    I have fine spirals and have been looking for a stylist for EIGHT YEARS, with many bad cuts in between. I was fresh from a recent cut that wasnt quite right and with one look they knew what I needed. One week in and I am SO HAPPY with my curls! Its perfecty shaped and Im so looking forward to how it grows out. Its also such a convenient location with great parking, Josephs Market and Pink Steak to pop into after or before!THANK YOU!!

    First time here and was so happy with the entire experience. Crystal did my hair and she is amazing and very passionate about her craft. I got a full head of highlights and a fresh cut. She brought life back to my dull and damaged hair and i am so grateful. The salon is small but very cute and served all of my needs. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for one in the area. Reasonably priced too! You can see the difference between my before and after pics! What a significant difference 🤩

    I’m new to the area and was in need of a corrective color and cut. A friend of mine referred me to, Stephen.I called the salon and he had me come in for a consultation. I was very impressed with his expertise, as well as, his ability to convey to me what the process would involve.     Stumbled upon Steve when doing a Google search for curly haircuts. I very rarely would rely on Google for a hairdresser recommendation, but I took a chance. Not only was my haircut perfect It was very reasonably priced considering the level of expertise Steve has under his belt. Highly recommend Steve, especially for my curly hair, girls and guys!!     Ive been going here for 14 years, and Chris gives me a quidad haircut. He does an amazing job, absolutely thrilled with him and I would never trust anyone else!!! Everyone there is so personable and approachable, friendly and outgoing. Just cant say enough positive things about this place!!!

    Absolutely LOVE Christopher Stephens Salon!!! This a very welcoming and professional salon. Always a pleasure to be there. Nikki is my stylist and my hair always looks amazing ! Hayley is an incredible esthetician that everyone should come in to experience. All the stylist to include the owners are amazing, and qualified professional stylists. The space is always clean and in a great location with easy parking! They also have a full line of professional grade products 😍 I will never go anywhere else !!!

    Chris and Steve are both masters at hair styling and give excellent cuts. Chris has been coloring my hair too for many years now and I am never disappointed. I’ve received many compliments on his work.I really like their new salon on S. Dixie in WPB. It doesn’t feel like a big hair styling factory like large salons —- it has much more of an intimate and private feel. Very relaxing.

    I’m always very skeptical of getting my hair cut because stylists often have difficulty working with my curl pattern because I’m of mixed race.Steve cut my hair so efficiently and so well that my boyfriend looked at it and said it’s the best haircut I’ve had since he’s known me!I’m very grateful for Steve for giving me a place to get my hair cut without having to worry if I’ll be getting a good cut! We will certainly be back!

    I found this salon by looking at Google for best hairstyling salon in this new area. Came across this one and I read many great reviews, especially the ones mentioning Travis. I decided to give it a try & I was impressed. The place was clean & followed Covid guidelines. The receptionist was pleasant & acknowledged me right away. One of the owners also greeted me, approached me, & thanked me for my business.The ambiance was tranquil & professional.The best of all was Travis. He listened, he suggested, he took his time (never making me feel rushed), & I came out looking like a different woman with a new look/ transformation. Before look: blond, long hair but a lot was dried & damaged. The after-look: brunette, much shorter & bangs.The price was not inexpensive but rather on the high side but not the highest, but quite worth it. I had a consultation first, a hair cut , shampoo with great massage & treatment, color, blow dry & style for almost $289 plus tip--and i bought 2 products for approx $60 combined. I will most definitely come back for touch up & highlights in about 6 weeks. Travis will be my guy from now on.I must add my son also came for new cut but unfortunately Travis was booked & he took his chances with the young girl who was available. She was pleasant but the 5 or 6 inch cut was not even but rather crooked & Travis was kind enough to fix it & he also did my sons sideburns as the young girl didnt trim (the saloon offers a guarantee/ touch up if youre not satisfied).My son and I will continue to be customers from now on. I dont normally give 5 * but I couldnt find anything that will drop them to 4 stars*.

    I have been coming to Christopher Stevens for highlights for the past four or five years. I have always been extremely pleased with my experience. I do not think I would ever consider going to any other salon. I am completely satisfied with Christopher Stevens salon. As far as I am concerned, they are the best of the best!!!

    They are following guidelines for social distancing, the salon is beautiful, very clean! Greeted immediately upon arrival and my stylist, Travis, was ready. I had highlights, cut and blowout. Travis is a great stylist and also a great conversationalist! I hadnt been there in 3 years but it was like being with an old friend. We chatted through the whole three hour process! Love the service, color and cut! A great experience!

