    I walked in and was immediately helped by a new stylist. I could tell she was a little nervous. Might of been fresh out of school.She didnt jump in and go overboard. She was very nice and honest about being new, to the trade. I wish I could remember her name. She had the humility to ask a senior stylist, for help. Janine, I believe her name was, had me move over to her area. And proceeded to finish my haircut up. While showing the new lady, the tricks of the trade.Im not the least bit upset or inconvenienced to see someone trying to learn. Im happy, that it was me, because Im patient and not overly critical about my haircut. Although it looks awesome.Personality and open mindedness is 90% of customer service. The experience will come.I hope you keep that young lady around. The new job nervousness will fade. But her wonderful attitude will benefit your company for a long time to come.I left enough for both of them to get lunch. I hope they enjoy it.

    Haircuts are good and obviously corporate priced. Here’s the issue, pre-covid, the manager doesn’t have workers logged onto their system appropriately and customers weren’t logged so wait times were inaccurate and online check-ins spotty at best. Post-covid, scheduling still remains a nightmare. Customers leave immediately before the next appointment is taken which violates CDC guidelines for cleanings between customers. Either way, convenient location but will not be returning.Update from the previous 2 stars: The owner reached out and the location is under a new manager. Revisited the the location and had no issues since with either cleanliness, appointments or service in general.
