    I enjoy the staff and service. Staff were enthusiastic when assisting students through out their learning experiences. I had a sulfree wash, blow dry, with a flat iron press. Afterwards I was escorted to the facial area for a eyebrow wax and tint. I feel like a queen leaving the establishment. Thanks to our up and coming beautician.

    Took 87-year-old mom to get a mani-pedi. She loved her nails. Enjoy the foot scrub. Staff was nice. We had an issue with the toenail polish but the staff fixed it right away. Mom is happy and booked for next month.

    Very nice, very clean, and very attentive. Also extremely professional. Sean, the Manager effectively coached my student stylist Caitlyn on my type of hair, the nuances and uniqueness about my hair type, and the best strategies to use to get the end result I wanted. Great!!

    The cosmetology student did a great job. The reason it’s four stars is because the facial with extractions was clearly $30. I have it written down at my desk and on my phone they charged me 40 it was late at night and I didn’t feel like arguing so I just paid it and tipped the cosmetologist to clarify price when you walk through the door not just on the phone. I thought that was very sneaky.

    I highly recommend The Beauty Institute. The teaching staff is top notch, and the students are professional. They do a great job. I am always very happy with my color and cut.

    This appears to be one of the best kept secrets in this area. Usually, when making appointments with schools like this you wonder about the level of the student and the quality of service one might receive.My service experience exceeded all of my expectations.     The staff at The Beauty Institute is wonderful caring and well trained. They do everything they can to make for a great experience, whether a deep mask for your hair to nourish each strand or a wash, blow, nail service etc. Try them out. They are a hidden gem.

    I have been a student here for only a week and I’ve had the best experience! The nail specialty program that I am currently in has amazing students, a phenomenal teacher, and a great learning environment. I am thrilled to keep continuing my education here and becoming a certified nail tech. These photos are of my very first ever manicure, and I have to give a huge shout out to my excellent teacher, Ms.Shernicq. She’s an amazing nail tech, and if you don’t believe me, go see for yourself! Her Instagram is _craftynails_ and all of her content is absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking to study nails, hair, makeup, etc. then I truly believe that The Beauty Institute is the school for you

    The students and instructor were great! BUT…The pricing for a cosmetology school blew my socks off…I’m used to going to a beauty school for roots/touch ups and occasionally highlights. I get a blow dry and flat iron and with tip don’t spend $50. Today’s trim of ends, not a full haircut, touch up, highlights, blow dry…well over $100++The services were worth it, but never in all my years of going to beauty schools was the cost anything more than a fee for products and utilities.

    Can’t say enough about them, everyone was amazing from the moment you walk in. I had my sons hair braided by Naomi and she did an amazing job! She was not only very skilled but took the time to make my son feel comfortable. She was very personable! We couldn’t of been happier! All the staff wants to help each other and every one was friendly, it was refreshing to see. We already booked my sons next appointment!     Was pleasantly surprised with the warm service and greeting by Miss Angie the instructor and all the students. I received excellent service from this beauty school. It shows they have good leadership and organization. From making an appointment through showing cleanliness between clients. What a breath of fresh air with their customers service!!!!

    Went in for a cut and Balayage. Sabrina, one of the students from the academy was assigned to me. She did an outstanding job! Yes, it took awhile, but she made sure each step of the process was given the same importance, something that lacks when visiting high end salons. The blend of colors in my hair look natural and is exactly what I wanted. The long layered cut came out great, as well as the finishing blow dry. Everyone in the facility seems really friendly and I look forward to my next hair treatment.

    The owner and everyone there was very friendly. They made me feel special. The owner did review the final haircut which was perfect.The student barber did an excellent job on my hair. I was very pleased. He is a true professional barber. He also shaved me and trimmed my eyebrows. Then he put a warm towel on my face. I would definitely go back, it was a nice experience.

    Mrs. Alexis was very pleasant and my appointment was scheduled at ease. She advised me that Deja would be the student working on my hair. I was greeted very professionally when I arrived. Guyland washed my hair and both her and Deja double teamed and twisted my locs and even styled them. Both young ladies were professional and I will definitely be back

    Michele did a meticulous jib transforming my ogre feet into something resembling human soles. Her manicure was off the charts and the facility felt very clean and sanitary. I would truly consider getting other services here as the entire staff is so kind and professional.

    Elizabeth and Angie did a great job on my hair nails and brows they were given seriously damaged hair to work with and really pulled the whole thing off. Exactly what I was looking for. Ladies were fun and entertaining and really listened and worked hard. Great experience all around.

    Michelle is my new favorite person. I attended this school many years ago. I came from another state and learned so much here. They really cared about the students and made me feel welcome. In the time I spent here I learned more than I ever learned in the school I transferred from. Unfortunately I never followed through and completed my license but years later I got my stuff together and went to see Michelle for guidance. She fixed my life. I really cant thank her enough for her help and direction. With out her Id still be wondering what to do next. I highly suggest this school and if you need guidance or have any questions, dont worry Michelle will save you too! ;)

    I had an opportunity to meet many of the students and instructors during a short speaking engagement on one evening class last week. Students were excited about their prospects by choosing to learn and practice techniques critical to prosper in a new career. Hats-off to the instructors who help guide their students with the steps and procedures needed to satisfy their prospective client.

    From the time I made my 1st call to the beauty institute I was treated like royalty When I Arrived. I filled out some paperwork we got my pedicure and nails done by a really nice young lady which which I cant remember her name when it came time for my haircut I was treated to The different staff members helping to guide my Barber I left feeling happy and whole for being at this establishment and well be going back

    Educator here at The Beauty Institute: Schwarzkoph professional. I have been an educator for 13years, and this is by far the institute you want to attend. Youll learn to grow as a stylist, while learn cutting edge haircuts and color techniques. This is the school to go to if you want to be CREATIVE!

    Attended this school in 2011 Didn’t finish my mother got sick with cancer so I had to take care her up until she passed and I never went back to school because I was heartbroken mourning her death but I’m ready to get back finish what I started to make my mother proud she also attended this school graduated with her cosmetology license
