    I am a regular visitor at U Alexander Beauty Bar. Prior, I was driving elsewhere over an hour and a half to get my hair done. However, I could no longer make the long drive anymore, so I found Una on Instagram. After I completed my appointment with her I knew I had found my regular stylist. I booked a silk press and she had my hair trimmed, healthy, bouncy and voluminous when I left. The complete experience was heavenly. Upon my arrival I was kindly greeted and asked if I would like a beverage. Then I was asked to have a seat and Una would be right with me. I didn’t have to wait an hour or even thirty minutes, my time was valued and I appreciated that. Next, I was taken to the shampoo room and had an amazing aromatherapeutic shampoo, condition and steaming experience. After, I sat under the dryer and later I had my hair styled to perfection. Typically, I have to go home and change a few things or add some final touches but not with Una it always comes out flawless. In addition, she is beautiful inside and out and always a gem to visit. Una’s presence puts you at ease, she’s a professional. Run don’t walk to have her take care of your hair, she knows her profession well!

    I love getting my hair done here.I’m Hispanic and I have curly hair so getting haircuts is sometimes a terrible experience.Una has actually fixed bad haircuts that I have gotten in the past. I love the process from start to finish. I think that my favorite step is the wash!

    Love this place! Una was amazing. She made sure to inform me every step of the way what she was doing with my hair and why. I left her salon with healthy silk press! Looking forward to my next appointment to keep my hair looking and feeling great!

    Where do I begin….. Una is an exceptional hairstylist and a perfectionist, her work honestly speaks for itself! I promise pictures does no justice. She is the sweetest person ever very honest and professional. I’m happy to call her my hairstylist. She has a long time client in me.

    The way Una treats her clientele is the reason she has a high end beauty bar. Ive never felt so comfortable and happy getting my hair done. It was like talking to a old friend. Not only does she make you beautiful but she leaves a lasting impression that makes you want to come back over and over. Thank you so much for your service and your beautiful personality. Oh, dont get me started on the staff everyone was soooo kind, pleasant and joyful. I love it there. Please take all my money, thanks. Also my neck cracked real good from all the hair whipping I was doing. Bless my heart.

    I had to write this review because Una deserves her flowers. If you’re in need of someone who uses quality products, clean salon and someone to grow your hair/get it back healthy look no more. Una never disappoints, I’m never going to anyone else, I am now a client for life, my hair is already growing all thanks to her.

    Una is the best of all time! I only trust her with my natural hair. Phenomenal silk presses, and never misses! Ladies, don’t walk, run to get an appointment with her! They are so professional and offer a variety of options for hair styles.

    Una was professional and courteous. She provided me with a much needed cut! I’m getting so many complimentsUpdate: some heat damage did occur after I washed out my silk press. There are parts of my hair that are bone straight. My hair was 4C now it’s about 4b/a. I’m not mad because there’s no guarantee how your hair will respond after going into a “heat shock”. Admittedly, my hair is more manageable and holds a twist out style better now as a result of the looser curl pattern. But it is still heat damage nonetheless

    I have had my make up and hair done with her and she does a fantastic job! She is very professional, but still makes you feel comfortable at the same time.On top of everything the studio has a great aura and is kept very clean.

    I had my make up and hair done here and it was such a beautiful clean salon. Una did a wonderful job on my makeup Her personality was wonderful she was professional . I have determined that no one will ever do my makeup but Una. The Best in West palm beach.

    Phenomenal hair stylist! I have KINKYYYY 4C hair and she managed to get it blowing in the wind and it stayed that way for a week! My hair usually reverts by day 2. But this time it didnt. She did a great job with my trim too. Im going to wash my hair soon and see if there was any heat damage, but from what I can tell, so far, so good
