    Nancy was amazing! This was my first visit. Just moved here and wanted to try a new stylist which can be scary. She took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns. She also studied my inspiration photos for the cut I wanted. And boy did she deliver it. It was very expensive but worth it. I’m so happy and I WILL be back, thank you!

    Nancy saved my hair that had been badly damaged from bad extensions and over bleaching from another stylist. My hair looks and feels so much healthier now. Nancy is wonderful!

    My husband has been having his hair cut by Genesis at Ombre Salon for a few years now, and sys that she does the best cut hes ever had. I agree! I personally have a long history of bad haircuts, such that I finally decided never to visit another salon. For over 20 years, my husband (after our watching many videos) has cut my hair. Since he was so complimentary of Genesis and the salon, I finally got brave this spring and took the plunge. Wow, was I thrilled! The salon is lovely, folks are very nice, and Genesis was awesome, taking a lot of time to be certain that what she was doing was what I wanted. I absolutely love my new cut and style, and now have a wonderful new stylist whom I cant wait to see again. If I can be satisfied, ANYONE can! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

    I have been a client at ombré for 3 years. I have been so happy. My hair is healthy and happy. I love the atmosphere and all of the staff are so fun and nice. I almost don’t want to share the name of my stylist because she’s so great and then everyone will want her! But Tatiana is amazing. I have a ton of hair, natural curly and it’s THICK and wild. Tatiana can tame it and color it perfect. A great salon!

    Five Years of Consistent ExcellenceIve been a loyal customer of Ombre Salon for five years now.  It may be closer to six years, having followed them from their prior location in the Avenues to their newer spot in Ponte Vedra Beach. My go-to service is a mens haircut and shampoo, and each visit has consistently left me impressed and satisfied.Making appointments is a breeze, and the automatic reminders sent to my mobile phone ensure that I never miss a visit.Over the years and between both locations, Ive had the pleasure of experiencing the skills and friendly conversations of three different stylists, including my primary stylist, Nancy. Each stylist has brought their unique touch to the table, and Ive walked away from every appointment very satisfied with the haircut. What truly sets Nancy and the others apart is their meticulous attention to detail, even with a simple mens haircut. Nancy, in particular, has consistently nailed the cut, understanding my preferences and making subtle adjustments with the changing seasons.The customer service is top-notch based on my experience during every visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist, who offers a drink upon arrival, to the stylists who take the time to understand and deliver the perfect haircut. The waiting area has a large TV and a fascinating saltwater reef tank, making any brief wait before appointments enjoyable.In summary, Ombre Salon has provided me with five-plus years of consistently excellent service. The combination of skilled stylists, a clean and modern environment, and a friendly customer-focused approach make this my salon for a men’s haircut.

    Being someone that likes to take risks, it’s hard to find a salon with a stylist that jumps on board with confidence about the color and hair styles I wear. Not only did Ava make me feel completely comfortable in her chair, she gave me suggestions that helped me make a better decision on what I wanted. She was very professional, polite and fun. I love my hair and I will definitely be back to see her.

    Genesis works magic with a razor/scissors. I looked for a long time for a stylist that knows how to give a good asymmetrical cut and she is not good she is fantastic! She doesn’t rush her cuts and is very pleasant. I drive 30 minutes to come to Ombré Salon because of the services and talented stylists there. I highly recommend this salon.

    A clean, modern salon, friendly courteous employees. I went on March 23, 2024 to get my hair cut. Tatyana did great job. She did wash my hair, did relaxing head massage and cut and style my hair. Recommend everyone!

    Nancy is a godsend! She has helped me get control of my curly mop! I have the kind of curl that has no direction and a lot of personality. I have never liked my hair -- so many stylists do not know how to cut curly hair -- but Nancy has me feeling great about it for the first time EVER (and Im in my 50s)! It is an amazing feeling. :)Her salon is impeccably clean and modern. She does an excellent job of making sure that all who enter, whether they see her or someone else, have a wonderful experience. It is so relaxing. The products she carries are terrific as well. I have been able to find lightweight yet effective products that I love.

    I had a great experience at Ombre salon with Andrea. She was very professional and attentive to detail. The salon is not very big but is modern and the chairs are very comfortable. Customer service is great.I will go back to this salon for sure.

    Anastasia is absolutely amazing at what she does! This skilled woman possesses a talent and dedication that you rarely see nowadays.I came in with orange/fried hair that unfortunately was destroyed by another salon.She was beyond meticulous and thorough. My hair was completely transformed and the end result was better than I could have imagined. I drove an hour just to see her and I can say, I am so happy that I did. If you are looking for someone that specialises in blonde hair, you must see Anastasia!Absolutely stunning work!

    I got my hair cut with Nancy today and I am beyond pleased with the outcome! I was immediately greeted and welcome to the salon. I have very long hair (& I’m a bit protective over it) and Nancy took the time to explain what she was going to do and checked in with me throughout. I did not feel pressured at any point.     I am so very pleased to have found Genesis! She gives a great shampoo and a fantastic haircut! Since I love to get my haircut because it thoroughly relaxes me, she does not talk incessantly. Totally recommend you see Genesis for your next haircut!

    Tatiana did an absolutely amazing job! I went in with really long dirty dishwater unkept hair. I didn’t even know exactly what I wanted. I showed her different pictures of things I liked and told her I was sick of blah hair and just wanted style and life again. So with very vague instructions she got started and delivered above my expectations! I absolutely love my hair! I feel like a person again 😂 I feel beautiful.

    I found it very difficult to find a good cosmetologist in the area until I discovered Ombré. I have had 2 highlights and haircuts there with 2 different stylists (Andrea & Ava) and they both were excellent!

    Nancy cut my curly hair and did a wonderful job! It was such a great experience, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with curly hair, because it is so difficult to find someone who knows what they are doing, but Nancy definitely does!

    Everyone is super nice here and the place really respects the fact that we are living in a pandemic: masks and social distancing matter. My stylist Tatiana is amazing. She takes her time to ensure that my hair is carefully cut so that every hair falls into place when I style it myself. When your hair is as fine as mine, that really matters.

    I had called for a haircut and within an hour I had an apt. Nina? the stylist i talked to was very nice and proffesional. I asked of she gelt comfortable with short hair cuts and she said she was. When I arrived i was taken to my chair on time and she took her time with me to find the cut I liked.     Ombre salon was easy to book an appointment online. I booked with Anastasiia who’s very experience and very pleasant, She worked miracles cutting & coloring my hair which was well overdue she did amazing job! The products available there to buy are my favorite Davines well worth the price!Ombré salon is a very friendly comfortable place to have your hair done. Course I will go back there 👍🏻!

    Definitely a lovely salon! Staff are very nice and know their craft well. The salon itself is very clean, organized and bright, has its own charm. They also provide plenty of hair products to purchase while there. I would 100% recommend!The only downside in my opinion is the location is a bit out of the way. But if youre not in a rush, its no problem at all! Totally worth it!

    I was out on a Sunday when my car gave me an immediate emergency warning saying coolant level was low and to top off immediately. I decided to stop in to Goodyear on rt 210. The guy at the front desk did not know if the would do that so he said to check with a mechanic out back. The mechanic said no problem. I pulled my car up and he filled it with coolant to the right level. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. Dont worry about it. Cant beat that kind of service. Think Ill come here for my next set of tires.
