    I usually use the Great Clips location on the other side of town but I had an appointment near this location so I decided to give them a shot. Two thumbs up! Its really convenient that all the stores computer customer notes & cutting instructions are linked so they already knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and which size trimmer guards to use!     Danielle is absolutely amazing! So friendly, super dedicated to giving a quality cut, and very attentive to details! I went in with a bad cut from another local salon that needed to be fixed. She not only fixed it, but gave me the best cut Ive ever had. Hands down the best experience Ive had getting a hair cut and I will absolutely be a customer for life. Thank you Danielle!!     Nicest people working here at closing time!I got to the salon so late! Thinking they were open until 8pm Shyann and the gentleman who was working with her (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) were both so kind!     I love this place. Sign in with the app, know exactly when to show up for my haircut. The days of waiting for your turn in the waiting room are over. I am usually in and out in less then 15 mins. Have never had reason to complain about anything here.

    I have been going there for 13 years. I always find someone there who can do ethnic hair. Their prices are reasonable and they are fast. I have a short afro; so this is easy enough. They now have an actual black stylist ! So I am really happy. I do not have to explain much and she does a beautiful job.

    Good haircuts. Great clips has a lot of deals and you can get a hair cut for less than $10.00. I mostly use their Facebook deals for $7.99. Otherwise it would be $18.00. Service is fast especially if you book ahead online. I’ve used several different locations on Treasure Coast and they are equally the same. Of you are just looking for a plan guys haircut this is a good choice.

    This is a wonderful place to get a quick haircut. I’ve been here twice now and each time it was a perfect visit. No matter who you get, they are fast, friendly, and do an excellent job. It is clean and inviting and with the online check-in, you can get in pretty quickly. I highly recommend this location for your next haircut.

    They are fabulous here! The stylists really listen and care about you leaving loving how you look! Ive paid 10x the money at the upscale salons and not had as good a cut and gotten worse customer service. Id give more stars if they had them!

    Very personable stylist and everyone at check-in was very helpful. It would be best to go their website & make your appt, especially if you are in a hurry or cant stand waiting.I didnt and had to wait about 20 mins., through no fault of theirs. People walked in consistently, so you may have to wait, if you dont book on-line. All on all a very nice place. Reasonably priced, especially for seniors. My only problem with salons, is that you cant get your hair washed. Cant wait til full service is back!

    After going to 3 well known salons here in port st lucie...paying over $50 for a cut and still not getting what I wanted, I decided to go to great clips. I was skeptical...the lady who started doing cutting my hair wasnt too sure what I wanted so she asked Paula to help her and I asked her to finish the cut. Paula is amazing Ive been there 3 times and wont go to anyone else. Paula is very experienced and will give you exactly what you want. I couldnt believe after so many years of paying a ton for a haircut that now I pay under $20. Ask for Paula and you wont be disappointed. Just because its great clips doesnt mean you dont have talented hairstylists here...you just have to know who to go to.

    Rebecca (Becky) cut my hair. My hair was so grown out with no style. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted. She did an amazing job. I was afraid to have someone I didnt know cut my hair but she far exceeded my expectations. Definitely going back to her. She was friendly and just so pleasant too.

    Great place to grab a haircut. They always get you in and out. Online check-in makes it even faster. This is by far the best place in PSL to get a haircut.

    Place can get busy, and it is a better move to check in online because they seem to give preference to those who do. However, once served, like most of the chains, some of the hair stylists (I just get a haircut) are better than others and more meticulous.     I had hair at shoulder length and asked for a short pixie cut. After it was done it wasnt styled and therefore went home to play with it. I then found the top of my hair was the longest. I went back to have the girl fix it and razor it; when I left it seemed better UNTIL I did it my layers are all crazy, she never used the razor as I asked and for the whole week I have felt uneasy but refuse to pay for another cut somewhere else but also refuse to go back to the same place that messed up a serious length cut VERY DISAPPOINTED!....**UPDATE** I spoke to the manager Lisa and she got me in right away fixed my hair to what I originally expected and gave me 2 free haircuts for future thanks for the quick response

    On Saturday February 8th 2020 my 2 girls and I went to hair cuttery on st james in psl and we was told they could not give us a hair cut because she was coloring someone else hair and it could not be done till after 11am it was 9am. So we left went to great clips and yes they were busy and got us in and out in 30 minutes get shout out yall are awesome and did great jobs

    I have thinner hair due to PCOS and I always feel a bit insecure going to a new stylist but Stormy did a wonderful job and was very sweet. The haircut was super affordable and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

    I have very big very curly hair and I had literally just been to five salons that told me they couldn’t cut my hair. At one salon, they told me that no one there could cut my hair but that I should wait for Rakita who’s on vacation. I waited one week for Rakita and then when I meet her she asks if my hair is a wig and says she has never seen hair like mine. I just went to this salon with no hope after being let down so many times. The girl here didn’t hesitate to cut my hair at all and she had long straight blonde hair. She did a great job and cut it dry and shaped my hair perfectly. She said that a true stylist should be able to cut all textures because that’s what they teach you in school. I agree!
