My wife has been going to Nirfa’s salon for quite a while. We moved here from NYC now 10 years ago and finding a good place that can do hair right is pretty difficult outside of NYC. I wanted to change my style and colored my hair and right away my wife said you have to go and see Nirfa. I was a little concerned about doing the style since I have never had my hair done like this.Well, now I understand why my wife doesn’t go anywhere but here. My hair was done great, the staff was very professional and Nirfa explained every step of the way what process she was doing to my hair. She took her time to make sure whatever she was doing to my virgin hair wasn’t very aggressive in order to keep my hair healthy.I am very pleased with the look and I highly recommend this place.

I found this place by Google searching a hair salon in my area and I am so glad that I did. I had an appointment at noon and was taken exactly on time and greeted by the owner herself who was so pleasant to work with. I was scheduled for a color, cut and blowout and she did not disappoint. Nirfa is very skilled and she completely understood what I wanted. I am grateful to have found her and look forward to going back again. My before and after pictures below show her amazing work.

I have been going to Nirfa’s to get my hair done for almost 2 years now. Lucy does an excellent job with my hair. From coloring, washing, deep conditioning to blow drying and cutting and flat ironing my hair, she is the best!After constantly wearing braids and pulling my hair back in a bun to comply with military regulations, my edges were damaged and almost gone. Lucy has brought them back with her skilled hands!Ladies if you are looking for a place to get your hair done, look no further. Head straight to Nirfa’s!

I love this hair salon! Im an African American woman with 4C hair. My silk press lasted longer than the salon I previously went to.The ladies here are warm and full of life! You can tell that they love what they do and have an amazing relationship with each other and their clients. I took my daughter there a week after I got mine done. She has 4A hair and it came out beautifully as well.Cant wait for our next appointments!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Nirfa has been doing my hair for over 14 years. She is amazing and down to earth! She is a hard working woman and single mother doing the very best she can to own a small business in today’s world. She is always willing to help her community as well as offering opportunities and employment to other hard working minorities!!! 5 stars for me!!!! She has done my mother, sister, daughter as well as all my friends that need a great roller set or blowout! This week I will be taking my beautiful granddaughter for her first trim and style!!! I absolutely love this hair salon. I only go to this one because the service is excellent and the people are extremely nice and talented. I usually go to Pauline and Nifra herself and they do an absolute fantastic job on my hair. They are so accommodating and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for any hair styling they can do, especially for any women with 4c or 4b like myself (they do all types of hair textures). My hair has never felt so free and cleansed before. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

Dude!!!! I had the best experience. I literally just left and had to write a review that’s how awesome they were. So honestly I was nervous bc I just got my hair relaxed and I wasn’t sure if they could style my hair type. Dude if you good at hair you just good at hair. Not only did I get the BEST wash ever. They deep conditioned me too!! Then, I showed my new hair stylist a picture. Normally people suck and it’s never good. Not this time!!!! She did awesome! Looked exactly like the pic dude. Love her and the whole place. I will definitely come back and bring my ma too.

I went here and met Pauline and all my hair drama is under control! Pauline is professional, personable, and she works wonders with my hair without overpricing. She actually cares for your hair and gives you what you need, not unnecessary stuff to make a buck. It was hard to find someone to care for my hair after moving from NY and leaving my hairdresser who has taken care of me for years. I highly recommend Pauline!

I’m not sure what my stylists name was but she did a great job! I had a silk press done and I am so very happy with the results! She was pretty gentle and didn’t burn me like the last place I had gone to did. Will be returning in the future!

I just moved to the New Tampa area and was looking for a hairdresser that would understand my type of hair. Im originally from the Caribbean and always struggled to find a salon that knows how to work with my hair (which is a mixture of black and east Indian). So I Google hair salons and found Nirfas. I am SO glad I went there because I was very pleased with the level of customer service from her. I had very long hair and was looking for a change. She gave me a bob cut and through the process was asking my opinion and took time to understand the look I was going for!When I was finished I felt like a new woman, my hair was light, perfectly cut, and styled just as I wanted it to be. This is my new salon from now on. Thanks Nirfa and staff, I am in LOVE with my hair❤

They are legit! You talk about a great wash, she really worked your scalp. The blow dry was just like NY/NJ, especially when she pulled out that little comb to catch the back and the front hairs to get them straight. They move quickly and the the place was spotless. Even though it was a little pricey, I would return for their services.

Nirfa does a wonderful job on my daughters hair. Her hair is very thick and coarse and she was able to straighten her hair beautifully every 2 weeks without using any perms or chemicals. She also did a balayage color on my hair which turned out great. I would definitely recommend her.

Nirfa is FANTASTIC!!! I live in the Cayman Islands and she is the person I go to for my hair care when I’m in Wesley Chapel. I’m Black and my hair is ordinarily frizzy even with a perm, but she slays it TOTALLY and it stays silky for at least a week. I’m pretty active, so by then I’m ready to wash it. But her prices are reasonable enough for me to see her weekly, even leaving a generous (and well deserved) tip.

She nailed it with the highlights, she knew what she was doing. Sucks that I live in NC but when I come back to Tampa I will return to her. Highly recommend Nirfa.

Nirfa is an amazing spirit and a great stylist. I have been looking for somewhere in Tampa to get my very curly, chemical free hair blown straight after moving here from FLL (originally The Bronx). Slightly more expensive than what Ive been paying but WELL worth it. Not only did I enjoy talking with Nirfa, she got my hair old school washington heights Dominican bone straight!!! Two weeks later and its still straight. Nirfa for the win 👏🏾.
