    I came here as a first time customer and I will definitely be going back here again because I came out so satisfied with their work!! I called to make an appointment and they were so kind and informational over the phone. They asked what kind of hair I have and what look Im going for and assured me that they can do it, which they did! We talked about pricing and I really appreciated that they honored their Groupon prices at their salon, so I did not even have to buy the actual Groupon to get my discount. At the end of my checkout, there were no surprise fees since they already talked me through everything, so I paid the fee that I was already expecting.When I went inside BloNgo for my appointment, I observed how nice and clean their building was. Everything seemed to sparkle and the lady at the front desk offered me a free beverage, so I gladly took a cup of coffee (it was made it a really cute tea cup). They made me fill out and sign some papers and a waiver basically saying that BloNgo cannot be held accountable for how your hair will turn out if you decide to go really light with your hair, such as going blonde or bleaching. Which makes sense and I believe that other salons should do this too since everyones hair is different and can have various outcomes. I started right away at my appointment time, I did not wait long at all.The employee that took care of me was Timothy and he was really amazing with my hair. I wanted a balayage and he spent three hours on my hair to do just that! He pays careful attention to details and handles your hair with care. He always asked me if I was comfortable and always informed me of what he was currently doing to my hair, which was interesting since I was also learning the process of how a balayage is done. My hairstyle also came with a hair trim, so not only is my hair colored lighter, but it also feels healthy at the same time. I have never gotten my hair done this way before and its a really nice change, I really liked how he did everything and the end result was beautiful. I just want to thank him again for making my first time experience at BloNgo a wonderful one and because of him, I will be recommending this place to my friends and I will be sure to come back for any of my future hair appointments.

    They are very friendly and professional. Very educated about natural hair! I loved the silk press service I received today from Queen Stephanie she took care of my hair and it came out beautiful! Call them now and set an appt.

    My hair has been damaged from years of bleaching and dying, and this is the only place I will go to from now on to do any touch ups. The prices are low compared to the high quality service, and they put the health of my hair FIRST before they agree to do any drastic change.I cant recommend this place enough!

    This place is awesome. My stylist Stephanie took great care of me and gave me the transformation I was looking for. She completely revived my hair and was patient. Ill be continuing my hair care with her. She truly cares about her clients,their hair goals , and keeps it real about your hair needs. I left glowing , theres nothing like that best hair day ever feeling. My hair got its soul back.❤️❤️❤️

    I got braids with extension added & when I took them out my hair was tangled into a HUGE matted knot so bad it was closer to a dread lock than a knot. I was desperate for help and at the point of almost cutting my hair off. I got referred to Stephanie through a family member & she was able to get me in just 1 day after the call. SHE SAVED MY HAIR!!!! Within 2 hours she had gotten the entire knot out! She trimmed & styled my hair to perfection. I dont know what I wouldve done without her. 10/10 would recommend this salon!     I cannot express how amazing this place is, especially the manager, Stephanie. She is seriously a miracle worker! I bought a Groupon for a Balayage and it far exceeded my expectation!! I came back last week to get my roots touched up and highlighted before a work trip and EVERYONE on my trip complimented my hair (even a ton of guys who usually dont pay attention to girls hair!) She knows exactly what will look good on me based on my skin tones and I trust her to pick what she thinks is best. Not to mention shes a total sweetheart and great to chat with . The other stylists are as well as my mom was with me that day not planning to get services done but ended up with a cut color and style that looked amazing!!

    Went there for a blow out on my natural hair and was very skeptical if they would be able to get my hair type (4a or whatever, my hair is kinky and thick) as straight as I like but still bouncy And full of life but Stephanie did an excellent job! Will definitely be going back.... plus you can’t beat a $40 blow out!!! They also offer other natural hair and protective styles!

    By far the best treatment my hair has gotten! Not only is the salon comfortable, the staff knowledgeable and accommodating, but they can blow our my crazy hair like Ive never seen before! I got hooked and Im on the membership now and you cant beat it!

    I had zero wait time for my appointment and my stylist, Jenn really knows color. She took me from dusty to dazzling! They offer hospitality as well as your choice of music too. It was a great experience!

    I used the Groupon for a cut, balayage, and blow dry and I absolutely love how it turned out! They were also very accommodating.However, the only issue I did have was that I was not told during both phone calls about the extra fees they would charge on top of the groupon promotion until I got to the salon. So just a heads up for when you schedule an appointment.Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

    Always a great experience at this salon, Stephanie does my hair color all the time, and she’s honestly the best!!!! She knows exactly what to do to achieve the color you want. I’ve been coming back to this place for the past 4 months now. Great service, always.

