Liz, is awesome. Went to a few hairdressers in the area and did not like my haircut or style! I am hard to please, I have had the same style’s for 20 years in Louisville.And them I found Liz- in Winter Haven, Fl..She is great with working with her clients . Take the time get to know them and what makes them happy! I have even let her color my Hair. No one has ever color my hair! But the stylist in Louisville!And I love the color Liz did! I have been getting my hair cut by Cookie since I was 15 years old, and now, at 27, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She is simply amazing at what she does. Not only does my hair always look fantastic after she’s done, but it also grows back so healthy and beautifully every time. She’s incredibly skilled, friendly, and makes every visit such a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and their craft, Cookie is the one!Fantastic Sams is such a clean and welcoming salon! I have to rave about the angel Macy that cut my daughters hair!!! My daughter is autistic and hates her hair being touched. Macy was incredible!!! She was very sweet and patient! I couldnt have asked for a better person to do my daughters hair! I will be using her ALL the time!!! She truly is heaven sent! Please recognize her!!! She even sent a step further and put a few cute butterfly chips in my daughter hair to make her feel beautiful! I cant say enough about how wonderful she was with her!!! I was going to let her do mine after a bad experience at ulta beauty, but they called me and asked if they could fix it. I kinda had to let them.... Anyways!!! Please let Macy know how special she is!!! You guys are lucky to have such a kind, compassionate soul as her! Have a good day!

Update review: for the contest go Berenise!I always make sure to call and verify that there is someone familiar with ethnic hair before arriving. I know not everyone is skilled when it comes to 4C hair.My usual stylist had left the location but I was in desperate need for a wash and blow dry. I spoke to someone and they assured me that someone was able to accommodate me.Upon arrival I could tell the stylist was intimidated. She made all sorts of offhanded comments about my thick hair. She also mentioned how she would need to charge me extra for this that and the third which was odd because I generally pay the same every time. I was desperate so I agreed.As shes washing my hair she continues on complaining about my hair texture. She was barely even washing my hair. The water didnt even reach my scalp in certain areas. She then sits me up and instructs me to go to the chair. Luckily an angel by the name of Berenise interceded and told the other stylist that she would take care of me.I am so grateful to Berenise and how she stepped up and saved the day. I was having a long day and didnt even know how to stand up for myself to the other stylist. Berenise did a phenomenal job and I paid my regular price.I typically visit a natural hairstylist a few times a year which can cost upwards of 150+. Some times a quick affordable wash and blow to get that desired sleek look can only be obtained by someone who is knowledgeable about hair. Unfortunately thats not a part of my skill set.I am now a regular customer of Berenise she is the best. 100/10, would recommend.(Sorry for the long winded post)

First time there. Hadnt had my hair cut for the last few years, and it was too long. Especially with summer just around the corner. Theres one over near our closest Wal-Mart, so we signed up online and got a discount for our services.The salon was clean. The staff was really polite, and I went from hair below my shoulders, to an asymmetrical pixie. My new stylist, Amy, did a great job!! She gave me exactly what I asked for, and even made a few suggestions that make it super easy to style my hair!!My daughter also got her hair thinned and cut, after a few years, and liked how well her stylist did her hair too.Well definitely be going back! And if you dont have a coupon, try going on a Tuesday, I think thats Ladies Night,and they offer a special discount or rate!

The staff here are so patient and understanding! This is the first pleasant experience we have had with my three year old who is sensory sensitive to noise, lights ect. After trying many different salons and barbers we actually felt welcomed and understood here. Michelle and Kenya went above and beyond and we will definitely be coming back. It’s also very clean!

I just had my hair dyed today by Dani. She did a great job! I had some pretty stubborn grey hair to cover and it was a little too light after the first application so she dyed it twice for me at no extra charge. She was very patient and nice about it. The price for what I had done was more than reasonable, less than I had expected. I definitely recommend going to see Dani at this location.

I went in for a haircut for the first time in MONTHS. I was greeted right away even though all stylists had clients. I had a shampoo, cut(went from one length to layers), blow dry and style. Kenya was really sweet and worked fast because I had my daughter with me who was wanting attention in the stroller :) When it was time for the blow dry I was able to take my daughter out and play with her and the other stylists who by this time were just waiting on other customers took her and played with her while my hair was finished. Kenya even recommended a great shampoo and conditioner for my ever changing hair and I bought some. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, great service, clean salon. Recommend!
