    I could not be happier with my hair. Salon East is a bit of a hidden gem.Amazing service for a reasonable rate. I do not regularly get my hair done because I hate spending money to sit in a chair for hours and leave unhappy. Luzma did a great job with my unkempt mess and gave it such a beautiful fresh clean and brightened look, full highlights, cut/dry/style and in less than 2 hours.So pleased. I will be back!

    This has to be THE BEST salon, and hair artists in our community. The staff is so friendly and talented. After having so many bad experiences at other salons, I am so grateful to have found Salon East. Gina and Vince have colored my hair, but all the stylists are so talented at Salon East. Its a little hidden gem!

    Giana is amazing! I haven’t been to get my hair done in years mainly out of fear of someone else doing my hair and I end up hating it 😅 but Giana definitely put those fears at ease! She did such a wonder job on my cut and color and was extremely nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend going to see her!

    Maria is a dream!!!! I scheduled a consult one day and the next week came in. From showing her a couple of photos and talking through what I had in mind- she did AMAZING. I am in LOVE with my hair and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. She took my vision and really made it fit me, color, cut, shape, everything. The other employees were so fun and every part of the process was great- I am 100% recommending this place and going again. Thank you Maria!!

    Giana was wonderful. My hair had broken from a prior salon. I have long hair and had bangs from breakage. Giana had a team who worked together for the treatment and products I needed. It’s been 2 months and I love my hair. Heading back for needed trim. Thank you

    Today was my very first visit to Salon East. As soon as I walked inside, I immediately felt welcome. Vince was my stylist and he was incredible. He was very friendly and professional. The shampoo was relaxing and enjoyable. I am in love with my highlights, lowlights and haircut. Overall it was a fantastic experience. I have found my new stylist and my new salon.

    I highly recommend Salon East and Madison! I had a Groupon for a cut and conditioning treatment and it was a fantastic experience, from start to finish. Madison is friendly and she knew exactly what kind of cut would best correct the issues I was having with my hair. She did a wonderful job and my hair looks and feels great, even when I style it myself (the true test!!). I am very happy with my haircut, and have received many compliments already. I will definitely return!

    My closest friend has been getting her hair done by Heather for a while and it always looks beautiful, so I finally went and had her do my highlights and cut.... omg she did an amazing job! Like PERFECT! It looks and feels amazing, I love it! Heather also cut my daughters hair, which was a thick tangled mess. Now it’s silky and perfect, she did a really great job!! Definitely recommend her!!

    Im super picky about my hair but Im not really great at explaining what I want. The team took the time to listen and work with me to get a good direction and then Madison did a fantastic job creating a look I love. Im also really tender headed and she didnt hurt me! Im so happy with my style and my experience. I appreciate your work and patience!

    Miss Brittany Kline is amazing. She is very gentle and is excellent at hair. I just came from Texas and had never had anyone else touch my hair. She was calm and patient with me. She did an amazing job. So I booked my follow up with her for next month.

    Jen, Heather and Luzma do such a great job to make a welcoming ambiance at the salon. Such sweet and talented hair angels! They helped me with multiple styles that would best suit my curls. I’m thankful I found talented ladies like these that do hair for such a reasonable price point.

    I decided to try a new stylist and after researching reviews I booked an appointment with Vince. All I can say is he lived up to his reviews and then some. Im so happy I stepped outside my comfort zone and trusted him with my hair. I am definitely a faithful client! He took his time talking with me, making sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed getting to know him, I was so comfortable from beginning to end.     I dont get my hair cut often, preferring to grow it out and then try a new style. So its really important for me to find a good, reputable salon as I dont want an awful haircut after a couple years of growing my hair out. The stylist asked questions and listened to me about the length I wanted and didnt cut it too short, unlike the last place I went to which was horrifying. Thank you for listening to me! I will definitely come back here again!

    Vince is an amazing hair stylist. Since I first started coming here at my aunts recommendation I have never left disappointed. They went out of their way to recommend a new hair paste for me when the one I used and bought from there was no longer being made. I really appreciate it.

