I’m beyond picky when it comes to my beard (it’s literally part of my brand), and he treated it with the precision and care of a true master. Clean lines, perfect shape—chef’s kiss.     I absolutely love this place! Im a little jelly that it’s not specifically for women lol but, I find a way to support them by buying gift certificates for male friends & family as often as I can! The owner is 100% trustworthy, meticulously skilled in his trade & truly researches to find quality clean products for his customers. His attention to detail with cuts, fading, straight razor shaves, tweezing & waxing far exceeds any barber or stylist Ive ever witnessed!     This is my go to barbershop when I am in Dunedin. Robert does a great job cutting my hair, and Im a bit picky about it...Booked online, which was smooth, and had ample availability that worked for me. I would definately recommend this business, as they seem to really enjoy their work and have connections to the community. All of the guys working are super friendly and welcome you in, and are very appreciative of your business! An added feature is they offer you a beverage of your choice when arriving, which I havent taken advantage of, but the attention to detail is very cool. 5 stars, easily!

    I came to Barley and Mane with my groomsmen day of my wedding (!) sight unseen (!!!). The team opened the shop early for us, were very accommodating offering us drinks and free reign over whats on TV.I was really concerned about time - we had 6 people and wanted to get full shaves for everyone (treat yo self). I spoke with both Ryan and Robert several times before and Robert was very helpful in planning our day to stay on track.Day of, Robert and another barber were there with their calendars cleared and gave us all shaves within 3 hours. Straights, exfoliating, massages, beard trims and shaping, all depending on each persons preferences.We all were thrilled with our shaves, had a great time and were back with plenty of time for breakfast and to get dressed. If youre getting married in the Tampa area and want to get cleaned up before your wedding, look no further.

    My bro-in-law mentioned he found a new place for a haircut. I needed a clean up for a wedding and luckily there is a walk-in spot available (called at opening 10am to make sure). Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly vibes and a complimentary beer 🍻. Very cool ambiance here. I like the manly old school cabin western feel. Yet with some modern pieces to add.I was treated to a premium experience haircut. Moises listened to exactly how I wanted my haircut while making sure it was perfect. With the premium haircut; you get a haircut, shampoo/ rinse, razor clean up, hot towel, scalp massage, hot stone massage, neck massage, and they use premium style products and items for your experience.I love how they guarantee their work. And if something isnt right theyll make it right. Not only is their work top notch, their customer service in making sure you feel at home and welcomed.I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Whether its Ryan, Moses, or the rest of the staff...they are professionals that know what theyre doing and care about how you look. Theyll take the time to listen to what you want and then execute your preferences flawlessly. I get my hair cut their monthly and go weekly for a beard trimming and facial. The facial is amazing.     I had a wonderful experience today! This is by far the best barber experience I have ever had in my life. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about haircuts and beards, especially. I have very sensitive skin, which makes barbers a hard thing for me to trust because I often leave with razor bumps And nicks on my skin. Not only did I leave bump free the treatments that are applied during the experience left me feeling like a brand new man with a fresh outlook on the day. I went and had two awesome sales right after my barber experience today and have a major conference coming upnext week.     I finally had my dream fulfilled of going to a skilled barber that does womens cuts in addition to barbering! My husband is walking around with one of the sexiest haircuts of his life, thanks to Kelly, and today was my turn. She greatly improved the messy and overgrown undercut I came in with and she shaped up my long, layered haircut to feel much healthier and prettier. The experience here is dreamy, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone. We travel a bit for work and this shop has the best barbers across several counties (and states) weve been getting haircuts in. I drove over an hour to see Kelly and it was beyond worth it. I would also like to note that the pricing is very fair for the time spent, the care, the atmosphere and the professional EXPERIENCE at this shop.

    I make a 30-minute drive from St Pete to this barber shop because I receive an excellent haircut and a wide range of services that my previous barber shop didnt provide. The vintage atmosphere is really appealing, and all the barbers are great guys. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because Im not a fan of the Christian music they play – its not my preference. However, Im sure many of you wouldnt mind it and would give it 5 stars. Im mentioning this for potential clients information, but if youre seeking a fantastic haircut and manly spa services, Barley and Mane Barber Spa is the place to go!

    I honestly have to say, I have never been to a Barbershop quite like this. Dont let the SPA in the name throw you off, this is truly what every man needs in his life. Between the atmosphere, complimentary cold draft and the service, I was very impressed it being my 1st time. I highly recommend going and experiencing this for yourself. Whether you book online, in person or by phone, make sure you ask for MOISES (Moses). He was very professional and His skill set is superb, While making you feel right at home.     These guys and gal really earned their 5-stars. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I even messed up and had to cancel my first appointment, but they put me on their wait-list and got me in while I was still in town.     Update: I have been going here for over a year and I wont go anywhere else. The best haircut Ive had in years. I have received many compliments and Im able to recreate the style on my own. You can get a beer or whiskey while you get a great cut or shave. You can also get an IV treatment and/or your car detailed at the same time with an appointment.

