    We are travelers and today I went to another salon first called Blvd (a few doors down from Hair Cuttery). Come to find out later that they were having a class and was closed to public. Thats fine, but I stood outside their locked glass doors for few minutes waiting for someone to tell me something but NO ONE even attempted to let me know anything. That is just plain rude as they all saw me there. 👎🏽😡I left and saw Hair Cuttery Salon and was immediately acknowledged by multiplestylists and did walk-in right then! Priscilla was friendly and did an AWESOME job with my hair! I am extremely happy that I didnt end up at the Blvd... call it a blessing in disguise! Hair Cuttery is very reasonable, professional and good people. Other salons need to take notes from them. Customer service is the opening for a loyal customer and you bet Ill be back here to see the wonderful and caring crew at Hair Cuttery!!! Thank you for having basic common courtesy, its appreciated and lacking greatly in todays world. 🙏🏽👍🏽🤗💖💇🏽‍♀️

    Pricilla is one on the most amazing hairstylists I have ever had. I came to the salon over 2 Yeats ago and I was wanting a change to go from blonde to brown. She is so personal and perfect from when you walk in she greets you and makes you feel welcome asking if you need anything at all even water. she explains what she’s going to do to your hair before she does it so you know what’s happening . My hair was very bad before with the blonde and now my hair is outstanding . I will never ever ever have another hair stylist ever only Pricilla! She’s has such an impact that not only am I comfortable with her my daughter only requests her for her school hair cuts , hairstyles and more(she’s 8). My hair is so long and thick again!!!

    Staff was unbelievable my daughter and I came in for her first professional haircut before school. And this delightful young man did a fantastic job and the interactions were very memorable. I got my hair done as well by the manager (I believe) who was equally as wonderful and totally took my idea and ran with it. It turned out awesome like she read my mind! Love them!

    My husband and I have such limited time to go to a salon... looking at the reviews online...we were not disappointed with Hair Cuttery at St. LUCIE WEST... made the online appointment 30 mins ahead and was taken in right away. FRIENDLY STAFF.... my husband had Tammy and he was very pleased with the hair cut... I had Demaris and she helped me love my pixie haircut.... will definitely be a regular in this salon....     Have been going to Sherri for haircuts for 10+ years and always send friends and family her way, she is the best!! Every trip to Sherri is full of great funny conversation and plenty of laughs. She does an amazing job and truly cares about people. Gift cards to go see Sherri are always my go-to gifts for the ladies in my family around the holidays!

    Words cannot express how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE my stylist Michael. I’ve been going to Michael for 15+ years. He has cut and colored my hair in just about every fashion and color. He is an amazing stylist and ARTIST when it comes to making me look and feel AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL .I can walk in with an idea and he will put his spin on things and Viola’ .I won’t recommend anyone else in the industry.     I absolutely love coming to the Hair Cuttery! I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and get my color here exclusively. Only place I’ll go! I’ve recently moved and found a new Hair Cuttery location in Saint Lucie West and it’s just as good as my old one. Tammy does my hair for color and she is amazing. Every time my hair comes out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about her and also the Hair Cuttery. I also love the Cibu products, they are so good. Please never get rid of them. They are miracle workers for my long, thick hair. Thank you so much for a great place to get my hair done. Only thing I’d change is the cost of the services. I have been coming for years and the price has gone up significantly. Otherwise, I am a happy customer.

    Kiley is an amazing hairstylist. She is incredibly talented and efficient. I came to this location to try to restore my hair but also cover up my grays. Kylie was honest with what she thought my hair needed but also took what I wanted into consideration. I’ve received so many compliments on my hair since I started seeing her. I highly recommend Kylie & her expertise as a hair stylist! Additionally the price was definitely affordable & not overpriced like other salons in our area.

    Been coming to this location for over 22yrs. The prices are reasonable, the shop is clean and everyone is friendly. My products are always available and I never have to wait long to be seen, like some establishments. Im sure all the employees are great, but Ive been coming to Sherri since day one. And its always nice sitting in her chair.

    I showed up as a walk in on a Sunday morning. I fully expected to wait or be asked to come back later. I know walk ins can upset the routine of a busy day so i was a bit skeptical of getting a haircut that day. Richard who greeted me was extremely friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome. He was excellent !I received my haircut from Michael and again he was very welcoming, professional and friendly. He cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I was extremely pleased.     I am here for business trip and decided to get my hair fix up before the Monday meeting.Yesterday late afternoon, I was in Palm City driving around, then saw a Hair Cuttery and decide to get my hair trim down, but that was a bad cut with lots of gels covering up, I didnt realize it until got back to the hotel.So this morning I Googled and found this Hair Cuttery near by my hotel and called in for help, Becky over the phone quickly told me that they will do what needs to be done to help, I just have to come in anytime before they close at 6 pm.Since my hotel is only two blocks away, I got in within 10 minutes. Guess what, the store at Palm City didnt enter my phone number correctly and they were not able to find my information, but Brianna told me not to worry and she will look up on their system, so Brianna had Erika take me in and help to fix my hair while looking up my information (glad I charged my Credit Card, so I did have the proof as well) while Erika working on my hair, Bree was there chatting to keep us company.Erika did explain to me about how my hair shows every piece of cut, so hairstylist does need to pay bit extra attention, and I do agree with her on that part, so I would only look at this incident that is might have been a long day for the other lady who messed up my hair.At the end, Im so glad that the employees at this store of Saint Lucie West took all they can to help me out, they are all really nice and friendly, I will definitely be back again on my next business trip to visit them.I do suggest everyone to come visit this store!

    Awesome! My daughter Alice came in for a haircut before school. It was super damaged from swim lessons and chlorine not only did Kylie make great suggestions she corrected all the damage from the weeks of chlorine and gave her fairy hair!     I originally went to a different salon to get a quick haircut today and my experience was TERRIBLE. The lady didn’t cut my bangs although that was one of the two things I went there for, and it felt like I was rushed out the door. She used products and wouldn’t even mention why she was using them, and didn’t wash my hair or even rinse it before cutting it. So, after all that, I came to Hair Cuttery. Frances took care of me and she was AMAZING! She washed my hair, fixed the issues I had from the other place, cut my bangs, and without me even asking told me why she was using each product.
