I can’t say enough good things about this salon, I was using another salon in the area for a couple years, but the last few times I went the lady just couldn’t seem to get my color right, I was very frustrated when I left the last time, so I immediately started texting my friends to ask who they use and one told me Root 77, I called and asked for a hair consultation, I went in and right away Leigh Ann made me feel very comfortable, she told me that it could be fixed! of course I was so relieved, then she explained to me what she had to do, so we set the appointment. When I went in she got to work right away, she not only made sure I knew what she would be doing throughout the process, but she explained what the expectation was and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time! So thank you Leigh Ann for making me feel beautiful!!!The whole staff was very sweet, they all got along great, they help and support each other and you could tell they all love what they do! The chairs are the most comfortable that I’ve ever sat in and the salon was very clean. This is definitely the only place I will be using from now on. Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

Katelyn is amazing! She blended my grey beautifully! She takes her time, very thorough and provides great advice! Even though I live 2 hours away, I plan to keep coming to have her do her magic!

Christine is my girl. Have had the worst, crappiest hair cuts in the entire Bay County area! She listened to the cut I asked for and totally delivered. Short, sassy and she nailed it. Finally, a stylist who knows how to stack! And the price was dynamite. THANKS GIRL.

Megan is absolutely amazing! It was my sons first hair cut and let’s just say Megan went above and beyond and was SOOO great with him. She is very patient and so sweet. I will always recommend this place and will never go anywhere else.

Leigh Ann is the BEST in Bay County! Need a color expert or a Brazilian blowout? Call her and she will do it beautifully! Best colorist and stylist that I have found in the area since moving here a year ago. Leigh Ann is the only person I trust with my hair now!!!

Megan is the only person I will let touch my hair. I recently convinced my girlfriend to go to Megan instead of her usual hair person, now she says she wont go to anyone but Megan. Megan always listens to what you want and makes sure you leave looking perfect.

Ive visited this salon twice now, and will never go anyplace else!! Megan is my stylist and is so friendly and warm - and really listens to what youd like to have done and gives suggestions on what might look good. The salon is very bright and welcoming. I just love it there!
