I started my extension journey with Erica in September and could not be more please with my results! Erica patiently answered all of my questions, detailed the entire process, and provided clear instructions on how to maintain my extensions before even starting the journey. She is incredibly talented and was able to transform my hair, which is incredibly fine, into a natural looking full head of hair which completely boosted my confidence. After the initial install she regularly followed up with me and had me come in soon after to take a look and make sure everything was well maintained. Since then, I have followed her instructions and have had her bump up my extension every six week. This was one of the best decisions I have done and I am so happy to have found her. Highly recommend!
