    Kassandra is an absolute gem! She did an incredible job with my haircut — I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.     I was looking for a local stylist and by chance I was told about Kassandra at Cutting Loose and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is she very sweet and easy to talk to…but she took the time to sit down with me to find out exactly what I wanted…AND listened…and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for!The whole experience was fantastic…from the minute I walked in the door and met Kassandra, until I was finished and ready to leave, I felt comfortable and at ease. . Not only a great place to get a haircut, but also a great place to relax, be pampered, and feel heard! I’m already looking forward to going back to Kassandra and having her do her magic. I know my hair is in good hands!

    I live in Parrish and after many years of using the same stylist (and not that there was anything wrong with my stylist) I felt like I was stuck and needed change.I walked into Cutting Loose Salon, and it was if Paige was standing there waiting for me to walk through the door lol!I honestly believe that timing is everything.There was a reason that our paths crossed that day.Ive foiled and put chemicals on my hair for over 40 years but after my first visit and a lot of discussion with Paige, Paige made me see just how gorgeous, healthy, and strong my hair is now, as Ive matured. It was clear to see, it was time to go N A T U R A L.We are in the process of getting the remaining brassiness/color out of my hair so I can continue with healthy, gorgeous, NATURAL growth going forward.Paige is VERY informative, patient, and oh my gosh, does she know her profession!! She truly is a beautiful soul INSIDE and OUT!!!I couldnt be happier with the results!Thank you Paige!!

    Nicole did a great job! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. My haircut was better than I expected and I really enjoyed our conversation. The salon was peaceful, clean and quiet.     Katrina was absolutely the sweetest! I wanted to try something totally different than my normal style but I wasnt sure what would look good. She helped walk me through it according to my face shape and skin tone. I love the way my hair came out and have been getting tons of compliments. Also Phoenix at the front desk was great!     Ive lived in Ellenton for 8 years, going on 9. I have struggled with finding a stylist who listens to me or remembers the hair style photo I have shown them. I have never found one that doesnt cut my hair too short and the sides are lopsided! Today I went to Cynthia at Cutting Loose in Parish, FL . Finally! She is an excellent Stylist and listened to every word I said. This is the first haircut and style I truly love. Ive gotten compliments galore all day long. She is not only professional, but makes you feel very comfortable with her very friendly and cordial personality! Her 23 years of experience is outstanding and I highly recommend her for your next hair appointment. You wont be disappointed ❤️

    Been going to the salon since Jan 2024. Very friendly atmosphere! Initially started to work with Nicole to help fix a bad color job I did at home and been going to her since.Cares about hair integrity!Photos are from when she helped break up the darkness I had in my hair, to getting me light for the summer, and then transitioning to Fall hair.My daughters also go to her for their haircuts. I knew they would be in good hands.Hair Assistants also give amazing hair washes!

    Paige is great for curly hair. First time getting a cut specific for wavy/curly hair and I was very pleased. She took her time and went slow. She explained products to me and why she was using them. I am extremely happy with the outcome.

    Ive been going to Cutting Loose Parrish for a few months now. Kassandra is the one who I always book with. I have super thick curly hair and Ive never really liked haircuts Ive gotten before. But Kassandra listened to my complaints and suggested we do an interior layering style and I have to say Ive never felt so good after leaving a salon. Ive gotten compliments from so many people since she started doing my hair. I have lots of breakage because I always throw it up in a pony tail and shes teaching me different styling techniques and products to use to make my hair healthier. Ive never really had people explain to me what they are doing with my hair and shes really good at helping me understand what shes doing. Recently Ive been wanting a change of color with highlights, she suggested I get an American Balayage because it shows better on curly hair, and then she toned it red! I am so incredibly happy with it. Everytime I go to Cutting Loose its so clean and everyone is so friendly. The owner, Kelly, always has a friendly smile. I can really tell everyone I interact with at Cutting Loose enjoys their job and coworkers. I will always recommend to my friends.

