    Alyssa my hairstylist was amazing. I came in with home dyed really gross purple blonde hair and I wanted to turn it into a balayage. She did her magic and it turned out great! Cant wait to come back to get a touch up with her

    Ive been going to this Hair Cuttery for over 8 years now. Dena, the manager, has been my stylist the entire time, and she is absolutely amazing! I love how close the salon is to my home, and Dena always goes above and beyond to work with my busy schedule.Dena has been cutting my sons hair since he was born in 2020, and she makes both of us feel so welcome and at ease every time we visit. Shes a pro with my son, always taking great care of him. Denas recommendations for hair products have been spot-on over the years, and she always follows up to make sure Im happy with what Ive purchased. Ive never been steered wrong and have always left the salon feeling satisfied. If youre looking for a talented stylist who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Dena and this salon!

    Dena is fabulous and professional! I walked in with no appointment and was seen within 10 minutes and left feeling totally pampered. Ofcourse great pricing too. I will be back to see her!

    Had a great experience today! Alyssa was kind and easy to talk to. I felt totally at ease and of course my hair looks great! Its so soft and she did well keeping the length that I wanted. I would definitely come back again to get my hair cut from her.

    After having a bad experience at another location, I decided to walk in to this hair cuttery. BEST DECISION EVER! Two of the beautiful ladies that were working on (3-15-2022) were absolutely amazing! I showed them what I wanted, they gave it to me. Amazing experience, amazing customer service and the most comfortable hair salons I’ve ever been too. I will definitely be back! Thank you ladies so much! You are incredible!

    After experiencing a very poor outcome from another stylist/location, I was apprehensive when I called to set the appointment. But, I couldn’t have been in better hands! DENA, the salon manager, is AMAZING at listening to what I wanted and delivering flawless results. I am thrilled that I have a NEW STYLIST for life. She did an incredible job on my permanent color, the PERFECT shade and amount of highlights, and my haircut turned out better than I could even imagine. I will be back, every time to DENA. She is a 30 year pro at what she does. So happy! Get tons of compliments and my hair feels so soft.

    Zulema did a great job. She listened to me and the photo I provided was replicated well. I feel like I have been to other salons asking to go a little darker and miraculously still end up with blonde highlights. The cost was very reasonable. I was a little nervous since its a chain and previously thought paying more meant better quality but she proved me wrong. I will be back.

    LOVE IT! Zulema took great care of my hair, the color is vibrant and it looks so natural. The cut, too, is one of the best. Cant thank her enough!! Though, the thing I liked the most is that our conversation wasnt dull or awkward. Sitting there for 2 hours can get boring, but chatting with her made time fly.And a big thanks to Ashley, too! We also got to chat some and she is so sweet and funny. Overall a great experience, and I am definitely returning.

    I conveniently made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. My stylist, Zulema, has done my hair many times and always exceeds expectations! She really listens to what I want. Services are a great value here. I really appreciate the professional and friendly salon services. I will continue to return and have Zulema do my hair on a regular basis.

    I had such a great experience here at this location. The ladies are super welcoming warmhearted very acknowledge when a customer walks in. I was very pleased about my service here and they were so patient because I did have a child with me but that didn’t matter. They were super nice and I’m always coming to this location.     My stylist was Joel. He was very well spoken and informative, as we discussed different ideas from the pictures I showed him regarding my new cut, color, and highlights that I wanted. He did a fantastic job ! I sent my husband and 2 sons in for cuts with Joel and they were very satisfied with their hair as well. Highly recommend !

    Londyn! She makes me feel so comfortable and gives excellent advice for taking care of your hair! She is the first person I have ever gone to twice to go get me haircut and I will continue to go to her for her services.     We called in last minute and Rosana was awesome! She took my partner in before closing and was very considerate of my partners opinions and ideas on how to cut his hair. She was helpful and he loves his hair!

    I drove from Palm Beach county to have Lineth do my hair. She is a color wizard! My colors are blue, purple and teal and I get compliments every time I am out in public.It was in my first time in this shop and they were very welcoming, clean and friendly. I will be making the trip again.

    Leaving a 5 star review for Candy/Candice (Editing to add Raquel too, because she did my hair here and it was also great). She listened to what I wanted, and even styled my hair really nicely afterwards. Usually I just get a blow out, and on my hair it looks kind of silly. Glad I didn’t have to leave and study my own hair at home before I could go anywhere. She actually asked me where I part my hair instead of just doing whatever. Would definitely return!

    I went to another hair cuttery earlier in the day and the stylist messed up my hair so badly. I cried the whole day over my hair being so uneven and chopped. Zulema was able to fit me in during the evening, same day and was able to cut my hair as even as she could. I was still upset but Zulema made me feel better by getting me in so quickly and evening it up. Thank you!

    Dena was amazing! The casselberry location totally messed up my hair but when I pointed it out to them, they were going to charge me another $88. I was so upset that I called another store to get the district managers number but Dena took the initiative to fix the mistake. Im definitely coming back and this experience at the Winter Springs location has changed my opinion. I wasnt going to use HC again but thanks to Dena, I have a new stylist and favorite store :)
