    Nancy was very professional and did a great job on my mothers head; medium shoulder length knotless braids $210. She loved the final product for our vacation.     Nancy took care of me for my first visit to Vasaa salon. She was kind, patient and did amazing with my hair. This is the medium boho knotless in the colors 350 & 30. I am soooo in love!!! The work is worth the price that you’re paying. They have gained a returning customer!

From the moment I walked into the shop to inquire about services, to the numerous phone calls I made regarding my service, everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. Ms. V and her team are exceptional. She took the time to listen to me and was never annoyed, which I really appreciated! I observed her interacting with customers both on the phone and in person, and she consistently displayed a courteous, warm, and professional attitude in every interaction.     I’ve lived in west palm beach for 2 years and couldn’t find a place that did men’s hair, and if I did they’d charge me $150-$200 for 6-8 plaits(Box Braids). Vavaa satisfaction beauty bar is the best place in west palm beach for quality and fair priced work, filled with professionals who know everything about hair and its maintenance I’ve learned so much by coming here and always love the end results!     If you want a salon with a chill atmosphere and pleasant stylists come to Vavaa Satisfaction. I got my hair washed and braided. My hair has never felt so soft after a wash. They even used a steamer while applying the conditioner. Cassandra was my stylist and she was such a pleasure. I decided at the last minute that I wanted longer braids and she did it with no problem. The prices are reasonable too! Come here if you want a pleasant salon experience.

    I showed up at the last minute and she was able to quickly get me in no complaints. She quickly washed my hair deep conditioned it and it looks great super friendly and took her time and did not rush me if you want great service please stop in and check her out.     Words can’t describe how pleased I was with my style. I am in the middle of growing out a Mohawk so my sides and back are short. My stylist said no problem and did her magic. I showed her a picture and I was hesitant that it could not be duplicated, not only did she duplicate it she made it look better.     Where can I start… that very particular day was NOT my day… I originally was supposed to travel to Orlando to get my hair done, but I was canceled by my braider 4 AM that morning so I searched and searched and searched until I found someone in West Palm Beach who wasn’t able to take me until 630 that evening then I came across Google and came across VaVaa satisfactionShe did a fantastic job. I came in with a botched look after seven years of having locks in my hair. It’s been so long since I’ve had my hair braided, and I’m so glad that I found her at the very last minute she definitely made my day. My hair was so uneven that she was able to get the assignment done. Thank you so much. You’ve gained a new customer. oh, and let’s not forget about her hair oil.     I recently got the Lmedium goddess knotless hairstyle and I absolutely love it! Additionally, I got my hair washed and blow-dried, and received a relaxing hair massage. The staff was friendly and the whole process didnt take too long to finish. I booked the appointment using After Pay, which is really convenient for a college student like myself. Overall, it was a great experience. I loved the way my hair turned out and I will definitely come back in the future! By the way, I really appreciate a clean part, so I wanted to share a picture of how my hair was parted :)

Even with my thick natural hair, I got an amazing wash service. The entire service was painless, even after I left the shop! I got knotless waist length braids and Vavaa finished so fast I was impressed! You will not sit in this shop all day.     I don’t usually write hair salon reviews, but I can’t even begin to describe how impressed I am with this salon. When it comes to haircare and styling, the hairdressers here are the ultimate example of excellence. I took my 3 year old daughter to get a braided ponytail and they were the very best with her, she even fell asleep during the process.You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in town for fast braids. I’ve been coming to this hairdresser for years, and I can tell she’s definitely a hair expert.     I love this place, they are professional, and kind, Nancy did pony tail braids for my daughter, it last for two months ,and people were still asking me, who did her hair.     I called them on a Friday afternoon to get a retwist before I went on vacation to California on Monday and they were able to get me in on Saturday morning as soon as they opened. Great service on their part to get me in on such short notice with how difficult it can be to get a retwist scheduled since so many people I know are scheduled out a month in advance. Only thing they didn’t do was wash my hair, which I was left to my own devices to do, so not a crazy downside. Good pricing all things considered and they were kind to me, gave me water, offered me snacks. I was able to sleep while they braided my hair. Will definitely come back and highly suggest this spot to anyone who needs a good retwist in a timely manner.

