    Today was my second time here. I have seen Em both times. She has done a fantastic job with my highlights and lowlights. My hair feels healthy and has so much dimension!The customer service is 10/10. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment and felt terrible when they called to see where I was. I ended up arriving 30-minutes late. They never treated me poorly. Everyone was kind and understanding of my mistake. I will continue to come back!

    I worked up the courage to finally cut almost 12 inches of hair off after not cutting my hair for 8 years! Im happy to say I definitely picked the winning salon! Kristen was absolutely amazing! She took her time, was very friendly and welcoming, most importantly she listened to what I wanted and DELIVERED!! I couldnt be happier and I cannot wait to go back to add some color. The salon itself was very pretty and clean. The other staff members that I interacted with were also super friendly. The pricing is transparent and fair for the great services you are receiving. 100% recommend checking this salon out, you will not be disappointed.

    I’ve been using Salon 2000 for 7+ years. For curly hair, Debra is your girl! I have very unique curly hair with more than one texture. She understands the different types of curl patterns and has been a godsend for my haircuts! You can trust Debra with difficult hair types but she is also a pro with straight hair and color!

    Salon2000, and Amber in particular, has been a wonderful and pleasant haircut experience these last few years. She is very kind, cool, and friendly, always willing to indulge my questions and put up with my meandering conversation.     This is my second time coming here for a wash and cut with Emm. It has been one of the best salons, and stylist I have found in awhile. Everyone is welcoming and professional. The mini massage they offer completely sets the tone. I drive all the way from old st Augustine road to come here and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

    First time here and this salon is amazing! Everybody was nice and polite. I got offered different things to drink and got the tour. The place is very clean. The hot towel treatment was heavenly! Loved my stylist Jennifer! She did an amazing job, I am a very difficult client and for the first time in a very long time I came out entirely satisfied! I have found the perfect place! Thank you for the awesome experience!

    This was my first time going to this salon. I had a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They had water and coffee available to drink. Margaret cut my hair and she did a fantastic job! She went above and beyond to make sure that the cut came out exactly how I wanted it. Margaret was even nice enough to teach me how to style my new cut. The entire experience was just really great and I will absolutely recommend this salon and Margaret to anyone looking for a new salon.

    I just moved here and my Realtor Rachel Domenico of Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, Inc. recommended I try Salon 2000. Rachel has been amazing about referring different business in the area and so far she has not steered me wrong. Once again she was right one the money; Natasha was amazing. She took the time to get to know me and understand that though I am almost 50, I am no hair genius. I truly rely on my stylist to make sure my cut and hair is easy for me to do in the morning. She made it happen! Not only did she give me a beautiful color but the cut is amazing. So easy for me to do in the morning. She cut my hair so it really just falls right into place. I could not be happier with my experience and I will definitely be going back to see Natasha again.

    I stupidly forgot and wore a top that Debra did not want me keep on due to coloring my hair. They went to a great deal of trouble to allow me to remove my top, place in bag and use a smock. It was all done to protect me and others. As always she did a beautiful job with my hair. The whole salon is very professional from greeting to exiting and is my happy place!

    Great experience every time. I have had Sandy do my hair (most of the time) and Margaret and other technicians on occasion. Everyone is excellent and atmosphere is very inviting. I have been to numerous salons in several cities and Salon 2000 in Fleming Island has the best hairdressers (so professional) yet very pleasant . I have been going to Salon 2000 for six years.

    I have been to this salon several times in the past few months. I always get outstanding service! Lydia has colored my hair and cut my daughters hair. She is amazing and I will continue to request her. Great place!!

    Super professional. I have such a hard time relaxing. Im about 100 mph all the time, but these ladies make me so comfortable that I can slow down. I had stuck straight hair until about 5 years ago. My hairdresser took the time to help me learn how to manage it. Although it will never look as good as when she does it, it is a definite improvement over the frizzy mess I have been fighting.

    I called early in the morning to make an appointment and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Upon arriving, I was welcomed at the door by my hair stylist Ciara and made to feel very comfortable. I love how spacious and clean the salon was, and they do a very good job of following kovid guidelines. Ciara gave me an absolutely amazing hair cut and was very kind and professional, I will certainly be returning for future haircuts!

    Every time I go here Im treated with so much respect and kindness! And Im never pressured to buy a product or to do something more with my hair. Their prices are similar to what youd pay at any other salon. Their service, however, goes above and beyond what youd get anywhere else. The hand massages, aromatherapy, and genuine hospitality of everyone there is incomparable, period. I dont really have a regular, but Ive gone for services ranging from a full color service to hair and makeup for prom to a simple trim, and no matter how much or how little I need done, I am always treated the same. I normally just call and ask if anyones available because I know Ill receive an amazing outcome no matter who I see. Ive been coming here for over four years now, and I cant recommend them enough.

    I had a great experience here with one of the junior stylists. I cant remember the girls name! She has short hair and a baby boy and she was super nice and relatable. She took a long time, being careful with my hair however she was very passionate and knowledgable about her work.

    Salon 2000 Aveda Fleming Island is absolutely marvelous! The staff greets you as you walk in, with smiles and well-wishes. They offer water, coffee and cookies. One definitely feels welcome here, treated as a valued client! Did I mention the ambiance? Nothing short of spectacular! The Salon is modern, chic and oh-so relaxing. I highly recommend Sandy. Been going to her for many years, and she always does a spectacular job!

