I cant begin to say enough good things about Alana and Salty Roots! Whether you are a local, or visiting our island, you will not be disappointed. Alana and Tori, and all the crew at Salty Roots are the best! They provide the latest techniques, professionalism, and the most relaxing island vibe. The Perry Hotel and Marina view is a view you wont soon forget. Enjoy it all at Salty Roots!

I came in for a color correction and left with not just amazing hair, but an all-around great experience. From start to finish, Christina made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone was super friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely fun to be around—it made the whole appointment fly by.Christina took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect with the process and the end result. I never felt rushed or left in the dark, which I really appreciated.By the end of my appointment, I knew I’d found my salon. I booked my next visit before I even walked out the door—and honestly, I won’t be going anywhere else. Ever.

Salty Roots is by far my favorite salon I’ve ever been to. When I moved back to Key West almost 7 years ago, I used to still go to my hair stylist in San Diego because I’ve always been very picky on who cuts my hair, then I met Tori. Ever since she’s started cutting my hair, I won’t go to anyone else. Her care for her clients is unlike any other stylist I’ve been to, she has the biggest heart, and most beautiful salon space overlooking the water. All of the stylists that work at Salty Roots are so kind, Key West is lucky to have these ladies!

The amazing girls at salty roots did me, my mom and my bridesmaid’s hair and makeup for my wedding day. I can’t say enough about how amazing these girls were. They made me feel like a true princess. They listened to what I wanted and took the photos I provided them into account when doing my hair and makeup and it came out better than I could imagine! They are so sweet and kind. They made me feel at home right away. They gave us beverages and played my favorite music as we were getting ready. They closed off the whole Solon just for me and my bridal party as we got ready. The environment was beautiful and light, and made a perfect setting for photos to be taken before the ceremony. I can’t recommend these girls enough! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I have salty roots, along with the Perry to thank for that.

What a great experience I had today at Salty Roots. The environment is so beautiful and comfortable. I even had a doggie friend hanging out near me during my haircut. Brittany was so friendly and professional. She spent time really listening during the consultation and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I will be back. I definitely recommend this place!

1,000,000/5 stars for Elise! Miracle worker and an absolute lifesaver after I made the mistake of going elsewhere to get my hair cut on a whim. She turned my weird 80’s mullet (that I did NOT ask for) into an adorable bob and now I can leave the house again! 🤣🤣Thank you, Elise - you are THE BEST!!💗💗

We love Salty Roots!! Im not great at planning our family haircuts ahead of time and what I love is all of the stylist work together and we are always satisfied with any of the ladies! The environment is relaxing with beautiful views. These ladies work hard for their clients and it shows! Kudos, Ladies!

I enjoyed a terrific experience at Salty Roots on Monday. Ample parking and the salon is beautiful. Calm and bright decor. Huge window looking out on many boats bobbing in their slips. Elise was my stylist for a root touch up and cut. After evaluating my hair Elise chose two colors for my roots. Elise listened to my desires for the short hairstyle I wear and delivered a perfect scissored cut. Lovely salon with expert stylist.

Salty Roots is the most beautiful Salon in Key West, from the views to the style and design inside there is no question that you are in for a relaxing appointment! Everyone in the salon in so talented and will make you feel absolutely amazing!Tori is my girl- she has this naturally genuine way of caring for you and your hair! She is so easy to chat with and truly makes the whole experience. She is also extremely talented, since day one Ive always felt my absolute best after leaving her chair!

Tori has been doing my hair for almost 5 years now and I’m always in love with it when I walk out of the salon. The girls at Salty Roots are amazing at what they do. The aesthetic of the salon is beautiful and welcoming, and the view of the marina from the chairs is so relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic experience! On top of Brittany giving me the best highlight and tone of my life, the over all ambiance of the beautiful salon + water views, as well as the company made this experience great! I tend to wait too long between full highlights and now Brittany is working with me to get on an express touch up schedule for an easy maintenance fresh blonde look, year round! Super excited!

Alana is wonderul, professional friendly and does a fantastic job!She colored my roots, blended beautifully with my color and highlights and also rehydrated my hair and especially dry ends. I would recommend her highly.

Amazing. I have very curly hair and she took the time to wash and teach me about my hair. Blew it out bette than anyone- ever. Put some pretty curls in it at the end. Love so much.