    I recently moved from MD. One thing I stressed over was finding a great colorist/stylist. I found Salon East on a google search and never went anywhere else. Jen, the owner, is friendly and easy-going and my hair always looks great. Her entire staff made me feel welcome and they all seem happy to be working there. I highly recommend this salon!!

    First time here at this salon and the best experience. I had Mrs.Leslie and she is awesome, she listened to what i wanted and helped me to learn how to style my hair better because i do have color damage she told me the different ways and what I can and cant do. And she actually cut my hair how i wanted and not how she wanted. And helped fix my hair because it is at a awkward stage and helped by shaping it better and blending and gave me some layers.:)

    I had my first haircut at this salon tonight and Joan Colon was my stylist. I have never in my 32 years had someone take the time to cut my hair the way she did. I couldnt be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend her!

    My wife, Vicki has been coming here for a while and her hair looks great. I starting coming here for my haircuts too. Luzma is fantastic and she is an artist when it comes to hair and color. The prices are great too and the salon has a very quiet and calming atmosphere. We totally recommend this hair salon.

    I am new to the area and needed a new hair stylist. I called Salon East and was happily greeted by Heather, who got me in ASAP. Heather was hands down the most thorough person that has ever cut my hair, a perfectionist :)I had my hair messed up previously by someone else and she fixed it in one visit! I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone. I have found a new stylist! Yay!

    Heather is wonderful! This is the first time I went BACK to someone after purchasing a Groupon. She is so sweet and engaging. I love that she is very open to feedback and making sure you leave exactly the way you wanted to (or better)... Jenn was also super nice and helpful :)

    My first time at this salon on 8/20, met with Leslie and discussed my color options. We decided on a root touch up and full highlights. After a couple of hours I walked out of the salon looking my very best with the color and cut. Thank you Leslie, you are a gem. See you in October.

    Top notch customer service!!! The Salon East family is by far the best salon group Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. They bend over backwards to make sure that I can fit a great haircut into my busy schedule, at a competitive rate.. Their new online scheduling system has made it super convenient to set an appointment.Jen has been cutting my hair every other week for the past 10 years (before she was the owner). From her chair, Ive had the privilege of sharing every holiday, vacation, and major milestone with her. The whole salon has become family over the years.If youre looking for a regular salon in the North River area, Salon East is it!!!

    First visit yesterday and many more to come. I’ve found the perfect salon! Nalumon worked magic on my long thick mop. She listened to what my goal was with cut and color. She explained my options and recommended the perfect color blend of high and low lights. Wow, she nailed it! Thank you Na!

    Recently moved to the area. Tried a few salons that were just Ok. Their Blow Outs were just mediocre. Learned about Salon East on a FB community page recommendation. Booked an appointment with Luzma. She did an outstanding job. If your hair is thick, curly, frizzy or textured and you need an awesome blow out/flat iron, then Luzma is your girl! The salon is clean, casual and conveniently located. The ladies that were working were kind, welcoming and great to converse with. The search is over. This will now be my go to place!

    I went in first time not sure how to get my haircut done. Joan knew exactly how to cut my hair that would match my head figure and shape. I didn’t need to explain her in detail how I wanted my haircut done and yet Joan was able to do an excellent and handsome looking cut.Amazing job.

    Vince was wonderful! Was able to accomplish the balayage I wanted from my dark almost black hair to a platinum blonde! It came out marvelous. He took his time and made me feel so comfortable even though it all took 4 hours I didn’t feel rushed at all. This is definitely a hidden gem of a salon full of very talented individuals!

    I have hair that is thin and fine a double whammy. Its so hard to find a stylist to reform and refresh my hair. That was until I found Jen. She has never let me down. I definitely recommend her.

    I walked in for an appt for a touch-up color. I am new to the Community from another State and was concern if I would find a Salon I would be happy with. Luzma did my hair.I was extremely happy!! I also had it flat iron. I am very picky. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed being there. Luzma not only did a great job, she was friendly and fast.     I would highly recommend this salon for not only hair styles but permanent makeup. I was extremely satisfied with customer service as well as the quality of the work. My eyebrows have never looked better. I will be going back for permanent eyeliner.
