    This was our first time at Olivia Lane. The salon is clean and welcoming. Abby was our stylist and she’s amazing. She made our visit. My daughter has very thick, curly hair. Abby is a newer stylist who values her clients experience. She didn’t hesitate to seek guidance from a more experienced stylist when needed but generally handle the cut with skill and confidence. Abby made my girl feel heard, comfortable and beautiful. We’ll be back after ballet ends so my daughter can go shorter. Thanks Abby for a great cut and overall experience.

    I went in for just a trim and left with a beautiful result!! I had Abigail who was so sweet and really made sure I got the results I wanted! This was hands down the best haircut I’ve gotten!! Great job Abigail and thank you again :)

    You can sit with us environment and boy did I feel it. I tried to snap a photo of one of the girls helping one another blow dry my hair. I thought it was so nice to see them work together and try and get me out of there. This was my first visit, we just moved to the area and I really enjoyed my time there!Thank you for the military discount and thank you for encompassing an environment where women work together and are better together than a place of division! Keep encouraging your team to share the love of Jesus. I can feel it!Also… great music play list!Here is my baby! She got her hair done by Delana! She was wonderful too and made my baby feel so beautiful!

    The staff and service at this salon are exceptional. I walked in (somewhat distraught) to see if they could do a last minute color correction from another salon and they were able to squeeze me in. I felt right at home as the staff (Erin, Renee and Andrea…I hope I got those names right) were warm and inviting. They understood what I was describing and totally delivered. On top of all of that, the salon is super cute and the hair washing bowls don’t hurt your neck! 😜😎. Thanks for the great experience Olivia Lane Salon ~ I will be back!

    Wow, where do I even begin? I’ve been searching for a good hair salon that can accommodate women who wear hijab, while feeling taken care of and my hair needs. As a first time clientele, I enter and see my name on the chalkboard being welcomed which was a nice touch especially having been on the hunt for a good local salon for some time.I was blown away by the service, how kind Renee, Andrea, and every one of the ladies are. They stayed late to make sure my hair was the right color where I wanted it to be. They gave me the ultimate treatment, and I was really touched by how sweet and well they took care of me. Renee and the stylists were honest and wanted to make sure I preserved the health of my hair, guiding me each step of the way, taking the color slowly to achieve the look we wanted. Each time I come back, I feel welcomed, accommodated, and pampered which means so much to me. I love how my hair turned out. If you want to be treated like a Queen and have the best hair and service, Olivia Lane salon is the place to be. I’m so happy I finally found a good hair salon. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

    I love this salon! Scarlett is my stylist, she amazing! Scarlett noticed my hair my was drier, frizzier than normal…. It’s Florida I know…. She applied a treatment and my hair felt so soft and no frizz.Such a warm and welcoming salon. Go here, you will be very happy with results.

    Scarlett is absolutely the best! I moved here 1 yr. ago from Vegas & to say Im extremely picky about who does my hair would be an understatement! Shes patient, professional, personable & very friendly. I would definitely recommend her to any of my family, friends or coworkers. In addition to Scarlett the receptionist is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everytime Ive been there place is always spotless! All the other stylist are just as inviting & friendly per my experience. Please stop by, I promise you wont be disappointed!

    Erin, is by far the best hair stylist Ive been to in a long time! She really took her time with me. Answered all of my question she even went above and beyond to make sure my hair looked flawless. She told me what to use afterwards and how to keep it looking flawless. Shes as real and the sweetest hair stylist I know in Panama city. Shes great and is now forever my hair stylist. Olivia lane salon is the place to go for sure. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My hair dresser, Mary Caroline, was very easy to talk to and incredibly sweet.     I found Olivia Lane Salon by looking up hair salons in my new area. I had been with my previous stylist for 20 years, so starting over was new & scary to me.Mary Caroline did a great job making me feel comfortable. I absolutely love my new cut & style! She has a very nice and easy to talk to. Mary Caroline really took time to listen to was I wanted to do and my hair turned out better than I imagined! I will definitely be going back.Mary Caroline was able to come up with a plan and wrote up an estimate on what the cost would be BEFORE she started which eased my mind so I was comfortable with and enjoyed the process. I will definitely be going back to see Mary Caroline.

