Alexa was super sweet and friendly; I felt comfortable in her studio space. It was really nice to have the private studio. She even had a selection of bottled drinks and snacks for her customers!Well, my hair was super damaged, so she was careful when brushing and dealing with it.I was curious about the process since it was my first time getting my hair dyed professional, and she explained everything thoroughly while answering all of my questions.Ill definitely recommend her to my friends and family, and I will be going back to her, for sure 😊

Going to Alexa is such a great experience!! She is focused on you alone as the client, and that elevates the experience that you pay for. I went to her to get my blonde done - and I am so happy with the end result. I only do my hair once a year due to my budget, but absolutely so worth waiting to go to the right person and get the result you want :). She is so good at what she does, and love the conversations in between. Really walk out there feeling spoiled and happy , thank you Alexa for such an incredible experience :)

Alexa at Tidal Hair Loft is an absolute artist. Not only is she a master of her craft, but she was so welcoming and made me feel like I could completely trust her upon meeting her with my hair transformation process. Once we saw the end result I knew these initial feelings were true. Her salon was not only beautiful but so clean and comfortable. I can’t wait until my next hair appointment and to see her again!

I’ve trusted only Alexa with my hair for the 3+ years now, and have learned so much from her about taking good care of it and styling it. I see her monthly for root touch up and sometimes a cut, and she always know what else, if anything, my hair needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about products- which will work for your particular hair and which won’t- and the few things I’ve bought at her recommendation have been dead-on. I can also usually get in with her pretty quickly, if needed. I give her my highest recommendation!

Alexa is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for 2 years now. She’s very easy to communicate with and really listens when I tell her what I’m looking for. I also appreciate that she never tries to push product on me but rather helps me find products that are within my price range to still achieve my desired look. She’s super friendly and it always feels like I’m just hanging out with a friend. Would 1000% over and over again!

I’ve been going to Alexa for years and she does a FANTASTIC job. She has taken me from brunette to blonde and back again in an easy, maintainable way. She takes the time to get to know you and your hair to provide the best results using her skills in a clean, friendly environment with very fair rates for this area and the high quality of her services. I get a low-maintenance hair painting/balayage color and cut so I only go about every 6 months because it blends so well as it grows out. I love spending time in her chair and I leave her salon feeling great after each session. I’ve now moved an hour and a half away from Vero and still drive to see her because at this point I have hair trust issues with anyone else!