    ***I recommend this place ***I had an appointment with Cassandre. It was a great experience. The hairstyle that I requested was performed with care, meticulousness, and professionalism. I genuinely love the results and Cassandre is skilled in what she does.I also had the opportunity to observe two other ladies at work. And both performed a great job with their clients. Vavaa also did a great job styling the hair of a toddler. The style was done with lots of patience (considering how difficult it is to style and keep the attention of a one-year-old). I was genuinely pleased by the result of the hairstyle of the little girl. I am sure that her parents were also satisfied.So far, I have attended two hair salons in Florida, Palm Beach County, one in Lake Worth, and the other one in Vavaa’s. My review will be done not only in comparison with that other salon, price, skill of employees, time, and personal expectations:Price: fair and cheaper than the other salon I attendedTime: For a medium knotless braids, waist length it took me about 4 hours. Only one person was doing my hair. Keep in mind that I had to re-wash my hair as I did not know that I should not have put grease on my scalp. I also had a blow dry, and the hair used also needed to be cleaned with vinegar as I am allergic to synthetic hair. Overall, I would say that the time was also not bad.Professionalism: the ladies are very respectful and kind, you can see that in their nature and behavior. And this is frankly an important skill when having a business with customer service. The employees depicted respect not only for the customers but also with each other.Styling: the style was delivered impeccably by Cassandre. She took her time to do a great job and I am pleased with it.The only thing that I did not like was probably the environment. The ladies did clean after themselves and after each customer. The combs were sanitized, and the toilet was not dirty. However, I think it would be a nice practice to reinforce the cleanliness of the environment and to invest a bit more in it.I would suggest having each station and tools sanitized with alcohol, sweeping the floor, etc, and cleaning in a way that is welcoming for a new arriving customer. I am not saying that they did not clean their area. They did and I saw them clean after each customer. What I am saying is that, for a new person coming in, the first impression is super important. Having someone cleaning the area and stations before and after, and in between customers would be a great practice and would contribute a lot to the appeal of the location. A very deep cleaning of the entire studio monthly, and a deep clean at the end of the week would give it a more pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.Furthermore, the other tip I would give is to just clean all hair with apple cider vinegar whether the customer requests it or not. It would be a great practice, especially for black women and all the toxins that are in these products that we use and their effects on our skin and our body. If we want to braid our hair from time the time, doing it with safe products that won’t affect our health would be a great plus.Lastly, I have so much advice on the administrative side which is more for business improvement. Having a business is hard work, I know and it requires so much sacrifice and strength, as well as integrity. Hence, I would suggest that in the morning before starting work, the manager or an employee check the appointment and service requested, read the comments of the customers, and prepare in advance. Probably coming an hour or two before the opening of the studio would be a great practice. In addition, doing a cleaning of the entire area before work and after the last customer would be great practice as well. And finally, having training for the employees from time to time would help the business.Overall, it was truly a great experience at this beauty salon and I sincerely highly recommend it. I can see it becoming a great competition with other places.

    Love this shop ! Vavaa is the BEST, the shop is in a great location and very professional. When you walk in it is clean and the staff are warm welcoming. On my appointment I booked a wash and blow dry along with 12+ stitch braids. The products used were the normal products I use at home so to me that means they have quality products. Wash comes with a head massage that was well needed I almost fell asleep lol. 😂 My braids were perfect and lasted me 6 weeks with proper care such as wearing my bonnet. I definitely have been back since and I love my experience everytime. It was hard moving from Atlanta to Florida and finding a salon and stylist who wash your hair for you !     Wonderful experience at this salon! My stylist Cathy Great Hair has been taking care of my hair since I relocated to Florida. She is an awesome stylist! But recently I had to remove braids that I had done in Jamaica and needed help to get them out. Vava and Nancy took great care taking them out without any pain nor any damage to my hair.     Everytime i sent my daughter to Vavaa Satisfaction Beauty Bar she always got Wash, Treatment and trim. Her knotless braids always lasted for months. Doing business with this salon has been so far so good. Book them you wont regret!

    My daughter and I had an amazing experience. I found Vavaa on TikTok and I could just feel her beautiful energy through her content. Plus her work is impeccable!! So it was an easy decision to bring my 10 year old for the Vavaa experience and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend everyone in the shop are so attentive and nice, it’s def kid friendly (so many complimentary snacks included lol). My daughter loves her hair and the experience overall. Book NOW!

    I showed Cassandra a picture of how I wanted my hair done, and she did her thang. The last time I was impressed with my hair being braided like this was in October 2021. Since then I haven’t really had anyone to do it where I’m satisfied. Not everyone can do braids over locs. Definitely recommended if you wanna do something different over locs

    Vavaa is the best hair stylist Ive ever gone to. She truly cares about the condition of your hair and what protective style is most suitable for it. Her braids are very comfortable to wear and are never too tight. Ive gotten my hair washed by her a few times as well and it was such a relaxing experience. She stimulates the scalp while washing and really takes her time.. it shows that she really cares about the health and condition of the scalp. Ive also purchased her hair oil and there is no doubt that my hair has grown drastically since I have been using It. I will definitely be purchasing it again and will be going back to get my hair done by her. Very Professional!

    Visiting Vavaa’s shop was such a great decision. She and the other stylists were warm and welcoming. They were also patient as they helped me figure out the hair length for the bmedium passion twists that I booked but had never gotten before. I especially appreciated how the stylists worked as a team, even at one point double teaming my twists to keep my appt on time.I found Vavaa with a quick Google search for “passion twists west palm” the week before Christmas and was happy to get an appt. Both booking and paying were simple, and I look forward to going back.

    I haven’t gotten braids in such a long time so I decided to do a bold color. She is very quick and efficient and can think on the spot of what to do when you run out of hair. I appreciate that she was not gonna let me leave out her salon looking any type of way and save me a trip to go to the hair store and buy more hair. Her prices are reasonable and I was happy to tip.

    Vava my amazing hairstylist! Beautiful personality inside and out. Her BRAIDING stills is unbelievable. EVERY TIME she put her hands in my hair I walk out feeling flawless.