    Scheduled an appointment with the only salon with a same day appointment that I could book online. Erin was available right when I needed the appointment; really what a blessing!!Erin did such an amazing job on my hair and she really knew what she was doing with my thick and textured hair.I walked in 10 minutes early to my appointment. There appeared to be a seating area but I noticed it too long after I had been standing awkwardly because it was behind the reception area. 2 stylists were coloring an older womans hair and no one else was around. Neither of them greeted me or told me someone would be with me in a moment. I stood for 10 minutes before Erin came from the back to ask if I had been helped.After that awkward start, everything was just lovely from there! Erin asked questions to get a feel of what I wanted and also some of my hair history so she could give me a look I would love.She took extra time blow drying and straightening my hair to get it to lay right all over. She did a treatment to restore some softness and moisture back to my hair.Erin is fantastic!

    It was the first time I had a dry cut, then wash, then trim again and style. Charlotte was very conscientious, took her time and explained why she cut my hair that way. Salon was nice and clean. I thought a little pricy, but this was my first cut/style in Lynn Haven. This price could be average for the area. I would go back.

    A visit to Olivia Lane Salon is a wonderful experience! It is a beautiful salon and you feel welcome when you walk through the door. There is sweet harmony among the stylists.     I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Olivia Lane! -From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and did not even have time to settle into my seat in the waiting area for my appointment to begin. My stylist, Kelsie, was very professional, incredibly kind, and really took her time to listen and help achieve the more natural bayalage style I was asking for. I am a mom of 4 young kids, so my salon visits have tended to be rather sparse the past few years..but! I will definitely be making Olivia Lane my go-to salon from now on! They are the best!

    Ive been here a few times and theyre always very knowledgeable and quick whenever they do my hair. Ashley cut my hair last. She was really nice and based off her recommendations, gave me a really cute look without cutting too much off as I requested. Ill definitely be back and will have her cut my hair again!

    I went in to Olivialane in hopes to find a way to cover up blue I had layered over my blonde! And of course, they provided perfectly. The woman who helped me was Andria. She was so kind and helpful and personable when it came to being real with me as to what would keep my hair the healthiest during this change! After deciding to go dark, she calmed all my nerves about the dark side and gave me the best possible outcome! I was afraid I wouldn’t like the way I looked with dark hair, but she is truly a cosmetic magician! She told me about a gloss/glaze treatment she could do after to add shine to my hair, and I couldn’t refuse! I’m excited to go back in a few weeks to get a touch up. if you’re considering Olivialane, DO IT! Everyone is so kind and welcoming, as well as the atmosphere of the salon. It’s a perfect salon experience!!!!

    We love Ashley! My daughter wanted to go back to her original color, so Ashley did a refresh gloss/rinse on her & it turned out phenomenal!     Mary Caroline did an amazing job on my balayage and cut. (Side note: I have extremely curly and thick hair.) Scarlett put highlights in my daughters hair and started the process of removing her old blue and dark brown/black dye. She did an amazing job as well. We both left very happy with our results. I definitely recommend this salon!

    They always answer the phone quickly when I call. Immediately greeted at the door as if the ladies knew me for years and we were best friends. Very modern color scheme and decor. All stylists were dressed cute and polite. Everyone I interacted with was positive and upbeat. Was offered multiple refreshments throughout my visit. I was with Stylist Ashley and she was on time. She eased me into changing my hair color and cut. I let her know my concerns of color choices and styles and she made sure to address them all the way though the service. Paperwork to fill out was easy to follow. I appreciate the discussion of prices before any services were completed. I enjoyed my services here and will be returning for routine maintenance. I believe the prices were comparable to other salons in the area. The parking is kind of tight with the other businesses in the shopping center. Thanks for the positive experience, OL.

