    Celena is the best stylist I have ever had in my entire life. She really cares how you look and she remembers every conversation and just continues as if you never left her chair. She is meticulous and takes her time and never rushes. She is the kindest and has such a sweet and caring personality. I almost do not want to write a review because then it will be harder to book an appointment with her.

    I got the MVP experience from CiCi, the manager. A great cut, and the face towel, scalp massage, etc was fantastic stress relief. CiCi is a skilled hairdresser/stylist, and a wonderful, vibrant person. She also gave me some much needed advice on general hair/scalp care and how to prevent hair loss. Ill be coming back and requesting CiCi again for my next haircut.

    The MVP treatment is worth it if you want to relax a bit. I have gone here almost the entire time. I’ve lived in this location. It is consistently a good service provider. There have been times when I did not care for the haircut, but you need to be vocal if you see the cut going the wrong direction. They are all too happy to accommodate. Cici runs a great shop and gives a great cut.

    Shocked at the negative reviews of Charlotte ,Palm Beach Gardens .By far the BEST haircut Ive ever had !! Effortlessy delivered with entertaining dry humour ! 2 years ago I had to leave because of inconvient travel location.Wanting to come back but saw these reviews ?     I got a haircut on Wednesday with Charlotte and she did not follow direction when cutting my hair. Ive reached out to corporate, but have not heard back from them, so that why Im leaving a 1 star. All I want really is for the cut to be corrected.Since no one responded to even the review I called over and asked for Ginger who Ive had previously and she was great! She told me to come on in and shell correct the cut for free. I dont think Ill let anyone else cut my hair from now on, but her. Ginger has a wonderful attitude and does great work.

    Tyrone cut my hair. They did an amazing job. They used to own a barber shop and has been in the industry for over 20 years. Really took the time to give me a great fade and trim off the top. It only their second day so you won’t the name pop up in reviews, but I highly recommend going with Tyrone. Store does need to hire more stylists though.

    I walked in and took the first stylist that was available. Her name is Farrah. She was so pleasant, attentive, and discussed what I wanted for my haircut. She listened to what I said and checked the picture I had of the similar style I wanted several times. She double checked with me before she went ahead on any step of the cut. She did everything just right and EXACTLY how I had requested. She took her time, & did an AMAZING job on my haircut. I could not be any happier! I have spent more than double the cost on a haircut at a fancy salon and walked out disappointed in the results. FARRAH, THANK YOU for being amazing and making me so happy today. I am just glowing, and I feel renewed! You have a loyal customer for as long as you will have me!!

    My old barber had moved and I needed a good haircut. I showed up at the north lake store without an appointment and Abby took me right away.The shop is very clean and the staff are friendly. Just a great atmosphere!I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great styling experience.     My haircut was with Stella, great personality and service. The shop was clean and bright full of friendly staff members. It was my first time visiting this location and I was satisfied. Make sure you tip the staff well for the work they do, they sure earn it. All in all I would have like to see some type of catalog with hair styles.

    I visited yesterday for the first time. Sydney cut my hair and did a superb job. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. At one point during my hair wash, the owner Gwen came over and placed extra pillow support under my calves to make me more comfortable (Im 62). This small action, attention to details, and the excellent service is the reason I will be returning for all my future haircut needs!

    Sydney is fantastic and is both my and my stepfather’s stylist. She is so patient with my stepfather who has dementia. I have fine hair which is difficult to cut and shape. She does an exceptional job on the both of us. I highly recommend her and Sport Clips

    I have been a customer at Sport Clips for over 8 years. My stylist Stella knows just how to cut and shape my hair. At times when she is not available I may have to go to one of the other stylist which are very good as well. They have notes on the last cut so any stylist can duplicate the cut you need. I highly recommend SC in Palm Beach Gardens on Northlake. The environment is great and the staff is very friendly.

    First haircut since March! Very comfortable going there. Everyone wore masks including me. Stella gave me a great haircut, not to short, but got rid of all that long hair that was curling up and annoying. Must have been great, wife loved it when I got home. Hair washed and Stella gave me a great massage on my head. Felt great when I left.

    The prices are quite high, but it definitely paid off! My stylist Rachael is the best. I got a new style haircut and walked out looking better than I envisioned! If you ever go to this location ask for Rachael, I could tell that she loved what she was doing, and she was really good at it. Rachael was also very personal! Sport Clips is overall a nice place to go.

Immediately after first cutTara gave me the skill , professionalismto know I am in good shape here. the shop is managed properly , clean and attractive. my only issue from a constructive point of view is that I would like the ability to book in the future for appointments.!!!

    I used to go to a stylist who did a great job, but it was an independent shop. The wine was great. The waiting not so much. Sometimes it would take literally 3 hours to complete the entire process from my house to the shop and back home again. Who has that kind of time? At Sport Clips, I get as good a haircut or better, but door to door in a half hour. If Becca at the Palm Beach Gardens, FL, location is booked, theres always another competent stylist at the ready, so Im set. (But ask for Becca. She has a pet rabbit. Makes for great client-stylist conversation. :-)

Gwen is simply outstanding in every aspect of her work and running of the shop.     FeFe is fantastic! Can I give her an 11 instead of a 10? All the staff is great - friendly and professional. The policies implemented since Covid 19 are impressive - they take your temperature and ask some screening questions before allowing you in, keep seating at least 6 feet apart, they are constantly cleaning, and all the staff wear masks. They have made it as safe as can possibly be expected. Highly recommend this store!

    Visited the store for a haircut because my daughter was getting married. Ashley not only gave me a great cut but was also understood the importance of looking my best for pictures! I keep going back to Ashley because of her attitude, personality and hair cutting abilities. I thought someone would ask about me, but I sat there a while and nobody said anything. So people arriving and in line after me were jumped ahead of me. So they may need to make it more obvious for those who aren’t regulars.

The wash and head massage was very relaxing and the neck massage following the haircut was exactly what this stressed out sales guy needed. Very clean shop, very professional, and amazingly friendly.     Excellent location with good stylists.I went here for a few months when I had to travel every week to this area. What I learned from the staff there is that this location is the highest volume Sport Clips in Florida other than Orlando. This tells me these guys know what theyre doing and they know how to get people in and out the door.My first time here I got Leda (hope name is spelled correct). While my old stylists took 45 min to an hour to do my fohawk, she had me cut, shampooed, styled and out the door in 30 minutes. And, she was very confident and knew what she was doing. Very easy going and knowledgeable.Best haircut of my life and this one location (Leda in particular) has convinced me to try other Sport Clips even in my hometown.

    The staff here is great, I have never had a bad hair cut. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the wait is usually long (however that usually means they are good)

    The check in process doesn’t work ! No other issues just checked in it said 10 mins then on the way it updated to five as I walked in I got a notification I’m on deck and the girl I chose took the person in front of me back for a cut . There goes my lunch hour
