Alex was my hair stylist- Although I thought it was a bit pricey for just a haircut with no style, he did a great job with the cut - my hair was super damaged from braids. When I got home I styled it my way and loved the results! Check out my before and after pictures! Would highly recommend! 😉

He takes his time with you and explains why he’s doing everything The conditioning treatment he did on me made me look like I had different hair. So healthy looking now. I recently moved to the area and couldn’t be happier to have found my go to salon/spa. After receiving the BEST wash, cut and blow dry, my hair felt softer and healthier than ever, and my blowout lasted me 4 days! I’ve had my nails and toes done here a few times now and not only do they last so long, but my nails are so much healthier and stronger than they’ve ever been thanks to builder gel! I’ll never go back to acrylic! I also booked a personalized facial and the results made me feel 10 years younger! I left with such glowy and bright skin! 10/10 recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. The staff is so warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. Olga is amazing!Recently moved from NYC to WPB and desperately trying to find someone who can do either Japanese Gel Manicure or what seems to be called here “Russian Manicure with Hard Gel / Gel X”. I’ve been doing this for 8+ years and my nails were super strong and would always hold 3+ weeks.My first experience at a different place was horrendous… I was super nervous. Olga was great, she took her time and gave real advice on how my nails were doing. I walked out with the exact same service I used to have in NYC and I’m not afraid to pay for an amazing service. My cuticles stay immaculate for three weeks, and my nail beds just keep getting longer with every visit! Olga is so meticulous with her work; the shape is always absolute perfection, and the polish looks flawless every time. If you’re looking for a manicurist who takes pride in every little detail, Olga is the one!

Came here today after a different nail salon down the street had decided to strip my toe nail paper thin with a shaving tool in the first 3 mins of my pedicure… I ran out of there crying without shoes on & and when I came to charm I explained to Martha the beautiful and talented nail tech & she was able to completely FIX my paper thin toe nail by adding builder to it because it was extremely sensitive to touch!Im so surprised with the amount of attention to detail and care they put into that salon and the clients they get! Not only did she fix my nail but she settled all the anxiety i had about getting it fixed for the wedding i had to attend this weekend.10/10 will always recommend to everyone in high regards!P.S Martha the nail tech is a miracle worker please book her 🫶

Excellent experience at Charm!Girls day and fresh cuts for myself and my two teen daughters, and we had a wonderful time. Alex and Donna were just amazing. Highly recommend them both for hair. They are thorough and attentive; I appreciate sitting down and discussing what Im looking for in a style before diving in with the scissors, and they both really took the time to talk to us before anything else. Formerly “it’s all about you “ salon, completely remodeled with a much nicer ambiance. Alex is a true artist at long, thick hair. His 30 plus years is evident as he is a fountain of information that for me, at age 64 with a full head of hair it’s refreshing to find someone who knows exactly what to do with it. You don’t see that a lot. He is also an amazing colorist and does beautiful sho rt hair styling judging from hiss photos and I’m looking forward to us growing old together lol.As for eyebrows. Mine were a disaster but Martha fixed that!!! She is a true perfectionist. I walked out of there feeling great. Looking forward to my facial tomorrow! Highly recommend this place.

I’m a snowbird done on Florida for three months. I went to charm Beauty lounge on 1/25/24 for hair color with highlights and haircut. When I got there I was greeted by Donna and explained what I wanted, and showed her a picture of what I was looking for. I was extremely happy with the results, she really listened and took her time making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I have to say she is definitely worth her weight in gold. She is an amazing hair dresser, and a delightful person. Everyone there were pleasant and asking if I wanted coffee, tea or water which I declined but it was a wonderful experience. Alyssa was fantastic! Did my hair in an updo for an event, and at another appointment cut my bangs and put some layers in. Really friendly, clean, professional place.Updated: Came back just now and just happened upon the most wonderful and thorough stylist I’ve ever had, his name is Alex. I’ve almost always felt rushed in appointments for my hair but he took his time, and instructed me on what I should do as far as treatments to achieve the color I wanted. It was a huge project but he tackled it so professionally. He also gave me my first ever dry haircut as well. It’s been a long time since I got my hair done and I have definitely found my new stylist with Alex. An artist through and through.

My entire experience here was great to say the least. I had a few questions before arriving and the receptionist was very helpful and informative. Upon arrival, it appears as if there were some recent renovations because everything looked clean and new. The receptionist Andi was so warm and helpful and made the salon feel like home. I ended up just getting my hair done however this will be my new go to for all things beauty. Happy to have found such a great place to go as changing salons can be daunting. I am glad charm beauty lounge is in neighborhood .

Alex h. did such an amazing job on my hair, i gave him a general idea of what i wanted and he KILLED IT! i am so so so happy with the result! i usually get a haircut at most once a year but ill be seeing him again in 2 months :-)olga did a gel extension on my nails and its been almost 2 weeks and they still look fantastic. usually nails dont last long w me (im a nail biter and have to lift heavy boxes at work so nails get snagged) but these still look so good. she also cleaned my super dry cuticles way better than anyone ever has.thank you guys again!!! bonus pics of my nails

I love love love this place for two reasons... Tatiana and Alyssa.I will never go to another nail artist again. Tatiana is truly passionate about what she does, which shows in the quality of her work. She pays such close attention to detail and listens to you, accommodating what the costumer wants. My gel ALWAYS lasts at least two weeks, even three sometimes.Alyssa is a hair stylist and makeup artist. She is a GEM! I am so fortunate to have found such a talented makeup artist in Palm Beach. I’ve tried many salons and no one compares. She also does hair styles for all different occasions and is great with color!I highly recommend both artists!!!

I chose this place based on the reviews alone. I don’t live in this area and decided I needed a haircut. I couldn’t be more happy with how my haircut turned out. Eudora took so much time making sure the cut I wanted turned out the right way. She knew that I was most likely not going to be a repeat client because I don’t live here and went above and beyond to perfect the cut. I can tel you that it may be worth driving 4 hours each way just for this cut alone. Thank you so much!
