Floyds is pretty good and consistent in general. Everyone here is friendly at this location. Darrius especially is super friendly and talented at this location. Always hooks my son up with a sweet fade. I do think Floyds is a few dollars more expensive than it really should be for a simple boys haircut, especially after tip, but honestly I feel that way about most barber shops... Parking here can be tight during peak hours.

My son and I both give Darrius Maximum Stars! Great barber / Great guy. He cares a lot about Quality and Customer Satisfaction. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great cut or beard trim. He has been my barber for about a year after trying at least a dozen others. The cuts he gives are worth more than the price Floyds charges. His relaxed demeanor, friendly approach, and barber/stylist skills are second to none!

First time going there very interesting place. I needed my goatee and neck shave off its been a long time since I was homeless over 13 weeks and they did a excellent job. Louis R. is incredible! My daughter, 12 yr old, who has never had a professional hair cut, was given the best experience ever! Louis was so gracious helping to cut her hair to donate to Wigs for Kids and even accommodating her father and my request for a little braid of hair for each for us! Memories were made. We have so many pictures. Louis was so patient about me documenting the event. My daughter loved him and he made her feel understood and seen. None of us can get over how perfect her hair looks. The way her hair just falls into place is all because of Louis talent and artistry. We love it more everyday and plan to make the drive to Winter Park again(2 hr and 40 min.) before school starts to get a touch up. Totally worth the trip. I just can not say enough praise for Louis! The best experience every time I come in, everyone working there works together seamlessly. I originally was booked with a gent unknowingly who to go with looking for a specific type of cut to be done and he kindly passed me off to someone else because he knew she was more familiar with that cut. (Which I appreciate the fact that he didn’t proceed to try his best to see how it comes out).Then I was passed along to Mallie which did a fantastic job and ended up liking the outcome so much and decided to go back a second time. Since then it’s been over a year and every time I go back satisfactory rate is always a 11/10!Would 100% recommend going with Mallie! Skill is just impeccable!

I have been looking for a Barbershop to get a professional Hot towel shave for about a year now since my last barber Who has been a third generation barber from sicily Passed away. Floyds 99 was recommended to me and I had Melanie Give me a hot towel shave which was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and the hot towel shave was perfect. After a few NightmareExperiences At Other barbershops, Floyds 99 Was the spot to go. Inside was very cool looking and everybody was nice and professional. I will definitely be back.

The staff are always so kind and helpful to get you set up with an appointment that works in your schedule. Luis is my hairstylist and he is always on point. Okay so I’m horrible with names, but I’m almost positive my stylist’s name yesterday was Todd. I’ve been coming to Floyd’s for years and I’ve always been satisfied with the service. But the cut he gave me yesterday was worth 27 stars. He looked at my inspiration pictures and talked to me about his observations and opinions about what would work best for my hair. He spent a good 5-10 minutes talking to me about the plan before he ever touched a bottle of shampoo.I’ve been going through some pretty severe stress and depression and I’ve been neglecting my hair for months and months. I’ve neglected a lot of self care. This cut made me feel pretty and confident again. I literally cannot thank this guy enough. I’ve always loved Floyd’s but yesterday made me a lifelong customer. Keep it up guys.

Love this spot! Every time I come here I leave looking and feeling great. They give me exactly the cut I want, and offer good insight on products to try. I also enjoy getting my beard trimmed and lined up here, way better than I can do myself. Most recently I took my twin 2 year olds here for their first ever cuts and it was such a good experience. I really couldn’t be happier with how their hair turned out, and most importantly I appreciated how patient and friendly the staff was with them. My kids and I will definitely be coming back here again. I would highly recommend this shop!

Trying out a new barbershop or salon can be nerve wracking, but everyone at Floyds 99 Winter Park was so real and welcoming I was put at ease right away. Even the customers chat with each other! Marshall provided AMAZING customer service and an AWESOME haircut! Im super picky about my haircuts and Marshall nailed it. The only thing I missed was the Floyds massage that I heard about, but I got such a wonderful haircut and excellent customer service, I didnt even notice until after I left. Staff at Floyd’s are accommodating and warm. My stylist Gracie B is someone I look forward to interacting with because of her innocent candor and genuine interest. Her attention to detail and accuracy shine when I look in the mirror and see an image that I identify with. It’s not just a haircut.

The booking process is incredibly easy and all their employees are great at listening and offering advice on styles. Can’t find the stylist you normally get? Any of their crew are fully capable of meeting your needs. I usually let my hair grow wild between cuts and always pick a stylist at random. Haven’t been disappointed yet!

