I’ve been very happy with this place and my barber Luis since I started coming here about 8-10 years ago. Being a New Yorker, I’m used to professional men’s hairstylists who specialize in men’s haircuts, shaves and making you feel at home in a manly environment. Rooster’s, looks like and has the ambiance of a men’s club. It’s not like some woman’s hair salon, or unisex place where every haircut looks the same. It’s what a modern barber shop for men should look like. And my barber is my barber and my friend. He knows me personally, knows my hairstyle and engages in conversation tailored to me. Having your hair cut, and shampooed while relaxing under a warm moist facial towel, and getting a shave, from a Master barber is an experience to savor. This is a level of service that guys who go for $8.00 cuts at local no name shops will never experience. I look around and watch the other stylists in action. They all seem talented at a level well beyond beauty school graduates with scissors in hand. And the other customers seem relaxed and content. It’s always a pleasant experience at this Rooster’s location. The other staff are warm and friendly to everyone whether you’re their customer or not. So glad that I found this place, I won’t have my hair cut anywhere else.

Runya was my stylist I started by asking for a little more time because of a phone call from work , she said no problemSecondly, It started with a short massage on the neck and shoulders ,then she went into asking me how I wanted my hair cut , from there it was just great , wonderful experience, and right to the point. Also not a lot of conversation, but periodically checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. She also offered to trim my eyebrows , which was welcomed. I also opted for a waxing of my ears nose and between my eyebrows as well. Because she had an open slot she performed the wax after the haircut. If you don’t have a stylist or if you would like to try someone different ? I highly suggest Runya The haircut is one of the best I’ve ever had. She mentioned her name might be towards the bottom of the stylist and to keep scrolling to find her name, just a suggestion.

I am beyond happy with my experience here at Roosters. I was able to make my appointment online 15 before and was taken in 5 min before my scheduled time. It has been probably 8 years since I have had to use a barber and was not sure what to expect. Nicole was fantastic, she was patient and had great input as to how I should cut my hair. once the cut was complete and I was satisfied with it she tilted my chair back, laid a nice hot towel around my face, then proceeded to shampoo and condition my hair. what a treat that was and unexpected being my first time there. they have earned a new customer and I would recommend you give it a shot as well!

I was in town from Oregon and glad I tried this place out. My lady haircut I got in Redmond Washington was the worst and the guy here did an amazing job. My only negative is the stations are dirty they dont seem to clean their stations and you can tell its been a while.

I walked into Roosters after getting a bad haircut at another local barber shop. I was able to walk in and wait for an appointment, but I saw that you can book online through Google or their website. Luis made the best out of a bad situation and really helped me out. Roosters is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is top quality. I would highly recommend this barber shop to anyone in the western communities area. Thanks again Luis!

Ive been going to Roosters in Wellington every 2 weeks for a little over 2 years. I have always been very selective when finding my regular barber. When I moved down from Philly it took me a while but I finally found Luis at Roosters. He is hands down the best barber Ive ever had. He has gone above and beyond for me and he takes extremely good care of his regulars. Roosters does not hire mediocre barbers. I have been many times and seen the work of everyone there (aside from a couple new faces). Whether you see Luis, Rocky, Darwin, Regina or Runya, you will not be dissatisfied with the excellent cut/shave or the warm, professional service that you receive from everyone there!

Worth a little extra. A small chain versus the big box hair cut places like Hair Cuttery, Sport Clips, and other places where I feel like a sheep getting sheared. They take the time to serve you and cut/style your hair the way you want it. The hot towel and shampoo is the best and relaxing wash after a cut is worth it. With tip you would pay the same at Hair Cuttery. Spend a little more and tip well and you cannot go wrong at Roosters.