    I got my very first balayage.Ashley was so sweet and polite.I am from Japan.My hair is thick.I have tried different salons since I moved to the states.Some hair stylists were not happy to work with my hair and made some negative comments.So finding new salon or try new salon is kinda scary for me.But Im happy I found Olivia lane salon. As soon as I walked in,reception lady welcomed me with sweet smile.She was sweet and polite.Ashley was so sweet and took her time.Because of my hair,it took time but she never rushed at all.Balayage takes lots of process and time. But she was very kind whole time.I really appreciate her attitude and effort.The salon smells wonderful and I enjoyed to watch magic happens everywhere in the salon. Andria did an amazing job and also provided recommendations on hair care products without being pushy.     Well, I’ve lived in Panama City for the last 11 years. I was driving back to my hairstylist in Pensacola whom I had for years when I lived in Gulf Breeze.     I saw MC at Olivia Lane Salon. Even from walking in the front door they were all amazing! The front receptionist asked if I wanted my stylist to wear a mask, which I thought was respectful and kind.MC priced my services to meet my budget, and the price she told me was the price I paid which I appreciated.     My visit on Monday morning, was actually my second visit to this salon. On both visits, I was greeted with a smile and my stylist was notified of my arrival. My stylist, came to greet me, settled me into my station.     Andria did a great job on my Brazilian blowout! I was also extremely impressed by the way I was greeted, and by the way that they treated one of the elderly customers that was there.     The whole staff is always friendly and accommodating every time I go or take one of my teenage children. Our latest visit was for my son. Tim was the stylist and from looking at a picture he was able to replicate perfectly the haircut and style that my son wanted. We are always so pleased with the service we receive at Olivia Lane!

    Candice is the BEST STYLIST at Olivia Lane Salon!!! She has been doing my hair for years, and not once has she ever gave me a bad hair cut, style, color, perm, or highlight!!! She KNOWS HAIR!!!     The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I came in for my first visit for a color correction from a previous salon and Jessica did amazing, she brought my hair back to life with just one visit!     Kayla and Sydney did my hair for my wedding along with make up they did such a good job. All of my girls were different ethnicities and they did everyone’s hair treated it with care and listen to their needs.     I have been looking for a hair salon for quite some time that I would be happy with. Before hurricane Michael, I had a fantastic hair stylist who listened and was not afraid to cut my hair. After my first hair cut with her, I fully trusted her, enough to give her creative liberty to do whatever to my hair and she never disappointed. Post Michael I have not been able to find a trusted hair stylist. And with my hair now going through a lot of unforseen changes, mostly do to aging, its been beyond difficult to get a descent trim. My hair is naturally curly and can be deceiving. So many stylist shy away. Yesterday I tried Olivia Lane for the first time. My first impression when walking in was, ok this is nice. The receptionist was pleasant and even informative about the hair products they have. My appointment was with Ashley. And I must say, she was phenomenal. Ashley listened to every word and concerns I had. I loved how she understood my hair is in a weird phase, curly in some parts and straight in others, but was not scared to cut. I was impressed when she said she was going to cut as much of the dead straight ends off first then wash and treat my hair so she could get a true sense of how much my hair curls afterwards to help me determine a length I would be happy with; since my hair is not growing as fast as it once did I am hesitant to have short cuts which I use to love. After my cut, Candice came over to simply style my new curly bangs. Not that Ashley could not, she just wanted Candice to school me on curly bangs as she to has naturally curly hair. Someone else may not have appreciated one stylist consulting in another, but I did appreciate it since I have never had curly bangs before. Both stylist helped me understand that with having androgenic alopecia all hope is not lost and I can still have fabulous hair. I did purchase a product to help with hair growth and hair lost. I have tried everything else and see a dermatologist for my condition, not much has helped, but I figured one more products that was not costing me an arm and leg was worth trying. Thank you Ashley, Candice, and the staff at Olivia Lane for your professionalism. If anyone is looking for a salon that listens, friendly, clean, knowledgeable, and is up with new product and trends, book you appointment with Olivia Lane. My hair has some ways to go before Im able to feel good about it, but at this moment in time Im the happiest I can be with it. Thank you Ashley. See you soon

    Just kidding about the beard trim. Ali cut my hair about 4 inches and made sure I didn’t have any yellowing in my because it’s very very gray. She knew exactly what I needed. I’m very thankful to have this kind of service when I go in. Also the fact that they had my name on a little chalkboard outside welcoming me happy. She made this old lady look a little better and a lot happier.

My hair already had balayage but needed a touch up and there were some areas I wanted some more blonde added and she did not disappoint. She was very professional, sweet and attentive.
