    Emilee did an amazing job on my 12 yr old daughters hair. She had her first Middle School dance and we brought her to get her hair styled for the big event. She looked amazing. She went from 12 yrs old to a super model all grown up. Thank you Emilee for making this event memorable and special. I highly recommend Emilee for anyone else that wants to get all dolled up for a special occassion. It was a fabulous experience and one that will go down in the memory books.

    8 year old wanted to clean up his mullet. Stylist understood exactly what he wanted and made suggestions as well. Went above and beyond to make my shy kid feel comfortable enough to speak up. When we left he said “best hair place ever” and not going to lie this kid doesn’t compliment anything in life lol. Thank you! We will be back.

    I have been getting my hair cut at this particular Great Clips since around 2016 and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, the shop is never dirty or messy (the stylists clean up after themselves immediately after finishing with a customer), and it looks like a fun place to work. I always make sure I’m seen by the same stylist every time (Dawn) and I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. If she’s busy when I get there ( I sign in online every time), I have no problem waiting until she’s available. Dawn has cut my hair for so long, I consider her not just my stylist, but also a friend. Keep up the great work Great Clips. You’ve got a client for life!!

    Lately Ive been trying out different hair salons and hadnt found one i like until i came to Great Clips and met a very talented woman named Alayna. She always treats me like a best friend, and her warm and friendly personality never fails to put a huge smile on my face. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but her genuine care and attention make every haircut an enjoyable experience. If I were the manager Id give her a huge raise for her skills at giving an outstanding haircut while making you feel at home at the same time. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a talented and kind barber!And since I cant figure out how to do 2 reviews, I wanted to also shout out Amber for her ability to do fantastic work and make one feel welcome everytime I enter the building.PS, make sure to tip these ladies very well for being so awesome

    Very handy signing in online and having a spot reserved. Cuts down on the wait time. Even though I have a certain professional I prefer, everyone else is so friendly and accommodating. However, Faith does such a wonderful job making me look so presentable that I go to her every time. She is detail-oriented and makes sure that everything that can be done for me, is done for me. And she handles any request I might have with aplomb and courtesy. She really does make getting a haircut a pleasurable experience.

    Ive been coming to this location for nearly a year now, and every visit has provided me with exceptional experiences. In particular, Eva has been the talented stylist responsible for my last few haircuts, and I wholeheartedly endorse her expertise. She consistently delivers fast, friendly, and knowledgeable services. The overall ambiance of the salon is clean, welcoming, and maintains professionalism.

    Update: super awesome job today! They got all 5 of us in and out even with a busy morning; the staff was friendly, quick and patient! Thanks girls! Definitely use the online check in! It makes the process quick and easy and less stressful for the stylists.Reagan was amazing, so happy I walked in today! She is a great listener and talented stylist, I wasnt quite sure how I wanted the cut to be so we took it step by step and ended up with an awesome shaggy cut!     I tried this place for the first time and loved it. I had a new stylist, Sarah, who did a fantastic job on my super long hair. Dawn helped and was a great teacher. Dawn was very patient and detailed in her teaching, and Sarah did exactly what I was asking for. I’d definitely go back and see them!

    I have been going to a competitor for years and decided to try Great Clips. Best decision I have made when it comes to my hair. Not only was the haircut $6 less than the competition but the haircut was 100 times better. Jess cut my hair and has 18 years experience. I asked because I could tell she had been doing this a while. She was awesome and extremely detailed. I have definitely found my new spot!!!

    I didnt get my stylists name but my receipt says Ariel. So, Ariel gave me a haircut and did a great job! She was patient listening to my thoughts and ideas about what I wanted to get done. The salon is following COVID-19 precautions by requiring everyone to wear a mask and theyre sanitizing each station after each customers along with providing new capes. Because of the precautions theyre not giving face/beard cuts or trims right now. The staff was very friendly. It is easier if you sign in online but it is not required.

    I have gotten the best hair cut here. And because I was so pleased, I always wait for the same stylist.Usually a cut looks good right out of the shop and then I have to do a lot of fiddling with the hair. Since I started at great clips a few months ago, the cut always looks good. I think I lucked out and found someone who does it exactly right.

    I just got my hair done here and it looks great. Super easy to just walk in and get it done. It was done by Reagan and I really recommend her. Shes fun to converse with, shes sweet, charming, creative, caring, and does a great job- even if you dont bring a picture and just describe what you want, shell do it, and do a great job. Great clip for a great price.

    I changed my review from 1 star. Because the assistant manager actually called me apologized and then told me I could come back in which I did she cut my hair herself and gave me a discount.

    My son is always pleased with his hair cuts here. My daughter has naturally wavy hair, she showed the girl what she wanted. The first cut and my daughters hair was at her neck. Much shorter than what she wanted. She went in with long hair so this was a shock. Ultimately it still turned out cute. It would have been nice had she cut it a little longer to begin with so she could see that her hair is naturally wavy. It wouldnt have been super short if she had.

    I dont typically have my haircut professionally I have a friend of the family that does it. This is the first time Ive had to go out in about 8 or 9 years. I was pleasantly surprised when I donated 12 in of hair that I was given a free haircut. I thought that was very nice the hair was donated to kids that need wigs that have cancer. Their person cutting my hair did a good job washed it nice I was happy. Since I didnt have to pay for the haircut I left her a super nice tip and Ill be back when I need my hair cut again.

    Very professional group of stylists at this location. I checked in with the app so I was getting my hair cut within 1 minute of walking through the door. Ariel did an amazing job with my cut. If I didnt live in Jacksonville, I would always come to this location.

    I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service at least 20 minutes earlier than I expected. I also got the exact cut I wanted on the first try, no other adjustments were needed and my barber was friendly and knowledgeable about a military cut.. Keep up the good work!

    I have been getting my haircuts here for over 3 years. Jess was always my go to if available, if not I would wait. Jess has moved and I found her! Jess is now at Jims Barber Shop, hwy 17 Fleming Island in the plaza beside Burger King. If you are looking for now you know where she is! Good luck Jess at your new location!! Folks go see her, the best stylist around!

    Got to the shop about 5 min before the store opened and the first two ladies I encountered were a bit rude. No smiles or greetings.. I was just told they werent open yet to which I replied oh ok Ill just wait outside... Came back inside at the store appointed opening time and was greeted by an entirely new person. Dawn Marie was fantastic. She was friendly, remembered me from a previous visit, and did a great job cutting my hair. She is one of the biggest reasons that I continue going to this salon.

    Fallon did a great job with my hair today. I recently found out I have cancer and will be losing my hair due to chemo. They have a compassionate program offering a free haircut to cancer patients. I thought it might be a bit traumatic when my longer hair starts to fall out. Now I sport a cute shorter cut that may make the upcoming pill of losing all of my hair a bit easier to swallow.

    Great location and helpful staff. Left the Supercut store across the street because of the bad service and frustrating staff. Glad we went here was less expensive and a 100 % better service.
