderful environment for young children. Thereā€™s tvs and toys to distract the children and the stylists have wonderful patience. Weā€™ve been here 3x and definitely plan to go back. Our son is not scared to go and I think they are developing his trust in haircuts. Only reason for 4/5 is because I do think the haircut quality is comparable to like a Haircuttery.

    Everytime we come to this pigtails and crewcuts my son walks out looking so fresh! He loves sitting in the cars and watching his favorite Disney shows.     The staff was friendly and patient, and they interacted so sweetly with my daughter. Delisa checked in with her throughout her haircut and then gave her the full blowout experience. She loved it! We asked for an extra service, and even though they were busy Delisa was able to fit her in the schedule just a bit later for Fairy Hair, which she is loving. The shop is clean and bright. We had a great experience!

My son got a bit cranky towards the end and they brought out a bubble machine and he was so happy and calm the rest of the cut.