    I regularly visit Cutting Loose and always have an amazing experience! The staff greets me with warm smiles, and my stylist really listened to my needs while offering great suggestions.     Everyone in this salon is so friendly and sweet and greets you with a smile. My hairstylist is Nicole and I am glad I found her.     Great hair can turn a 6 into a 9 1/2. The perfect cut and color is the quintessential accessory to make every outfit perfect. If you are going to splurge on anything, it should be your hair. That is why Kelly Gibson at Cutting Loose, is the only person in the universe that I trust with my hair! My hair is crazy curly in the back and bone straight in the front. To say my hair is a challenge is a huge understatement. But Kelly listens to what I have to say and uses her years of expertise to make my hair the best it can possibly be! Top- of-the-line products combined with superb customer service makes the Cutting Loose experience a luxurious treat!

    I’m someone who really never has gotten a proper haircut and I was in the market for one. Stumbled upon cutting loose and got a same day appointment with John Frank. My gosh he did amazing !!!! He listened to what I was comfortable with ( I had really long but pretty flat dead hair )And he made it even more amazing than I ever thought . Already counting down the days until I get a gloss and blowout. Getting a style by him was the absolute best. He was timely. Listened to what I wanted and made it look better than I imagined.     Nicole is likely my absolute favorite hair dresser of all time. Her personality is incredible and she is great at my cut (and when I have had her color my hair). love her!!!I have to add something, after going to the Parrish Cutting Loose for a few months. I have not had one bad experience. Upon entering to leaving EVERYONE is up beat and kind. I see them helping each other. And the manager does an incredible job at remembering faces and names. I have never went to a salon that I love more (in this area and I have lived in Sarasota/Bradenton) for over 35 years). I strongly encourage anyone new to area or unhappy with their current salon/hairdresser to give this place a try. I adore them all. BUT I HONESTLY love Niicole so much, not only for her hair knowledge but also her personality.

    I decided to treat my assistant to a new haircut and color for her birthday, Kelly Was Magnificent, She worked miracles on an unsatisfied home color ,and took thick curly frizzy hair ,and turned it into a stylish chic modern bob that was shiny and smooth.My assitant was ecstatic over her new do,and everyone that has seen it has raved about it.How do you get a classy modern funky cut?Go to Kelly at Cutting loose!!!FYI Laura and other staff were helpful kind and amazing.

    I cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience I had with Kassandra. She listened to all of my needs and concerns. Offered me a delicious coffee and gave the BEST scalp massage ever.     Got mine and my little sisters hair cuts done here by John and he was amazing! My sister is 3 years old and this was her first haircut ever so we were a little nervous for how she was going to react but John was super encouraging, kind and made it fun for her. He additionally did a great job on my trim and made such friendly conversation! Everything came out exactly as we hoped :)

    Kelly and her team are absolutely, positively, the BEST Salon team in Parrish! They are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Every consult is about how YOU want your style to look and Kelly is an master stylist with many specialties. (I go for curly hair, but shes great at everything.) I am from New York City, where there is no shortage of excellent salons. But, when I moved here, I found it difficult to be happy with my cut. I started at Cutting Loose in LWR, and because of my crazy schedule, it is so much more convenient now that they are right up the block.If you need a new Salon, that is not your mothers salon, try Cutting Loose in Parrish on 301. You will NOT be sorry.Caution: After this review, you may find it more difficult to get an appointment. lol.

    If you are new to the area and looking for a great hair salon-- GO STRAIGHT TO CUTTING LOOSE PARRISH!! Kelly and her entire team were quick to make me feel comfortable. They took time to listen to my hair goals and executed the plan to perfection. Pricing is more than fair for the level of care and services received. Salon was specially designed by the owner and no detail was missed-- really love the drink menu and comfortable seating areas. Cant wait until my next appointment-- highly recommend!!!

    I walked in today with the intention of scheduling an appt with someone that could do a good job with long layers for long, thick hair. I met Ali and she said she could and her client that was suppose to be there was a no show (which is totally rude and inconsiderate, this is their livelihood and rely on kept appts). It was one of the best visits Ive had at a hair salon, she did such a great job from wash, cut, blowout and straightening. I actually felt pretty when I left. Not only was I impressed with her skills, but for someone in her early 20s, I was so impressed by the little I learned about her and her personal interaction. Her parents should be proud and I guarantee she will develop a great following of clients!
