Alicia was great from the moment I walked in. She said hello and I’ll be right with you.Her hair care/cut was just what I asked for.I went yesterday, 3/12, as a walk in. I understand you will wait. I waited 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the person working there. Grant it, she was the only one there with 3 customers but at least communicate. I would have had no problem waiting. I walked out and fortunately returned the next day to have someone greet me the way they should. I would highly recommend Alicia for your hair care services.

Okay so it only takes like 3 minutes to cut my hair, but this place is always clean, never wait, and the stylist are super nice. Its actually further from my house than the haircuttery, but the staff at the haircuttery is not as professional as they are here.