    Barley and Mane is our favorite barbershop to go to. I first brought my 14 year old son there on Mothers Day and what an experience for him. Jamie was so professional and gave him the royal treatment!     Great atmosphere! Old school barber shop feel with modern touches and services. The most important part though, very good cut. Im very tentative about getting my hair cut away from home, and pretty much refuse to get a beard trim from someone other than my barber. However, being called to fly into Florida on a Sunday morning for work left me little choice once my Midwest beard hit the humidity. Very glad I found this place and highly recommend it.

    This place is amazing!! Personally I hate getting my hair cut. I used sports based hair pledges in the past and it was fine, but nothing to look forward to.Barley and Mane is the place! This is a haircut I would look forward to! When you enter, you are greeted and offered a beverage. You sit in a nice seat and read from a selection of interesting magazines.The atmosphere is a through back to vintage barbershops, complete with nice details. The two professional barbers are dressed in the vintage appropriate garb.The haircut is one of professionalism and precision. The master barber starts off with the trim. For me I got the beard trimmed as well.They check and recheck their work until it is even and complete. They finish off with a clean up shave, hair wash in a concrete sink and blow dry and style.Overall I was impressed from begining to end and all the way through!

    Ryan did a great job with my hair! I usually dont go to a professional salon because theyre pretty pricey, but last time I went to a student and they messed up my cut pretty badly. I came to Ryan and his prices were definitely reasonable, and I got an excellent cut and color! I have curly hair so its difficult to find someone who can cut it well, but Im very happy with this cut. He also was very knowledgeable about how to get the exact color I wanted and it came out exactly how I imagined it. He listened very well and consulted with me on exactly what I wanted, then went about giving me exactly that. Plus he could tell I had lightened my hair at one point even though I had dyed over it, which I found impressive. Also, he uses a lot of high-quality products, and will offer complimentary tea, coffee, water or wine! Overall a near-perfect haircut experience! :)

    I accidentally stumbled upon R Grant hair when I was just trying to find a nearby Barber. After arriving there I realized I wasnt at just another chain type barber shop. Ryan operates a top notch Business. He is by far the best Barber I have ever been to . He listens to what you want and is not in a hurry to finish your haircut to get to the next person. He also specializes in trimming and shaping beards And giving the old fashioned shave . He lays you back in the chair and applies moisturizer and shaving cream to prepare the beard for a more comfortable shave. He is an expert at trimming full beards and goatees. He also is a amazing conversationalist , I always have great conversations with him while he is cutting my hair. I highly recommend R Grant hair shop for ladies or gentlemen who want a quality job. He also serves you a beverage of your choice ! Try Ryan out youll most certainly be impressed!

    I moved to Florida over two years ago and was stressing about finding a new hair stylist but luckily, I found Ryan. I was going to the same stylist for over 15 years back in Massachusetts. Over the years, she eventually learned how to handle my crazy hair but from day one, Ryan was able to cut and style my hair perfectly with little direction, and dont tell my previous stylist this but he has given me the best haircuts Ive ever had in my life even with all of my hairs strange nuances - its coarse yet thinning and full of cowlicks, plus I had hair restoration surgery and he is amazing at keeping my scar hidden. Referring to him as just a barber is an insult - he is the best at what he does. His professionalism is second to none and he is incredibly personable too - we always have great conversations. I cant recommend him enough!

    Ive had 5 haircuts from Ryan so far and have even gifted a premium cut to my father in law, who is now a regular customer as well.I live in Tampa and choose to make this drive every 6 weeks out to Ryan. Having a closed private room, no distracting music or tvs, a gentlemans atmosphere, no pushing products on the wall unless you ask on your own, a good ear to talk to, and a wise barber beyond his years make this the only barber for me.I asked Ryan for some advice on how to reduce the red razor bumps I get on my neck and he answered all of my questions for about 30 minutes. After finally taking his advice, Im happy to report that I have almost no bumps now an enjoy shaving more than ever.Unparalleled service and a fantastic cut on top.

    Im from NY where I saw a master barber for 10+ years. I have spent the last 7 years living in North Carolina and Florida and let me tell you... it seems like barbers in the south cant even come close to providing the quality of a cut you can get up north... until I found this place. Ive spent the last 7 years searching far and wide, sitting down into the barber chair with straight fear running down my spine not knowing how bad I was about to be butchered. Within 60 seconds of sitting down in the chair with Ryan, I knew I was about to be a returning customer. I now drive an hour to Barley and Mane for a haircut without even thinking twice about it because I know Im going to get a great haircut every time.
