I had the pleasure of visiting Avera Salon on January 18, and I can confidently say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed and cared for.We were greeted immediately by Rob, who met us with a warm smile and positive energy. We were quickly offered refreshments, and I couldn’t resist the mimosa, which added a lovely touch to the experience.Rob truly went above and beyond during my haircut. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and even offered thoughtful feedback. Throughout the process, he checked in with me to ensure I was happy with how things were going, which made me feel valued and in control. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and their satisfaction.The salon itself is perfectly situated in a charming area surrounded by trendy restaurants and a wine bar, making it an ideal spot for a self-care day. Avera Hair Studio is such a relaxing spa like experience. It was my first time there and Rob was great, he spent a few minutes asking me questions and getting a feel for what I wanted and determining the texture of my hair for the best results. I had a cut, head massage and blow dry. And I am very happy with his service. The studio is very nice and they play great music. It is in downtown Ocoee and is very convenient. I will be back.

I gave Robert a quick explanation of how I wanted my haircut, and he put it perfectly into display and converted my boring straight haircut into one with fun layers that gave it volume. I love it.I loved the scalp massage during the hair wash, and the warm towel almost made me sleep, I was so relaxed.I recommend this salon, its so pretty and Robert is so kind and warm.I forgot to take pictures!! But believe me, is a nice place and Im so glad is in Ocoee. I dont have to go fat anymore to get a nice haircut.

Holy hair goddess! Sam is a life changing stylist and gave me exactly what I wanted and more! Sam really took her time building my vision and executed it absolutely masterfully! The salon is gorgeous and I had the most amazing experience. 10/10 recommend

This was my first time at Avera. I came for a haircut and blowdry and cannot speak highly enough of Robert Browns service. I was able to fully discuss what I wanted my hair to look like and he did an amazing job in matching it exactly! The scalp massage and warm towel that followed were the icings on the cake. Me and my two teenage daughters had our first appointment with Rob on 12/16/23.Rob is very warm, welcoming, and spent time with each of us asking questions on our hair care routines, etc.He discussed what he was going to do before he started. When the session came to an end, he made sure we were happy with the result, and we all were very happy. He is extremely talented and versatile. He gave me a curly cut, my younger daughter a blonde balayage and cut, and my older daughter a shag. He’s truly amazing and very understanding. 100 percent recommend!!

Rob was AMAZING. I had such an incredible appointment going from my faded red pixie to a beautiful vivid custom hot pink! He provided phenomenal customer service as well as an incredible knowledge of color. I knew I was in good hands during my appointment and cannot wait to visit again. Its been about a week since my appointment, and my color is still just as vibrant as the day of dying it! Can not recommend enough! You can see the transformation over on his Instagram!

I recently decided to do a dramatic change with my hair (pixie cut) and Rob totally delivered! Ive been wanting to do this cut for a long time and was confident that Rob was the right person to do it for me! I have seen him several times so far for a cut and root touch up and have been very happy each time. He matched my color perfectly and is very precise with his work. He creates a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you feel truly pampered. A wonderfully relaxing scalp massage and hot towel afterwards with soft music and essential oils. I look forward to my visits and highly recommend Rob.

I usually never go get my hair done professionally. But I entrusted Rob with my hair and he definitely exceeded my expectations! I have thin straight hair and he has even helped educate me on how to add more volume as well.Bonus I love that he uses Eufora hair care products which are botanical-based and free of parabens/sulfates/phthalates.
