I had been researching for extensions and stumbled across Iconic through instagram, and so glad I did! Catherine answered every question I had before my appointment and was super helpful. Michela installed my 2 and a half wefts of 22” and gave me the color of my dreams. Michela was very informative and explained every step along the way. Every stylist was so nice and the vibe of the salon was upbeat and fun. High Quality salon. Will be a forever client here!!!

I reached out to Catherine, the owner, months ago. After a consultation, we decided on the 18” extensions. I have been going to Sabrina, but have had my hair worked on by all the gals here, and they’re AMAZING!! The picture in the white shirt is the first time I ever got extensions. They matched the colors perfectly. The other pictures are of today, where I got the 22” extensions. Not only is Sabrina (and all the gals) talented, but you will have a great time and a ton of laughs. What I admire most is how they make all of their customers feel like beautiful rockstars. I am hooked now! If you want extensions, beautiful color, and an amazing cut, come to Iconic. Trust me, as a pageant girl, this is the best place I’ve ever been to, to get my hair done! 😊💕

Today was my first experience at this salon and I was completely amazed. The salon is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I entered Catherine and her team were very welcoming and friendly. It’s obvious that they enjoy what they do and their work is exceptional. They truly go above and beyond to give you your best hair possible. I live almost two hours away but I’m so happy with my hair that it’s worth every minute of the drive. This salon is full of talent and I highly recommend!

I have been going to Catherine for years and she is absolutely Amazing! I drive from Jacksonville just to get my hair done by her because I cant find other salons offering anything as unique like Iconic Salon does. I used to be a hairstylist so I know what to look for when finding a good stylist and good salon.When I go I am greeted warmly and I feel at home. Catherine and her staff are some of the nicest, genuine, funny, and talented group of women I have ever met. Catherine has so much passion for what she does and you can see that right when you meet her. She has dedicated many years of training with top stylists in the industry and is by far one of the best in the country for hair color and hand tied hair extensions!She and her staff will blow you away with the transformations they are able to do with your hair. I walk out feeling like a completely different woman; I feel beautiful, confident, and happy. I always look forward to going back to experience it all over again! They are secure, my hair looks completely natural, the color is always spectacular, and I come out feeling great! I absolutely love this salon! I have been getting invisible bead extensions for about a year at this salon. I have had hair extensions for years but these are the only ones that do not irritate my scalp or cause any form of hair loss. My color always turns out amazing. Sabrina does my hair and I have had such a good experience with the entire staff here and especially Catherine who is the owner and an expert in her field. Love it here, always a positive and relaxed environment, including the cutest salon dog!

I love Iconic Hair Extensions! They are PROMPT, pay attention to you when you are at the salon getting service, and never reschedule my appointments. No more waiting in the waiting area because your stylist is running behind either. No more scrambling with a reschedule. They do a fabulous job on extensions and color. I have been with Catherine for over a year and never had a problem. In the past, I’ve had bead extensions, taped extensions, and hand tied. Iconic is the ONLY salon I have never had to go back between visits for a fallen weft or bead. Highly recommend.

Catherine has been doing my hair for about a year now and she is thee absolute best with extensions. I am so obsessed with how my hair looks after seeing her. I struggle with thin hair, so she really made me so much more confident with the IBE extensions. I switched from tape ins and will never go back. Her salon is absolutely adorable and her staff are so so sweet. Mikayla is always super friendly and Brooke is great at curling your hair. If you are looking for a new hair place, iconic should be your go to!!!

THE BEST SALON EVER!! They are amazing at what they do, they are so so friendly and engaging, and the salon itself is so beautiful, down to every detail. I had a really difficult hair starting point with years of re growth and old box dye in my ends, and Catherine completely transformed my hair into the most beautiful hair I’ve ever had!! I love this salon and will be coming back for everything I need.

Catherine and all the other stylists here are amazing! A couple of years ago, my hair started thinning pretty significantly. I started investigating extensions and the various types. I discovered IBE and decided this was likely the method for me. I started at a different salon that didnt end up working out (not going to go into specifics in this review). I started searching again for an IBE expert. I found Catherine and booked a consult. Long story short, she found issues with my previous installation and expressed true concern and booked me an appointment the very next week to correct the issue. She has done an amazing job. The hair quality is beautiful and her coloring and blending skills are the best!! I am so grateful to have found this amazing woman and this fun, welcoming, upbeat salon!!! I truly believe she saved my hair!

The iconic girls are definitely ICONIC! They do amazing work and although the prices are on the higher end they are perfectionists and the work they perform is exceptional. Not only that but their customer service is impeccable. I’m a nurse and getting my hair done is a treat and when I’m there it’s very relaxing and professional. Plus the salon pup Nala is so sweet and lovable! One of these days I will be getting those amazing extensions that I’ve heard nothing but good things about. They educate and always check in on their clients as I have 3 friends that also go here as well for their hair in which they have always had outstanding experiences. I was searching on tik tok for a salon that specialized in IBE extensions…from the moment I walked in to Iconic they surpassed all my expectations!! The salon was gorgeous.. so much detail has been put into giving you a glamorous experience. Brooke took my sad, broken, splotchy, chin length hair, and transformed it to the literal Rapunzel level hair of my dreams….three rows of perfect blonde 18” extensions. I really loved the way all of the girls in the salon work together..they all have great chemistry, and it really shows in the way they help each other to make every client feel and look their absolute best. I can’t thank you guys enough..I’m so happy I found you!!!

Michaela is an artist and her craft is absolutely enviable. This is the easiest and most comfortable I have ever been in extensions.