    I went to Christopher Stephens Salon after a social media engagement with a stylist. Somehow a stylist named Crystal was in my social media feed. I was thrilled, Ive lived in Florida for 6 years without a steady place to get a haircut. Its very hard finding a stylist when youre not from the area. Crystal and I clicked immediately and I went in for an appointment.Excellent place, this is a modern, clean & sophisticated salon. Complete full service. My kinda scene, they envisioned what I wanted & I knew I could achieve it here. Im very satisfied with my haircut,color, and eyebrow waxing. The whole staff is kind & relaxed. Crystal is a true professional cosmetologist and relates to the customer. Im thankful that I have finally found my new full service salon!.

    I go to the salon every week for shampoo and blow dry, and once a month for hair color, hydration and haircut when needed.I’ve worked with two of their stylists and each one has her own style as it should be — they are true artists.Every single stylist, there is unerringly, polite and professional and naturally friendly.The owners do not train the stylests but I do think that they train the stylests to interact with client in the same way. Everyone is polite. Everyone remembers your name. All the stylists are well dressed, very well spoken and good conversationalists, and quite attentive to any need for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee.No one is ever rushed or ignored, and there’s none of that overly chatty interaction by the employees, it’s a very soothing environment.I believe that the salon is the best thought out and laid out salon I have ever been in and I’ve lived in over 11 countries, South America, North America, and Europe. Christopher and Stephen our quiet, elegant Masters of making everyone welcome and well attended. They make it all about you not about themselves.

    I had a great experience here with Travis. He colored my hair and looked through every detail of the hair to make sure it came out right. Granted when I was there they seemed a bit short-staffed and a bit in a rush, but they made sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely be back and for a cut too with Travis!Thank you!I went back maybe 2- 3 weeks ago for a haircut. I did try to book with Travis, however he was booked that day and I was in desperate need of a haircut. I ended up seeing Nikki and it went very well! She did a great job and gave my hair what it needed. She is also very knowledgeable. I will be definitely going back to both!

    Absolutely love my hair!! I am new to town and decided to do some online research to find a place to get my hair cut! Previous reviews for Christopher Stephens Salon were very good and the prices were great! I was scheduled with Travis. I told him what I wanted and showed him a couple pictures! He did a great job and gave me just what I wanted! I will definitely go back to Travis the next time I get my hair cut!

    I have seen many people walk out with fantastic colors and cuts. I see Alainna and she is a great colorist and stylist. She listens to you and checks in as she is cutting to make sure this is what you had in mind. Very happy with this place. Friendly staff.

    I love this place and you HAVE. To use Crystal for all your hair needs. I Have shopped around west palm for a while going through a variety of bad experiences. Over pricing under serving. But when I came here Crystal took great care of me and. Took my dry damaged hair to a beautiful bouncy blonde hair that is full of life. I won’t be going anywhere else. They also have great prices on hair treatments giving me the ability to properly care for my hair without breaking the bank. 5 stars

    I am from Atlanta and was looking for someone to cut my hair in West Palm Beach. I found this Salon on Yelp. It had excellent reviews so I decided to try it and it did not disappoint. My stylist, Travis, was friendly, courteous and precise. My haircut was excellent as was the blowout. I will definitely come back here again for a haircut and/ or blowout when I am back in town.     I do not live in the West Palm Beach area, however, when I am going to visit, I always make it a point to get my hair cut with Stephen while I am there. He does an excellent job. My hair is really straight and doesnt have much body, buy when Stephen cuts it, it is easy to blow dry and always looks great. Last time I was in, I had Christopher highlight my hair and I love it. I wish I lived closer, Id be in the salon more often. Great place, competent stylists and professionals at the desk!!

    I made an appointment for a haircut (no blowdry) during my lunch break on a Friday. The salon was nice and clean with lots of cute touches/decor.Jackie took care of me - she was sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I was ready to cut off all my hair, she showed me the length of the first cut to make sure that it was still ok with me.It was a quick appointment, however, it did not feel rushed at all!     Im new to area. Chose Christopher Stephens Salon & Spa based on the reviews and the website that was informative, especially for services and pricing.I was not disappointed! I was able to get an appointment quickly. The salon is light and airy. It is obvious the the client needs are primary. Ashley, my stylist, listened to my concerns about styles and color appropriate for my specific hair, skin and lifestyle. After our discussion, I was excited to get started. Not only was I offered refreshments, but at the coloring station, various cheater glasses were available so I could read even though my reading glasses were on my purse, in a secure area! Every staff member was warm, caring and professional. I enjoyed the entire experience and I love my new hair style and color!

