I cannot say enough great things about Kacey Hicks at Ash & Ember Salon! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so sweet, kind, and an amazing listener. She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and somehow, she did my hair even better than I could have ever imagined!The salon itself is adorable—clean, stylish, and stocked with plenty of magazines, which made me feel like a total pop star under the heat lamp. Kacey was such a joy to chat with, and her talent speaks for itself. Plus, the prices are unbeatable for a full set of highlights!After trying just about every salon in Orlando, I can confidently say this one is the best. I could not be happier with Kacey’s services and can’t wait to come back! 💕✨

Great place to get your hair done. Very cosy atmosphere and beverages are available while you are pampered (wine is an option also). Extremely friendly atmosphere, every person who came in was greeted by name, that shows the workers really care. My daughters haircut was exactly what we asked for and my ladys hair color came out just like she asked. Drop in and give them a chance to make you look spectacular!

I have been looking for a good stylist because it’s been a long time since I left the salon loving my hair. I found Giselle and could not be happier. She is super friendly, and takes the time to not only understand your request, but to perfect it. I went to her for grey blending/highlights and I’ve been raving about her to everyone since!

Stephanie is soo sweet and funny! She makes me feel like a brand new lady when she does my hair. Shes super helpful and accommodating to her clients needs. The salon itself is cute and super clean. I love it here!

Amanda Lowery is Fantastic at what she does. I hadn’t cut my hair in 5 years and needed a new makeover. Her salon was Fantastic! Clean, neat, friendly and conveniently located in Casselberry. No need to go downtown Winter Park or Orlando for quality salon care. Amanda was attentive to my requests and made sure that I was pleased every step of the way. I have found my new salon❤️ They do so much more than just cutting hair so give them a call if you are in need of some professional hair care.

I’ve been coming to Ash and Ember for a few years now to see Giselle. Every time, every single time, my experience is amazing. They’re all so kind and professional. The space is clean, professional and honestly aesthetically very cute.My hair always feels and looks amazing, I cannot recommend enough.Giselle is always fun and helpful whenever I ask questions about the cut or the upkeep. The overall environment is friendly and relaxed between the stylists and the clients. They also have cute plants upfront.100/10 always.

I’ve always had trust issues with hairstylists, so finding one is always hard for me. My hair is easy, but I guess I’m just a picky guy. Giselle was recommended to me from my wife noting that she’s a perfectionist in her work, very professional, follows Covid protocols, and is easy to get along with. I got a horrible short hair cut at Hair Cuttery (so bad that they didnt charge me) and after letting it grow for a few months Giselle fixed it! Cute pixie cut...absolutely love it! Nice salon too, clean and cute. Highly recommend.

The ladies at Ash and Ember are awesome! Mandy always makes me look fantastic - I’ve never had a bad cut in the 4 years I’ve been her client. I drive up from lake nona and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The environment is relaxed and comfy, the owners are easy to talk to and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend !
