I have been using Sylvia for more than 5 years. I have always been pleased with my haircuts and Sylvia gives me the best perms . I have been stopped on the street by people complimenting my haircut.In May I was stopped and the woman was a hairdresser and she asked who I used since my perm was so nice. So glad I found Sylvia! She is wonderful. -