    I have been going to Christopher Stephens Salon continuously for almost 10 years (first March 23, 2013).After temporary closing for pandemic Alainna became my stylist. OMG! She is the best-EST ever in my life (72 years). Perfect, consistent, delightful every time.     Christopher Stephens is an amazing place. The staff is friendly and helpful and theyre talented professionals who clearly take great pride in their work. My wife goes to incredible lengths when she finds someone who can work with her hair. For a period of time we were living in Marathon in the Keys and she would drive to Ft Lauderdale to get her hair cut. Finding Steve in West Palm Beach has been a godsend, and she always leaves the salon delighted with his artistry! Highly recommended!

    I was looking for a salon that had staff members that had extensive experience and Christopher Stephens delivered just that. My hair stylist Marytheresa was wonderful.     This is the first salon i’ve been to where i’ve walked out smiling afterwards! i’ve never loved getting my haircut because i never feel satisfied with the end results. I went to Travis and he not only did the most fantastic job cutting my hair, but he was creative and helped me figure out the best look for my features! The owners are very friendly, it is a nice atmosphere, and all the stylists are very good. Big city talent in a small market.

    This was my first time going to this salon as I needed a change from my old routine... I found this place on the internet and took a chance based on all the five star reviews... and it was worth it!! I can see why they have such great reviews. He gave me the perfect haircut I’ve been looking for forever to hide my bleach breakage and also gave me some tips to manage my damaged hair!!!     Funny but true story, on my way home from work I stop to help people who where trying to catch a lost dog. The dog swim across a canal with a small alligator in it. I ended up going across the canal and rescuing the dog from the alligator. The one person in the group that came with me was one of the owners of the salon. For doing what I did he offered me A free haircut. I decided to go and take him up on his offer. Wow what a place. They didnt charge me for the haircut but I paid them anyways because I was so impressed. Im the type of person that usually just goes to the nearest salon or hair Cuttery. From now on Im going here. My experience was fantastic. The moment I walked in the door they treat you like a friend and make you feel as comfortable as possible. This is the first place Ive gone where they genuinely care about your hair. They have everything you could possibly need and more and the nicest staff Ive ever experienced. I love my haircut and I cant wait to go back. I would recommend Christopher Stephens salon to anybody and Im going to tell all of my friends about it.

    I have been seeing Chris and Steve since the 1990s/ Cut n Dry days. From the spiral perm days of the 90s to the “Rachel” hair cut of the 2000s, to today’s foilyage\ teasylight craze. I have trusted them with my hair over the decades and will continue to be a client because they are the best in West Palm Beach. Not only are they very good at what they do, they are kind and honest business owners. They truly care about delivering fair and competitive prices to their clients.     I went to see Hayley for mirocblading. She did an amazing job. Shes a true artist. The day before, I got a terrible haircut at a place in Boca. I was so upset. Hayley suggested her sister Nikki, a stylist at the salon, may be able to fix it. Not only did she fix my really bad haircut, but she turned it into a really cute cut that is quite flattering. Everyone was so kind and friendly. The salon is modern, well-equipped and very clean. Theres a real positive energy there. I highly recommend it.

    If youre looking for a great cut or color Ashley is your girl! I recently moved from Boston and was SO lucky to find Ashley. Not often do you find a professional that is proficient in both. My hair also gets very big with humidity. Ashley gave me an express keratin treatment. Best thing I ever did for my hair. It made my color pop and added a lot of shine and movement.

I had a bit of a mishap with one of my highlighting experiences where it didnt come out like I envisioned, and they made sure to get me back in ASAP and worked with me until it turned out how I wanted.     I found this salon via search on Google maps. So very glad I did. Stephen was so nice. Listening to what I would like. I wanted the curly hair cut and he he explained to me why it was different. I highly recommend this salon. Wish I lived closer to come regularly. Well worth it. 👏. Who knows....road trip!

    My hair is curly and all barbers have a hard time cutting it evenly. I have also had a hard time finding a barber with proper hygiene for their tools. These are the two reasons I love Stephen, great barber and excellent attention to hygiene.

    Just WOW! Made an appointment for a Ouidad Carve and Slice cut with Stephen and I could not by any happier! From the moment I walked in and was greeted with a smile, to Stephen explaining what he was doing as he went and making sure to ask what I wanted.     Gisselle Umpierre at J & G The Beauty Loft. Is fantastic at Great Lengths extensions! She did a great job of removing them with causing any breakage and was very gentle. She is extremely knowledgeable on Great Lengths extensions. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
