    Tianna was great!! She took care of me and my two boys!! She has great customer service!! I went in for my oldest son and saw how she listened to him and how great his haircut was. I came back and had myself and my youngest on get haircuts. My 3 year old was not too happy and she calmed him down and he loved his trim. I had a great experience and loved the haircut. She is kind, patience and very knowledgeable. We have three different styles and she was able to accomplish it so well!!

    This has become my Sport Clips of choice, I always get amazing haircuts from Tianna, Andrea and Briana. You can tell them the finest of details, they listen, keep notes and make it happen. They are also kind people who always greet with a smile.

    Tianna is the best, not only did she give me a great haircut, she gave my son his first haircut. She was so good with him and even when he squirmed she was great. She made sure he was comfortable before she started, let him hold a comb and kept checking in with him. She is the best.

    Up until now, I never been to a sports clips. I was one of the first guests to have my hair done when this shop opened. The hospitality and welcoming of all the employees was outstanding. They greet you as you walk in even if they have a guest in there chair. The positive energy is worth waiting your turn while watching sports on TV. My stylist took her time making sure my hair was done right and my hair is difficult to do, she also trimmed my beard and evened it out. She Carried on a positive, professional conversation so I felt comfortable in her chair. The hair wash and hot towel was amazing while sitting in a massage chair. I think I fell asleep, not sure. Hope I didn’t snore. Then the stylist massaged my shoulders which was very relaxing, offered to style my hair when she was done. As I left the shop all the stylist said have a good day. I give cudos to these wonderful women who take pride in there work. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience, I will be returning to have haircut at this location.

    I read a negative review before going that stated something about a long wait blah blah blah... Ignore that nonsense. I checked in online and waited all of 5 seconds before Ashley brough me back and got started. Ive never had a better hair/beard cutting experience. I cant say enough good things about how great of a job Ashley did. She explained everything to me which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Im definitely going back. As for anyone reading this review, you should definitely not go here. Afterall, I dont want them getting too busy. :-)

    Im a gentleman with long hair so I like to get my hair washed before it gets cut. The optional hot towel on my face feels very relaxing while Im getting my hair washed. I came out looking great and feeling refreshed. So dont be afraid if you have long hair they can cut that too!

    I came in sporadically and honestly as a last ditch effort since I couldn’t get in with my usual barber of close to a decade. I was very happily surprised by the service provided by Andrea and how detailed she was with my haircut. I can be picky and I had no issues and will be back.

    First time ever going to sports clips so i had my initial criticism on top of having read these previous reviews. Firstly, they were prompt and helpful. I find myself always having issues with either of those in the service industry. Also, they really make you feel at home. From the second I walked in the door you can just tell the extra effort the team puts in to be friendly, communicative, and hospitable. Secondly, the kind lady who did my hair actually listened and even happily went over my hair twice after I didn’t find it short enough initially. Additionally, the layering and methods she used were spot on and seemed like she’s been in the industry for ages (i’m unaware of the actual amount of time she’s been in the industry but that’s besides the point). That being said, the other reviews seem to believe these people are barbers, which is significantly different than simply hairdressers. They do not specialize in doing perfect fades and tapers. So if that’s what your coming for I suggest you pay the royalty of perfection and go to a barber shop. Lastly, the steam towel and massage chair were a perfect finish to the haircut process. I’m very happy with my experience and came out wayyyy more satisfied than i expected to be.
