    I have been going to Kurt for about 6 months now and let me tell you he is absolutely amazing, I have always loved my hair cuts and coloring. Went on Friday 4/18 and he has knocked this cut out of the park, this is the one Kurt. I love how he consultants and suggest before washing and cutting. I would HIGHLY recommend Kurt for your next hair cut. 😍

    I recently decided to go fully blonde and had no idea who to go to as my previous hairdresser is two hours from where I live. I found lily at Callicarpa salon through a friend and she set me up with everything I needed to know about going blonde. She has gotten me on the right path to achieve my goal and I could t be happier with how my hair turned out just after the first appointment!!! I can’t wait for my next appointment to get even closer to achieving what I want with my hair. She even recommended products to use and the difference they have made on my hair is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going to lily for all your hair needs she’s super sweet and very down to earth. She will tell you exactly what you need to do and the prices your looking at spending and better ways to achieve the same goal and not spend an arm and a leg if your working on a budget

    What a gem of a place. Curt, the owner, is very welcoming. Alissia did a fabulous job on my hair. Its refreshing to find a place that is not LOUD with voices or music and overwrought in decor. This salon should be a go-to for reasonably priced and professional styling.

    Callicarpa salon has wonderful people who are skilled, passionate professionals and so kind. Curt was fabulous and so helpful in organizing hair services for my daughter’s wedding day on short notice…. Thank you! Alissia is the best… a ray of sunshine and such a talented stylist… She did fabulous updos and lovely hair styles for my daughter and her entire bridal party! Phalyn gave me beautiful nails… she is so talented and wise beyond her years. Highly recommend!

    What a great salon! My first visit resulted in the best haircut Ive ever had. Curt understood me, and his scissors worked their magic. Hes a fantastic person, so the bonus is having great conversations while Curt works away. Hes truly a hair whisperer!

    I had the pleasure of getting a haircut and highlight by Phalyn. She took the time to ask me what I was looking for in a haircut and color. She did an absolutely wonderful job. Her apprentice shampooed my hair and was very thorough. The salon is beautiful and clean. Everyone is so nice. Great atmosphere. Thank You!!

    I love Curt! Very accommodating and he works with the clients very well, listening to how they want their hair done, but also giving suggestions. Everytime I have my hair done here its always a great outcome!! You should check them out 👍👌

    Curt gave me the best razor cut I have ever had. I absolutely love how he did my hair. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. The salon is clean and looks really nice. Prices are very good. I will be going to this salon from now on.

    Lily is the best stylist I’ve ever had, my hair used to be dry and breakable now it’s so full of life. Her color skills are out of this world!! She made my hair beautiful again!

    This actually addresses Matrix products recommended by Kurt-- the shampoo and 2 conditioners. I never buy these types of products because they are pricey and not noticeably different. Hah! I noticed a small amount of the shampoo worked amazingly well. After the second time, I used a very small amount of the conditioner, and, WOW, my hair felt clean and manageable. This product is amazing and well worth the money. My thick hair feels light and easy to comb. Thanks, Kurt!

    Phalyn took my drab greying hair and made it look incredible!! From drab to fab! I’m so glad I found my people. There are a lot of choices in town for hair services but I’m certain this sweet spot is the ABSOULUTE BEST! You guys are a pleasure to be around and you made it so comfortable. Thank you!!

    Curt is the best! I wont go to anyone else for a haircut and/or style! I trust him to just do what he knows how to do, being the expert he is. My husband has Curt cut his hair, too.

    So Im driving home from work and said to myself I need a little hair makeover drove to Callicarpa Salon last minute no appointment they took me right in and I got a double bonus and got Phaylin who is awesome. Wash and blow-dry very reasonable outstanding job highly recommend this salon already scheduled another appointment for next week!!
