    First time here. Atmosphere was happy! My stylist was Elizabeth. I pretend to be a stylist at times. Elizabeth had to fix my mistakes, honestly, best haircut I received in a long while. Definitely returning to her. She was quite funny as well😁😉

    I wasn’t able to get back to my regular Cuts By Us in Georgia, so I decided to try the Cuts By Us in Fort Walton. I was scared to death to go to a new hairdresser but I ended up hitting the jackpot. It was Erica’s first day at Cuts By Us, not her first day cutting hair. And, even though I’m sure the other hairdressers are great too, I feel like I had to have gotten one of the best, if not the best hairdresser there. She eased my worries over letting someone else cut my hair. And, I received one of the best haircuts I have ever received. I will definitely go back to Erica whenever I’m in Fort Walton. Amy, the manager, was great too. She keeps everything going smoothly and everyone was very polite and working hard to satisfy all customers.

    I came in today as a walk-in with my service dog because I am hard-of-hearing. I was immediately told that I could not bring my dog in which is a violation of the ADA laws. I was going to leave but another very sweet lady saved the sell and politely told me to come sit in the chair and she would help me. Her name is Bonnie. She did an amazing haircut and was very kind to me and my dog. Due to Bonnies excellent hair cutting skills and her kindness, I have now found myself a permanent hairstylist because I will be going back to see her. The lady that told me I couldnt bring in my service dog was named Dina.

    The best haircut fade I have ever had was at my local “Cuts by Us” The fade was executed perfectly, with a seamless transition from a longer length on top to a shorter length on the sides and back. Paula paid great attention to detail, ensuring that the fade was even and symmetrical. The end result was a clean and stylish haircut that perfectly complemented my face shape. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and received numerous compliments on my new look.

    The hairdresser Andrea did a fabulous job on my hair and was so friendly. I will definitely continue to go there and have Andrea do my hair on a regular basis. It was a wonderful day having such a sweet young lady do my hair along with good conversation.

    Have a regular hair dresser that been using for years. Had to cancel my last 2 appointments because of my hectic schedule. My highlights were going past three months overdue. On an impulse I decided to try a walk in place for my high lights. I was very nervous to say the least. Alex did my hair. Blonde highlights and cut. She did a great job. I love my color and cut was perfect. My hair is long. Happy with prices. Out the door for $100. Will go back for sure. Its very convenient to just be able to walk in and theyre open seven days a week. Thank you!

    Andrea did an amazing job on my 11yr old daughter’s hair. She wanted a change from her super long hair to a cute shoulder length style and Andrea delivered just that. My daughter thought she was so nice!! Will definitely be coming back to see Andrea again.

    This place is excellent for reliable hair cut and color services. Their customer service in particular is awesome you can tell they take pride in their work and want to ensure everyone leaves with 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a little bit of pampering - on a budget. I recommend you ask for Amy, but all their stylists are great.

    Jasmine is so great my hair is extremely long and blonde . I get it cut once every few years . I told her my goal of what I wanted and how I wear my hair in different ways. SHE MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! I will forever go see her and follow where she goes. Loved this experience and the conversation. I feel and look like me and I LOVE IT

    Kiiara was such a breath of fresh air. Ive been getting my haircut from the same person in Destin for 5 years. Thought I was getting a pretty good cut all that time. My stylist was out of town and I needed a cut badly. Stopped in Cuts by Us, Kiiara was the first one to come to the front and grab the next customer. She gave me the best haircut Ive had since Ive been in Florida. And what a great person. Great cut, friendly attitude and a great conversation. Definitely have found a new hair stylist and salon.

    The manager, Amy is the best. i was raised in her area and my husband and and i still drive to have her cut our hair after moving to Nashville a year ago. She listens and always does us right.     On my first visit I was very unhappy with my cut & color. I wrote a really negative review. After much thought I felt it only fair that I give the salon another chance. I spoke with the manager Amy who was more than kind and apologetic. She set me up with Phonzie to correct my color. Phonzie did a fabulous job! Im very happy with my color! She also cut my hair just like the picture I showed her!Im so very happy that I have the salon another chance it was the right thing to do!Thanks again Amy & Phonzie, your customer service is exemplary!     I went to get hair cut and color for my sisters wedding. And Chris Lancer did my haircut. He did an awesome job. I admire that he had the patience to deal with my long hair( all the way to the small of my back). Not only did he do an amazing job, he had a great personality.My hair looked radiant! And the color made My eyes pop. Thanks Chris.

    Deana (I think that’s how you spell her name) did a great job on my hair cut! She was nice and gave me lots of tips for my blonde hair that I ended up doing and they have helped a lot.Would recommend her for a great haircut.

    I have been using this salon for about a year and a half now. First I found Fonzi and she gave me exactly the hair cut and perm I wanted. My hair was beautiful but I didt realize that it wasnt the right style for my face. I also recommended my oldest daughter to Fonzi when she was visiting from San Diego back in December. Fonzi gave her a gorgeous perm that is still looking great today. I recently had surgery and needed a short low maintenance hair cut. I already knew Elaine was the master of short hair cuts because she does another daughters hair. So I went in told her what I needed from my new hair cut and then gave her complete control. I walked out of the salon yesterday looking like I had a makeover! I have never before had a hair cut do so much for me. Not to mention Im usually a person who is never happy with a fresh hair cut. So I have recommended this salon to friends and family and would recommend them to you.

    KIIARA IS A QUEEN! A lot of my friends were SHOCKED when I told them I went to Cuts By Us for High lights because Kiiara did such an amazing job! Not only did she listen to what I wanted and made it happen, she did it by making me LAUGH the entire 2 hours. My cheeks hurt from smiling. I walked out not only looking absolutely fabulous with a fresh blonde look, but I also felt extremely happy with the experience. Kiiara is my new GIRL! Also Dena and Leann have always hooked a girl up too :)

Nice atmosphere, friendly people, and best of all they listen to what you want the *first* time.
