Juana delivers what she promises!!! I got my hair washed and dried right before traveling to the UK. I didn’t want to have to worry about my hair during the trip so I went to Juana for a blow out. My hair survived a week of misty air, damp cold and no touch ups! My hair remained straight and silky throughout the trip and beyond. Definitely recommend her services!

I strongly dislike getting my hair cut or trimmed, but Juana made me feel like I was in the best hands my first appt. I went back yesterday for a trim fully confident she would do exactly what was needed and not get scissor happy. Her blow dry was PHENOMENAL, as someone with Hispanic curls it takes a certain hand to really get me pin straight. Will continue coming back for sure!

I just moved to the area and am originally from NY. Finding a good hair stylist who can work with different hair textures and types was essential for me. Also finding someone who is up to date with the latest cuts, styles and colors was a plus. I was afraid of going to place that would botch mine and my daughters hair but I was so blessed to have found this salon. Both my daughters and I agreed that this was the best experience we have ever had at a hair salon and we have definitely had plenty of experience in the past. Juana gave us professional service and the best cut and style I have ever had. This review again is from someone who is from NY who had been to great Dominican hair salons throughout my life. Juana by far exceeds them all. I am definitely bringing my family to her. Today is the 3rd day since she did our hair and we still look like we just came out of the salon. I have been going to Juana since I was in high school and she always makes my flat/thin hair look amazing and she’s really good at helping pick a color/cut that will look good on my skin tone and face shape. When I had my children I only trusted her to do their hair as well. My daughter has super curly hair and she’s amazing with the cut and blow outs for her. It’s so hard to find someone who can cut curly hair but she is the best. She also has been cutting my sons hair since we first cut it. It’s a great experience every time. My son looks forward to getting his cut by her. I have followed her when she moved and would follow her if she decided to move again. Amazing experience for my whole family. Juana is a natural at hair— and most especially this is one Latina that truly know how to TLC natural hair for Blacks—this was her calling— to revive dead hair. She told me to STOP perming my hair and then the journey began- My hair was fine, dead and limp from perms and colors and in the first treatment alone my hair came alive !!Today my hair is “au naural” and all she does is treat, wash and blow dry my natural hair with a blowout and curling irons it with protection.She used a steamer on my hair to open up the pores and allow the treatments from the products she used to soak into my scalp and what an amazing outcome!
