    I had a great experience with Mercedes, I have the long biker hair a she did everything I asked along with a little extra, (eyebrow trim). I will be coming back because of the great job she did.

    I signed into the haircut queue online. There was a 94 minute wait time and I was texted to head to the salon about an hour later. Shortly after arriving, Heather invited me for my haircut. She combed my hair and asked what happened to my hair. I explained that I had gone to a competitor chain and got a terrible haircut. She was very sympathetic and we discussed and agreed upon a remediation plan. My new look is shorter than originally planned, but the scalped areas are not as noticeable. Heather did an awesome job and she is a great person to work with and talk to. So bottom line, you can’t go wrong with Heather in Lady Lake at Great Clips.

    I walked in to get my very thick hair layered. First, the wait was 10 mins. I was lucky to get Pamela. She was do pleasant, so polite & knew what I was asking for. She worked her magic layering my hair & I am so happy with it. Thank you, Pamela. Ill be back!!

    Update 2/16/2025I have been utilizing this establishment for over a year now. Mercedes has cut my hair each time , and I have been satisfied with the results.I can not comment on the other stylist other than my prior post as Mercedes is the only one I let cut my hair as she does a great job.Prior comment,We used this establishment a few times. My stylist, Mercedes, is a 5 star stylist.My wife had to go back a second time to get her hair redone. She still did not get a good job, and her stylist would not take any of her suggestions to improve it.She had to go to a different salon to get it fixed.She will not be going back to this establishment.

    They always do an amazing job. Super friendly will be back for another trim. Jasmin has cut my hair last 4 times there always very pleasant and have never had to have her redo my cut. Dawn has also done a wonderful job before Jasmin started to cut my hair. Would recommend either of them.

    Every time I come to Great Clips I have a good experience. The people are friendly. They listen to how I want my hair cut and it’s done right every time. Dawn is an excellent hairdresser.

    Jasmine gave me a great cut. Followed my direction and I asked her to go a little shorter 2 times and she was happy to do it. My new go to place. Cant beat the quality or price. Make your appointment online so you wont have much of a wait

    Easy peasy place for a quick haircut or trim. My boyfriend went in seriously needing a buzz and we only waiting about 15 minutes. The person doing his hair kept looking back at me to approve of the length and style LOL. We love to see it.

    Great customer service and price! Women and men haircut is only $17! Stylist listens to what u want and they deliver!Thank you for ur great service! Highly recommend this place. No appt needed. Why overpay for a trim or simple cut. They don’t do hair color. Ladies there are very friendly!I returned to this place and service was great! Thank you ladies!

    I have had my haircut by Heather soon after she started at Great Clips until present.She is my favorite because she is so consistent and friendly.I definitely recommend Great Clips.Bob.

    I have naturally curly hair. I have had a hard time finding a hair salon or barber shop in The Villages that can cut my hair properly, without spending a princely sum, leaving it shorter, but full and rounded, as I like it. Most hair professionals cut it the same way they would for a person with straight hair, despite the fact that I always discuss with them in advance how I want it done. As a result, I have often left the shop feeling butchered and chopped. I have to put up with the awful look for 3 or 4 weeks until it starts to fill in again. At my first visit to this shop, I explained what I wanted, and voila, it was cut perfectly. I will return there, but they dont take reservations, so I hope I can have the same stylist again.

    I always get a good haircut at Great Clips, no matter which salon I visit. The stylist at La Plaza Grand (Deborah, I think) was very competent and friendly. Courteous service at a very reasonable price.

    Want a no nonsense haircut, this is the place. Walk-ins are welcomed. They will get and put you in the system and it will indicate the wait time. You dont have to get a shampoo or blow dry.
