I don’t even know where to start about Carmel, she is one of the most amazing genuine and giving people I know. I met her in 2019 when I came to her missing half my hair from tape in extensions that someone else installed. Since then she has always had mine, my daughter and my moms hair looking amazing and healthy. Her color work is incredible, and it’s exactly what I ask for every time. My hair is super fine and it’s hard to get extensions to hold, I’ve had several other people fail but I’ve never had an issue with Carmels installation, as it’s always top notch, at times I have gone 12 weeks between move ups, and it still looks amazing, That’s unheard of.Carmel is one of the most educated hair stylist I know, she is constantly striving for new knowledge and certifications to help her clients. She truly changes lives for the better, consider yourself lucky if she gives you the opportunity to sit in her chair.

Carmel and Maya have become two of my favorite people! Not only did they do wonders with my hair (extensions and color match) they are the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful duo out there! I highly recommend them for all your hair care needs!

I have been coming here getting hair extensions for a good few years and I can’t believe I’ve never wrote a review 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ If you are looking for the hair of your dreams please go see Carmel ❤️ her salon is clean and bright with the right amount of privacy.. she takes her time and listens to your concerns..she is so very kind and thoughtful,she’s takes such pride in her work (go to all social media @extensionistcarmel and @heavenlybeautylounge to see all of her beautiful transformations) Carmel is extremely knowledgeable and educated in her craft.. if I said it once I’ll say it I’ll say it a million times.. you can have a fabulous color match, a fabulous blend, but if the hair is not of good quality, none of that will matter!! she has her own hair line, which I have found to be the BEST yet!! and I have been wearing hair extensions and tried quite a few different brands over the years.. if you are considering hair extensions, invest in yourself and get the customized look you’ve always dreamed of 🥰 one final comment I happen to come across one negative review of a client who claims her extensions fell out after two days, please do your research or ask any qualified hairdresser that does sewn in extensions THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!! if the client was talking about V-Light she apparently did not research the the method.. I was anxious to try it and we did but only after Carmel explained the pro and cons.. it’s a nice little add-on if you have an event or need a little change, they are made to only last a short amount of time and you must be extremely careful whether, it be washing your hair or styling it.. it’s not for everyone and only last for a short time..so please don’t come for the hairdresser… remember when you leave that salon, your hair is your responsibility 👌

Finding a hairstylist who could understand my Hispanic curly hair and my long time dream of having long gorgeous hair was a struggle - until I found Carmel! She took me in, by educating & repairing my damaged short hair (a hair style I kept for over 2 decades because was everything I knew how to handle!). After a year under her care - I decided to have full length extensions- which would be scary or maybe tiresome for someone who has never had long hair- But I’m proud to say that it was the best investment and gift I could give to myself- because Carmel educated me from the very beginning. It has been over 7months with my long hair & I still cannot believe is me in the mirror! Her blending technique from your natural hair with the extensions are so seamless, is unbelievable! I love her caring and consideration of what I would love to see, which I really just let her do her Art! Every touch up- Carmel makes it look like is a new hairstyle! She will not let you go - until her masterpiece is done to perfection! I have never left her chair hating my hair- if anything- I leave feeling more confident and in love with her artwork.When I see her other customers having gorgeous hair transformation- I celebrate with them- because I know exactly how it feels! I’m so glad & blessed that I found her! 🙏🏼

I love Carmel, I cannot express the great work she does a true artist. I am a retired hairdresser / colorist from NY and extremely fussy and crazy about who I let color or do anything to my hair. Its been a struggle to find someone that cares about what you look like rather than making a quick buck. She has been doing my extentions since 2019 and I am so ruff ( I try not to be ) on my hair with my job and life style that they NEVER EVER fall out or become loose. I go 6-8 weeks till Im ready for a move up and nor do I ever have issues. The hair she uses is wonderful, I have had them in forever and they last if you take care of them with the instructions she gives you. Carmel and her staff never disappoints they are professional and kind hearted they are like family. .. She is Always on time and goes above and beyond to better herself and her business and always helps her clients to look and feel great which I do leaving her..... ANYONE thats has anything negative to say you must not take care of your hair or extentions and are just looking to get a free service ( which is what people do) I highly recommend her you will NOT be disappointed....

Carmel has been the only person I have trusted with my hair for almost 10 years, and there’s a reason for that! As a natural curly girl (3b/4a), she has been with me from the big chops, to the growing out process and she not only takes care of my hair, but she educates me during each appointment to ensure my hair gets the same type of love at home! I recently made the decision of relaxing my hair and getting extensions and it was THE BEST THING I could have done! My natural hair is growing and the extensions are so effortless! This woman right here is a hair GODDESS! This salon lives up to the name ! She will change your life , I promise.Not only can she apply the best quality hair extensions that last over a year and can be washed, heat styled, everything you would do with your own, she does amazing dye jobs! My daughter went blonde amazingly after having a bad box job prior. It was beautiful! My hair extensions gave me confidence and I never felt better ! I’m now committed to Carmel and would give my left kidney to keep her doing my hair ! I would be lost without her ! Thank you heavenly beauty lounge for everything you do!

Carmel is the BEST extension specialist in PSL. I’ll never understand how someone can post anything negative about her or any of her work. Especially lies! At least be clear and specific about the work that was done. Extensions do not and will not just “fall out” after one wash. You failed to mention vlight that was installed, it falls out like lashes. And if you don’t know how to take care of the product that was put in your hair then maybe you shouldn’t spend $1800 having it installed. Maybe you should spend less until you learn how to care for it. Also, you said she tried to fix it multiple times so why would you keep doing the same thing over and over that caused it to fall out? 🤷🏻‍♀️

When I started my hair journey with Carmel, my hair was a flat boring reddish brown. I had spent years trying to get to blonde but no stylist was able to breakthrough my hair and make it stop pulling orange without frying my hair.Then I met Carmel. She was completely honest with me and after a few services she brought dimension, life and blonde back into my life. She is also an extension expert! My hair is so perfectly blended that no one knows it’s not mine. She is the only local artist that is actually certified in the IBE method and to top it off- in addition to her talent she is also the sweetest, most humble person I have met. I can’t recommend her enough!