Billy was great! My two kids (1 and 6 y/o) had their haircuts done by him and they came out perfect.My children have cowlicks on the top and back of their heads, and very thick hair that sticks out if cut wrongly. We had been to multiple children stylists and no one ever listened to my requests to mind the cowlicks while cutting. Billy, however, listened patiently to all my concerns and not only managed to fix the problem, but he worked fast and accurately (extremely important skills with young children that move constantly). I loved their haircuts and will be back.

I’ve been going to Lehn at the Winter Park location for over a year now. I had stopped going to Floyd’s for awhile due to not being able to find a barber that could give a good fade and replicate what I wanted from photos. Most of them take the fade up too high even when you ask them not too. One day I needed a haircut but the barber I had been going to somewhere else wasn’t available so I booked an appointment with Lehn. He did did exactly what I wanted and did better than the other guy I was going to so I started going to him consistently. He’s a solid guy and it’s always a good time getting my hair cut and talking with him. He knows his stuff for sure.

Marshall is an incredible supervisor and the superb staff and the environment they harvest is indicative of that.Really, cant go wrong with anyone but Ive had tremendous experience with Lehn and Lili and I highly recommend either. Marshall and Brianna also cut a mean hair cut and have incredible customer service.I could go on about how much I like this particular Floyds but this should suffice.

Scheduled an appointment with Liz to donate my hair a couple weeks ago. I’ve donated before but my hair was still pretty long afterwards and I knew after donating this time it was gonna have to be pretty short. When I got there she recommended adding some short layers so it didn’t look too childish and wow was I impressed!! I’m absolutely in love with my new haircut and will definitely come back!Also Floyd’s gives free haircuts when you’re donating which made me love this place even more - they really care about the community. Floyds has become my favorite place to get a haircut. You dont need a reservation and its usually not a long wait when you walk in. The atmosphere is awesome, I much prefer it to the standard hair salon. Today I got an amazing haircut with equally great service from Raymond. Such a cool vibe, even before you walk in the door. Front desk was quick to get our info (hubby came with me to get a trim and a shave) and greeted us warmly upon arrival. We didnt make an appointment and just walked in. It literally only took a minute tops for both our names to be called! I love timely service, oh yes I do! Baley cut my hair and was an absolute gem to talk to. Since we are new to the community, she told me places we needed to visit; she even wrote them on a post it for me to take home when I left. I was overdue and hate going to get a cut as it never comes out well, but he did a great job. Chandler was awesome to talk to and is obviously very very passionate and driven to succeed in his field. I had just the most amazing, memorable haircut with my two boys Cooper (5) and Barron (3). One I’ll remember forever!We were in a big rush, trying to make Disney on Ice, my wife wanted the boys to look awesome, so hair cuts for all the boys.We walked in, my older son was sat and cut immediately with Brandon. When he was done, my 3 year old sat down with Brandon while I got a cut with Victoria (the only person that touches my hair).Unbeknownst to me, my 3 year old was wicked tired, and two minutes in, passed out in the chair. Instead of me having to get up, stop my cut, and slow down my whole evening (we were on a super tight schedule), Karina (another stylist) held my son Barron’s head while he was passed out! Brandon was so gentle and cautious with my son, he literally slept through the whole cut.Not only did we all get a cut, but had a free babysitter! Just kidding, but seriously, the staff and stylists are so courteous and kind, they didn’t say a thing, handled the sleeping 3 year old’s cut beautifully, and were all smiles and laughs. April, who was running the front desk, even got it on camera so I could show my wife!!I’ve been coming here for over a year, personally only see Victoria, but have now established this as the best kids cut location in Orlando!!! (At least in my opinion, and trust me, we’ve tried them all).Floyd’s is the only place me and my family will ever go as long as we live in Orlando. Highly, highly recommended!!

He is always a perfectionist and makes sure that I’m always 100% satisfied. They added appointments (at first same day) and then made them available a week out, and in their app! So easy to get an appointment now. Valerie left this current salon so I of course followed her to her new location, Floyd’s in Winter Park. When you love your stylist you travel to wherever they are and I jokingly tell Valerie I had to move to Florida to find her because she always makes my hair look incredible!I always thought Floyd’s was specifically a business geared towards men’s haircuts! But, ladies... you NEED to go to Floyd’s! They have staff who do color and even when I watch the other staff with their male clients they are so attentive and they make the experience of getting your hair done so relaxing and everyone leaves there looking their best ! And everyone is so nice ! The salon is always busy, but whenever I call to make an appt they always fit me in !Long story short: go to Floyd’s, request Valerie, leave feeling your best and be prepared to have everyone compliment your hair!

Solid cut every time! I went to Floyds for almost a year and always chose a random barber. They were good, but after a dozen haircuts, I had gotten Brayan P a few times and noticed he consistently gave me the best ones. Now, I always choose him whenever Im needing a fresh cut. A tonsorial technician of great skill, he has provided me time and again a stylish cut, a well-trimmed beard and intelligent conversation to boot.