    Update: still love to go here for my haircuts. Friendly, professional stylists and staff! Always consult with you before your cut, style or color. Whats not to love about a hand massage and scalp massage? The Aveda products are amazing!

    Today I went into salon 2000Desperately looking for someone to help me correct a very bad haircut I had gotten.Everyone was booked and I had to leave town the next day. My angel, named ASHLEY heard me and said follow me I can fix this in a few minutes before my client gets here. She was soo attentive, caring, and Amazing.     This isnt your average haircut place , not even just because its an Aveda Salon . Ive used Aveda Salons before but this particular salon , and particularly its staff are so kind , patient and top notch in regards to the first class treatment youll receive . Yes, your hair will look fabulous ( mine sure does !!!) but I left feeling more than just pleased regarding a new haircut , I truly was able to relax and be free to be myself which is a rarity for me as I suffer from both severe pain and Rapid Cycling Bipolar 1disorder . I was solidly in the whirlwind of mania when I entered this salon too . Rapid Cycling Bipolar is nothing short of hell ... for me and those Im around ... very taxing !!! I chose Samantha ( my memory for names is not great but Im checking that out later and will edit later if I got my stylist name wrong ! From the entrance and welcome I received , service was spectacular . Best chilled cucumber water 👌 too...a sweet woman asked if Id like to sit , it was hard to so she accommodated me by not overdoing the introduction / tour of Aveda , its product line or the salon in general . More than anything , she listened to my desires , my needs ...then I was quietly led to a peaceful area to begin meeting my new friend / stylist . I wanted and got a edgy cool short summer cut . Easy to style with or without product , I wanted freedom to blow-dry but not be forced to bc of this or that . Despite my frenetic energy , my stylist was calm , she too , listened . What a gift . What talent . I needed to be heard every bit as much as I needed a haircut . My stylist asked me how I WANTED MY HAIR ! Too many times I been asked that only to get the stylists favorite haircut FOR me . I got the cut I wanted and needed and I love it too . It was cool learning techniques to help me do what I choose to achieve the desired look too. I just surrendered to pleasure basically ...thats the honest truth! The soft relaxing music , the arm , neck and scalp massage , the essential oil fragrance upon my body . Wonderful . Cant describe how I began to just let go of so much pain , both physical and emotional ... literally , I almost wept. It was okay to , I knew I was safe .. and at home in this particular Aveda Salon and with Samantha , my perfect stylist . I highly recommend her and look so forward to returning . Would you believe ...Im 56 and no...I did not know brows can be easily dyed to make dramatic , beautiful changes in ones thin , blonde brows and W/O looking like Groucho Marx !!! So, I said , oh heck yeah 😏 add some color to these babies and got the brow tiny/dye too . Very reasonable price 👌, under 25.00 I wasnt rushed, forced or pressured into it , I chose this service too . Very important to me ! I had no idea regarding what color or anything...I just let go ..got spectacular change without any shock factor...you KNOW what I mean too. Good looking brows without pain , burns or being over priced . Love em ❤️..yep, plan on keeping it up too. When I finished with my royal spa treatment , I was NOT forced into ANYTHING .. nothing at all . So important !!! Another reason I want to return . I was offered answers to questions regarding the products but left ( easily , freely and without feeling guilty ) without any new product purchasing . I wanted it ALL , especially the roller ball massage essential oils but ...I will go get it later I decided . When I want . This IS my longest ,ever review ! Please let me flow and just accept me just being me ... especially in light of this wacky condition of mine , Bipolar 1. Thank you 😊 Dont deprive yourself of joy or special treatment ... especially if you are unique . You deserve Aveda Salon in Fleming Island Florida ! Blessings to all of you ! Shelly

    Only place I will go now. After a very long search for a salon with consistency in their staff, Salon 2000 Aveda Fleming Island Florida has won me over for good.Brought 3 friends in (2 with significant health problems) who are now sold on this location too.Never disliked a style done yet.Have had horrible past experiences.     I came to Salon 2000 for a correction from Cortello Salon that gave me highlights instead of an ombre that I wanted. While Cortello may have several stylists that could have made the correction, they still expected me to pay for the color, which to me is wrong because not only was the style wrong, the color was all wrong. I dont think I should have needed to pay for another service when I didnt get what I paid for initially.A yelp review helped me decide on Natasha at Salon 2000, regarding an ombre correction as well. I came in for a consultation and Natasha made me comfortable from the beginning. She made suggestions to make the corrections and never bashed what the previous stylist did, that is what made a great visit- her honesty and willingness to just make things right. I felt comfortable in her chair and I was assured I would be happy, and HAPPY I AM! Natasha not only knows how to do an ombre, she is professional and genuinely wants you to feel and look great! I am 2 months new to the area, and Im glad I have finally found my stylist! The Salon also guarantees you will get what you want, and will never make you pay for a correction, like Cortello was trying to do. Look no further!

    Honestly no other place compares to this one. I have been to all the other places in the area and 2000 beats them by a mile. I get a scalp and hand massage and they wash my hair too. I never had a place do that as part of the service. Its only a few bucks more but well worth it! Kaley does a great job! I will be back to see her! Thank you Kaley!!
