Jess has been doing my hair for years. I used to travel all the way from Ocala to see her in Orlando. Not only is she incredible at her craft, she is also an incredibly kind individual. She even manages to get that silver blonde everyone wants.I look forward to my appointments with her, if you’re looking for an incredible hairdresser, she’s you’re girl. 🤍

Jess is an expert at her craft! Been coming to her for years and I’m always very pleased with the results. I’ve transitioned over the years from really blonde to a more natural color with highlights and her expertise with blending so I don’t have a harsh line is spot on. Her salon is spa like and always relaxing. So many good things to say about Jess!

Jess Cervi has been my hair stylist for 20 years. She is an expert on color and I don’t trust my hair with anyone else. Both my children and I have followed her to 5 salons because she is simply the best. However, her current private studio at Phenix Salon Suites is the best, very private, peaceful, and relaxing. On top of being a fantastic stylist, Jess is just a good person. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Jess for 15 years - literally followed her to four different salons. Also regularly drove to her when I lived four hours away. She is worth the drive! She is the BEST! Her balayage is extremely low maintenance and keeps my hair looking super shiny for many months. I get so many compliments! Her private studio is super relaxing and convenient. She sources products that are very high quality, and good for your hair and the environment. I won’t go to anyone else!

Jess is highly trained in her field and is an obvious choice for all hair care needs. I started seeing Jess when I made the choice to end the very toxic relationship I was in with box color. She took my hair from drab to fab. I am a very low maintenance girl and I only like to color my hair once or twice a year, after sharing this with Jess she recommended balyage. I am eternally grateful for all she has been able to educate me on. I now make more conscious choices not only in regards to my hair care, but also in every day life. I recommend Jess to all of my friends and acquaintances!

Ive been going to Jess for years and wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. Its a journey to find a great hairstylist so I was so happy after I found someone who did such a great job. Ive referred her to all my friends and family because shes just that good! I love how she does my balayage and how she helps me maintain my hair. Jess has been my go-to hairstylist for over a decade. I am always obsessed with how great my hair turns out every time she puts her hands on it! I will follow her anywhere!She is constantly learning and taking workshops, seminars and intensives and is up to date on the latest techniques. She specializes in Balayage and my hair color is always blended to perfection. I received so many compliments on my hair that I have referred clients to Jess!Jess is prompt, professional, and HONEST - something I think is crucial when it comes to hair! I have shown her many pictures and videos of hair cuts/styles/colors I’ve wanted her to do, and every time she tells me the pros and cons and if it’s possible or not, and what we can do instead. I am never disappointed! She is also very gentle and uses all natural, clean products.Her studio is full of natural light, with a window looking out to Fairbanks Ave. She has a calm, comfortable, and “homey” ambiance with lots of lush plants and inspirational decor.Booking is easy and can be done from my phone!10/10 recommend!

I am so grateful to have Jess as my hairstylist. She is incredibly talented, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel understood and valued as a client.I was desperately in search of someone who Id feel safe enough with to add some life to my hair. I found Jess on Instagram and her work speaks for itself. From my very first appointment with her I felt at ease because she took the time to make sure she could provide the services I wanted and she talked me through every step in the process. I didnt need to worry about her taking off more length than we discussed or ending up with a color I didnt want because she kept checking in with me. Ive trusted her with my hair ever since and for the last 3 years it has never looked more beautiful or healthy. Jess completely changed my world, I went from brown hair to bright red and it turned out beautiful!!! She’s super sweet and keeps a conversation going, and she’s really informative with information on hair. I never do anything to my hair so she gives me tons of tips on what to do with it and how to care for it. I absolutely love my hair and all of my family and friends do as well!!!! Jess saved my hair after highlights gone wrong with another hairstylist, and Ive now been going to her for almost four years. In a way, Im glad that the other hairstylist messed up my color because I wouldnt have found Jess otherwise. She constantly strives to be the best she can be by taking advantage of opportunities for continuing education, using high-quality products, and making sure that her clients are happy with their services. I, for one, am always satisfied when I walk out the door. And I know that if ever I werent, she would do whatever she could to make it right. Jess is not only a wonderful hairstylist, she is a wonderful person.

I am very blessed to call Jess my hairstylist and best friend. I had been searching for a good hairstylist and was also thinking about coloring my hair. My natural hair color is pretty dark (black) and I had always been told coloring my hair would severely damage it. When I started going to Jess, (about 3 years ago) she knew that I was a little nervous about coloring my hair. The wonderful thing about Jess is that she is honest and she really knows hair. We started coloring my hair slowly, and through many visits I slowly started going lighter and lighter. My hair has never been so healthy, by listening to Jess and making the right hair product purchases, my hair has thrived ♥️. I highly really recommend Jess as a hairstylist. #besthairstylistever
