    Ive had many, many bad hair cuts at chain style businesses. It just comes with having a weird head of hair. Karsen at the Winter Haven, FL store nailed my cut, was extrememly professional and personable. She was up to speed on store programs and promotions, which was solid for an MVP promo they had going on as well on info for the neck clean up between cuts. Most of all, she made good notes. Ive been back several times and havent received a bad cut yet, and have had a different member of the team cut my hair each time. Im pretty well commited to this location after 4 cuts and intend to use it for every cut in my foreseeable future.

    My go to guy is Frankie on Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven! He treats my head of hair like a creative work of art. He gets a 5 star with me and I have had him for my haircuts numerous times. He should be recognized in some tangible way.

    Always good vibes whenever I walk in! The stylists are all super friendly and genuinely seem like they enjoy working for this company. Frankie is my go to barber at this location and I HIGHLY recommend giving him a try on your next visit! Hes a SUPER proficient at his craft and can get me trimmed up and cut faster than anyone Ive let cut my hair! Speed isnt everything but the quality cuts he produces are phenomenal!Last but def not least, his afro is ALWAYS on point and is a testament to the work he is capable of.Appreciate tf outta you Frankie, you da MAN!!!

    A great experience from the exceptional staff at Sport Clips Winter Haven.All stylists had masks on, and they were diligently disinfecting their work stations and chairs between each appointment. The online check-in process could not have been more smooth, and the payment/check-out process was as well.Yazman was courteous, friendly and professional. Im sure it can be difficult to breathe while working in those masks, but the staff was nothing but positive the whole time, and seemed very dedicated to adhering to the new precautions to keep their customers and themselves safe and healthy.Great cut. Great people. Great experience. I highly recommend Sport Clips Winter Haven.

    Amanda did an AMAZING job on my husbands hair! She was very detailed and made sure it was exactly what he wanted. She was very friendly and professional!! The salon was clean and very inviting. I love that they have TVs there for the men to watch sportscenter while they are getting their hair done! Definitely goes perfect with the overall sports theme of their business. The overall experience was outstanding! Nothing negative to say at all!

    Kristie does an amazing job as well as all the staff. They are friendly and very personable. I have been looking for a new stylist to do my hair regularly and I found Kristi. I always enjoy going in and seeing everyone. It’s more than just a place to get your hair cut, it’s a place to relax. Definitely suggest the MVP!!

    My 5yo son and I went to get our hairs trimmed so we looked presentable to the public once again instead of that caveman-ish disheveled look. Mini-me always has the giggles and wiggles when it comes to clippers, but Becky handled it great our first time there a few months ago, so we went back for round 2 today (no cuts in between visit... see caveman look). He behaved this time so well for Nikki, that Becky was able to cut my hair at the same time instead of me trying to help hold him still to avoid the self inflicted reverse mohawk look. Both Nikki and Becky have the patience of saints to get him looking presentable again for mom.We absolutely love this location and will 150% be back again (sooner than a few months hopefully). The best part is I dont have to remember all the lengths or size on the trimmer or anything. All the notes from our visit are saved, so the next time is just a simple same as the last time? Yep. They have all my visit notes going back to 2014 when I was in Maryland.I highly recommend Sport Clips if you have never been, and if youre in the Winter Haven area specifically, this location is staffed with rock stars. They are all incredible.Stellar 10 star deserving job.

    I have been needing a haircut for some time, and decided to pull the trigger today. Kay cut my hair here, and she did a great job. I can tell they have been working hard to ensure things are safe, pointing out that the cape was clean and all the tools to be used were fresh for me that day. I didnt take advantage of all the perks offered, but the haircut came out great!

    I took my Uncle here today for a haircut when he came to visit us. We were very impressed with the sanitation levels they were adhering to. Each stylist wore a mask, we were offered a mask, and we saw them sanitizing the station after their customers. The stylist was very thorough and my uncle said he really enjoyed the whole experience! There was a wait, so we used the app to sign in ahead of time, which was really convenient.

    This was my first visit here but it was clean the staff was friendly yet professional. The atmosphere was relaxed and the online check in process made for a quick convenient haircut. I always have trouble finding someone that can do a good job on my hair because it is board strait and shows every imperfection but Nicole did a great job the first time. Ill be back regularly!

    My husband was in dire need of a haircut and had an amazing experience yesterday at Sports Clips Winter Haven when Kay was his stylist. He’s been there once before and has gotten a great cut in addition to a quality experience both visits. Because of the current environment dealing with COVID-19, he was particularly pleased with the safe and sanitary protocols being followed. He will be back!

    Brittney saved the day! My husband decided to give my boys haircuts. This was fine when they didn’t have opinions about their hair, and were happy with just clippers and super short! At the last minute, my husband drove the boys before closing to get one head fixed and the other cut. She did an excellent job and we have two very happy boys with excellent cuts! Will definitely be back!

    After 2 months from closing I got my 3rd hair cut from here. Styalist will let you go in without having to wear a mask. They do. You handle your own clean Cape and towel. Every thing is still very clean. They now have an outdoor canapy with 3 outdoor chairs. The MVP is still the best experience in a hair salon.
