    I enjoy being in Fran’s Sparkle & Glam Salon. It reflects her style and personality and creativity. She is an artist with hair color and hair styling. She takes time to get to know her clients. My experience with Fran has always been excellent. She is a friendly and caring person. I highly recommend her.