    This is one of my favorite salons in Tampa, hands down.What I liked the most was how clean and organized the salon is. The staff members are extremely professional in what they do and at the same time, managed to be warm, outgoing and friendly.I will be back for sure because service of this high quality is not easy find.Thanks guys!

    I love what she was able to do with my hair. Ive had a few other salons attempt bayalage with my hair in the past and it didnt turn out well. Stephanie was recommended by a friend and she did a wonderful job!!

    Should have gone here first!Took my daughter to super cuts and leaving there we regretted going. The same day we made an appointment with BloNgo and went the next day. Jess did a great job and knows how to take care of curly ethnic hair and she is a specialist!

    Stephanie is awesome! I sat down and pretty much told her to do whatever she wants! And the results were a beautiful dark brown all over color with a light bayalage. I felt like a celebrity as Shantel poured me mimosas and gave me a hand massage! Will definitely be going back! I already booked my next appointment and one for my daughter.

    I cant say enough about this establishment. But I have too!!! I have been getting services from BloNGo in the past couple of years. I moved and they were too far, so I was away for about a year. What disasters I encountered with other salons:( I moved and nearby again :) The owner Stephanie is my Every Thing. And her staff are super talented. They understand my mixed Italian and Puerto Rican slightly textured hair. I always come out of the salon feeling better about my hair. The most amazing thing about her salon is that they have stylists to meet a broad array of hair types, colors and individual needd, no matter what or where you have inherited your beautiful texture from! From blonds to brunettes to any color and processes and techniques that are out today. What I super love is the vibe in the salon it is relaxing,comfortable,and friendly. When you first come in you are greeted by beautiful Sasha with her warm and welcoming manner offers a drink and makes you feel at home. And because I must add..the suites are private!!! I highly recommend BloNGo. They have some super cool packages;deals like Sundays By One Blow Dry , Tuesday special and so much more. You will not regret trying them out and I am sure you will be highly satisfied!

    Best stylist I have encountered in...well..forever!!!! TIM is amazing!!! I mean really remarkable. He cut and styled 3 of us. All 3 different types of hair and different styles and we were all so happy. I need to mention we are all pretty picky.....he made a client out of all of us. It is a true find. So quaint and the really cool thing is that you are washed and cut in a private room. I love that!!! Do yourself....and your hair...a favor and make an appointment....ask to see Tim. You will be thrilled!!!! I know we were.

    Timothy was the absolute best! I came in almost natural and wanted my hair cut into a bob, blow dried and honey he did not disappoint me at all. This gem is exactly what us ethnic girls need living in pasco county where it is hard to find people who just dont play in your hair but know exactly what they are doing. Mr Timothy sir you have a client that you may not be able to get rid of! Thank you so much for the great hair cut and conversation.

    Hands down one of the best salon. The staff are very welcoming as well as the place itself. I was even offered a nice hot coffee. The service is also great. I went to get a haircut and got it dyed and it came out great! Definitely will be back.

    I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at this place and felt the need to leave one. I just moved to the area and have been nervous to try and find a new hair salon. I am so glad I chose to try blongo on my first attempt to find one. Jose is amazing. He listened to everything I wanted and is very good at what he does.     Awesome service. My mom went in for a cut, color and dry and they did an amazing job. My mom was quite nervous and they made her feel so comfortable and she looked amazing afterwards. The staff was so sweet to her and very friendly. She said shell drive up from port Charlotte again next time she needs a service! Thank you!

    Amazing! My daughter got her hair done here and loved it! She has long curly hair and didnt want to lose her length. They cut her dead ends off and did a blow out that was the straightest she has ever seen her hair!

    Teshawna was GREAT! They messed up the date on my appt. When they did schedule me correctly, I specifically told them I was using a Groupon. When I arrived at my appt they told me that theyd honor the Groupon price, but not actually accept the Groupon as it was their busy season. So I had to go back through Groupon to get a refund. So, net - EXCELLENT cut and color by Teshawna. Appt process and Groupon thing not so great....

    A little over 2wks ago I got my Senegalese twist done by Ron. Not only did she do a beautiful job on the twist, she was able to complete the style in 4hrs, with no additional help. Another plus was my edges didn’t not suffer (which is highly important) and no pain when trying to sleep or style the next day! Thanks Ron!!!

    I LOVE this place. Went there for the first time today and i was greeted with so many smiles and respect. I have very thick, course natural afro hair and i came out with beautiful soft flat hair IN AN HOUR. Ive never been to a place where I can get a very nice blow out in such short of a time. I think her name was Massiel and she was just an angel.
