    I have been searching a very long time to find a hair dresser to cut my wavy hair with style and precision. I finally found it at J.C. Penney hair salon. My stylist is Cary and I drive from Riverview to Wesley Chapel to be assured that it’s done correctly Would highly recommend this salon

    Great experience from beginning to end. Didn’t catch the name of the staff member who checked me in but she was great!! My stylist, Sandy went above and beyond to give me the cut I wanted. Listened, asked questions about my care and styling. She was personable, professional and superb customer service. Thank you Sandy,, I’ll be back!!

    I have been a customer of the Salon at JCPenny for 9 years. Over the years I have seen many different stylist. Each time I left satisfied but not excited or empowered about my new look. I recently discovered a stylist that has everything I was looking for. Sandra Gonzales is an artist! She is wonderful to talk to while you are getting pampered. She has amazing coloring skills, great with color matching and making sure you get what you want. She is a sculpture with her scissors and always makes sure we have the right length and shape prior to styling. I have never had more compliments about my hair since she has taken over as my hair dresser/stylist. You must see Sandra G!

    Recently came in and sat with Sheri for a cut and highlights and she did absolutely amazing! I had so much fun, she’s so sweet, personable, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone coming in! Will definitely be back to see her!

    Princess was amazing! I came in with 5 months of roots that had a lot of gray and the other half of my hair has been dyed at least 10 times. I looked like a frizz ball. Princess was able to get my color with foil highlights to match the picture I brought exactly. She was fun to talk to and a true professional. My hair looks natural, healthy and I love it now. Thank you Princess!

    My daughter needed a haircut and I wasnt sure they would accept us without a appointment well went ahead and took the chance went in and Iris said she would accept us and we were pleased she done an excellent job!! Thanks for being very considerate and understanding that we came and hour away to get a haircut.

    I loved my experience at JC Penney hair salon. Holly F did my haircut and highlights and LOVE my hair! She did an awesome job. Plus shes very easy to talk with, so I made a new friend too. Great experience!

    I am so pleased with the service. I was so confused about choosing a salon in Tampa so I just walked into JCPenney. Millie Moreno is so thorough, hardworking, and dedicated to her job. My hair looks feels great and Im so happy!!!!

    Hats off to Sandy! I was debating bangs to hide a new weird hair line and she literally cut like 2mm at a time so they weren’t too short. Love my new look!

    Nice selection, but theres virtually no sales associate floating around the store, so youre completely on your own. If you require assistance, you must wait in line at the register until its your turn, only then will someone help you.
