Jess is the best hair dresser I have ever been to. I have been going to her for a few years now and I’m hoping to stay in the area so she can cut my hair forever. I’m working on growing my hair out and when I come in for my trims she’s so great and never cuts more than is necessary. When I first came to Jess I had a bad box dye and she was able to make it so much better with highlights and I literally cried. I highly recommend and will be a client for as long as I’m within an hour drive 🥰🥰

Absolutely one of the best in the Central Florida area.Newly established in the Phenix Salon group of professional salons, however in the profession for years. I have been a regular of this stylist for about two years. There is are reasons for the longevity and why I driver almost an hour for her styling services.* Professional - Jess always takes the time to listen and get a clear understanding of what her clients are trying to achieve. If there is an issue or concern rest assured it will be handled in a professional manner.* Friendly/Relaxed Non-Intrusive - A welcoming atmosphere which is both calm and relaxing and whether you choose to engage in conversation or just let the magic happen its really up to you , no pressure.* Consistent Talent - Whether you change it up every time or like the same cut every time Jess can do it for you.* Organized/Clean and On-Time - Jess has always been extremely clean, well organized and is consistently on-time.If you are new to the Winter Park area or in the Central Florida area I highly recommend you book your next styling appointment with Snips & Sips Hair by Jess.

Jess is awesome! After getting my hair done for a few years by random stylists who would usually fall short, Jess gave me a perfect haircut consistently every single time. She’s friendly every time, and hope she never leaves the area.

Been a regular for a year now. She knows what shes doing, a genuine good person, down to earth that will do her best to take care of you. You arent a number to her, you are family. 10/10 would recommend. (And I dont normally leave reviews)
