From the moment we stepped in , we were treated like family.It was a very vulnerable moment for me as I am battling stage 3 breast cancer, so I was scared . I came to Florida the end of January/2022. I have no hair on top and was looking for a wig. LNY has such a large selection and everyone is SO helpful and courteous. I tried on several and found one that made me feel much better about myself. The gentleman that owned the shop asked my opinion about how or if I wanted it cut. He gave me a gorgeous cut/shape that made me feel great about my appearance!! I wore it the entire 2 weeks I was in Florida! You can’t go wrong at his Salon. He and his co-workers are there for you! Lawrence and Melynda were amazing. After Chemo my hair was never the same. It was thin, brittle, and did not grow well. They spent an hour helping me try on dozens of wigs until I found the one I loved. (I actually bought two). Very kind, thoughtful, and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I can not tell you how amazing Lawrence was, he treated us as if we were family, walked us through everything and made sure everything was perfect for her. I was very impressed with this place. Everything was outstanding. All the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They have a wonderful selection and give great advice. I found a wig that was way cheaper from everything else I have seen even though it was all human hair. They colored it and offered to cut it for free. And they don’t charge to try them on like I have seen at other places. Very happy with the experiences

I have lived with my first wig for a few days now and love it! I have never worn a wig before and didnt know where or how to begin. Lawrence put me at ease immediately. We tried at least a dozen different styles and colors. I think he secretly knew which one would look best on me, as it was the first wig he put on me. I now have the hair I always wanted.

I didnt plan on coming here today but I was looking at it over time along with 10,000 other places lol.A number of times I was going to call and then I just put the phone away until today when I called them and I was immediately greeted by extremely warm and caring lady and after answering a few of my dumb questions they offered for me to come in for a consultation! One of my best girlfriends lives in the same town so I asked her if she wanted to come along and she said it would be fun and it was so much more than that! If she didnt have racks and racks of her own beautiful hair I know shed be a customer lol.Its not exactly nearby but well worth 10 times the drive.Ive had a lot of surgery with health problems etc. and lost a lot of my hair so I was going around suffering looking the way I did and wondering if I really wanted a wig or not. I dont have excess money to burn but I never buy something thats cheap and garbage because that is the biggest waste of money and I expected to leave and not avoid being constantly upgraded and romanced into higher prices and I wasnt!!!I said it! I was not pushed at all to buy which made me want to buy 10 times the amount. When you provide exceptional service and you sell top quality product you dont have to push all of it sells itself and thats what this place is all about.Whats wrong with these people lol!For me at least they did everything exactly perfect like they could read my mind. They didnt try to sell me on anything but when I realize it sometimes we dont make the best decisions for ourselves I invited them to help me out after just a few things I said about some things I like.Oh my God did they help me out!! I felt like Julie Roberts in pretty woman because I was being waited on with care and genuine investment in the outcome of how I was going to look! This is actually one of those places where you can say, I feel good in your hands. I trust your judgment. I know you will help me out. Please fix me lolHonestly how many places could you possibly say that about with a straight face????!!I was not rushed. I was not being constantly upgraded. Instead I was receiving expert consultation with a heart. I truly believe theres not another wig salon like this within a couple hours drive in any direction!From the first person who answered the phone, Im sorry I dont remember her name, all the way to the representatives who took care of me and they even think the manager was one of them, I received unbelievable good old fashion caring customer service with expertise not easily matched.I even was looking in Beverly Hills when I was there a couple of months ago and Im so glad I waited! You dont find customer service like this where they actually care about the outcome and how youre going to feel long after the sale.H Will freeze over before I go someplace else to look for a wig! Lol if you go here and you can possibly find anything to say that isnt five star Im really going to question you in your review more than them.They had a wide array of synthetic, blend, and human hair wigs to choose from styled beautifully from the shortest bobs to the longest curly locks to go all the way down to your back. And if something is not quite what youre hoping to get theyre going to go out of the way to see if they can fix that too!If you really want a wig and you want somebody to show you what looks good on you and offer you really high-quality products with an extremely personal touch this is where youre going to go!This is not a paid promotion for them its not a rigged review or coerced in any way. I recently accompanied my daughter to LNY Wig Boutique. It was the first time either of us had been to a wig shop and we were nervous because, well, its not easy being a woman with hair loss and we did not know what to expect. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and made to feel at ease. Lawerence, the purveyor of the shop, was extremely accommodating and instructed us to point out anything we wanted to try on. There was so much from which to choose, different lengths, hair color, synthetic, human, curly, wavy, straight, long, short, shags, pixies, mens and womens. The wigs are displayed in such a fashion that they are easy to see and organized by hair length. Lawerence encouraged us to try on as many as we would like and followed us up and down the aisles with a cart adding each wig we pointed out. Then we did some time in the chair in front of the mirror. Lawerence taught us how to put a wig on, how to style them, how to clean them and how to maintain them. He is a wealth of information and an expert in his field. We had a wonderful time, tried on everything imaginable, felt at ease the entire time and made a purchase. I would recommend LNY Wig Boutique to anyone who desires a wig. Lawerence is the man!

The best part it’s the the owner explained to you the whole process and the products he used and how to use it!
