    JESSICA is the BEST - Saved my blonde after a DIY attempt. Hair color and correction was perfect. She used products that helped repair the damage I did and itā€™s better than ever.     I just had the most enjoyable and relaxing experience having my hair cut and highlighted by Sabrina at Tangles Hair Salon! It was my first time, so of course I was a little nervous, but everything went way better than I couldā€™ve ever expected. She was so patient and kind and spent time listening to my requests and looking at pictures before we even got started. She is very detail oriented, which is exactly what I was hoping for!     Do not hesitate to make an appointment at this salon! If I could give it 10 stars ā­ļø I would! The owner Melissa Cincimino goes out of her way to listen, and discuss your wants and needs. Sheā€™s amazing w blondes and fantastic at extensions. I had come in with a not so happy result from a local salon, being told ā€œ you canā€™t do that to your hairā€ well Melissa said ā€œ of course we canā€ and she did! She recently moved up my extensions with such detail, she takes pride in her work and her salon!Iā€™ve had several appointments now and wanted to share my experiences. I have watched the other stylist in the salon and all of them are amazing, the moral is upbeat and everyone is friendly including Melissaā€™s Mom Carol at the front desk! You wonā€™t be disappointed I promise!

    Sabrina did an amazing job on my hair. I had highlights previously but they were barely visible. After discussing what process and color to use, she did her magic creating beautiful highlights with a deep base that gave me the look I was trying to achieve with another salon.     Suzie here, not Jason. LOL. I have been getting my hair done for eight years with Jessica Ball. I did have long beautiful hair and got highlights often. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, Jessica helped me transition to a short angled Bob and then she shaved my head as my hair began to fall out. Now my hair has finally grown back and she helped me grow it out gracefully. Cutting the mullet off and growing out the top. Now Iā€™ve been colored and this is where Iā€™m at now. Itā€™s so wonderful to have a stylist who can help you transition through unexpected styles and make you feel beautiful.

    Personally, I see Jess. She is fantastic! However, my reason for editing my previous review is because of my mother in law. She is visiting from Illinois and needed a root touch up and cut. She was able to see Sabrina and let me tell you!!! She was SO happy with her color and cut! Her hair looks AMAZING! And talk about a sweetheart!     I came to Tangles to fix my heavily damaged platinum bleached blonde hair, and Nicole has been amazing with this process! She listened very carefully to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve, but I came in a bit open minded knowing my hair was in a delicate condition. She worked with me for multiple deep conditioning treatments before even touching my hair with color in order to get it healthy first. I knew it would take time, but Iā€™m thankful for her professional opinion that my hair couldnā€™t handle color as opposed to just coloring my hair because thatā€™s what I wanted. I trusted her judgement and I am happy I did because my hair is so much noticeably thicker, healthier, softer and all around going in the direction I was hoping for. We finally made it to a point where my hair can handle color and sheā€™s done a great job at protecting my hair while implementing my wishes. I leave so happy after every appointment. The salon itself is gorgeous and the entire staff is so warm and friendly. I absolutely recommend coming here!

    I absolutely love my appointments at Tangles Salon with Toni Black! Toni is so professional and knowledgeable and her experience is evident! I am very picky at who does my hair and after my first appointment with her I knew I was in good hands! She is a master at coloring and her hair cutting skills are no less!     We recently moved back to Brevard after decades away, and I hadnt had my hair done in so long. It was looking pretty lackluster, but honestly the idea of trying to find a new stylist in a new area was a bit overwhelming. Recently I read some positive comments about Tangles in a local Facebook group and decided to take a chance. I am SOOOO happy I did! I asked for highlights and a cut. They set an appointment for me with Nicole and I could not be happier with the results. My hair looks healthy, youthful, and glowing but in a very natural way. Nicole is absolutely charming, incredibly patient, and she has such a calm, reassuring manner. She explained each step along the way, answering every question, describing the purpose for each product or technique, and the expected result...and she was accurate! It was 100% a great experience; from the friendly scheduling call to the fabulous highlights & cut from Nicole. Highly recommend the salon and, more specifically, Nicole!

    After moving here from NJ it took me over 2 years to find a salon that met my expectations in the Viera area. Once I met Melissa and had my first appointment I was sold and never looked back. Iā€™ve been a client for years now and feel like family when Iā€™m at Tangles. Strangers regularly come up to me out of nowhere to compliment me on my hair, and I attribute that to this wonderful salon.     I have been going to Toni at Tangles for years! I want to say 8 or 9 years now. I had a really hard time finding a salon that had skilled stylists (especially with color). Toni is amazing and Iā€™d go to about anyone in the salon honestly. She not only does what I want and ask for but she cares enough about me to not give me bangs every time Iā€™m stressed and ask for them šŸ˜‚ Also the ambiance at the salon is great and thatā€™s also important. Great work and awesome people!

    I went to the salon for the first time Sat 4/01 and was blown away how clean and cute the space was decorated. Sabrina gave me beautiful highlights, toner, and a cut. Her shampoo and head massage are the best there is. One thing Iā€™ve never seen in any other salon is the great head rest at the sinks. I have a bad neck and wasnā€™t sore for the first time to get my hair washed.My hair feels so fresh and pretty. It has volume and I am so happy!!

    This salon was amazing! Sarah was my stylist and she was absolutely fabulous! She was very kind, warm, and did a great job with my hair.     I saw Nicole C. and she not only did an amazing job with my hair but she was absolutely lovely! Nicole took my hair from a frazzled copper/washed out red to a beautiful chocolate brown with light caramel dimension.     Melissa knows hair! She took my over-processed and neglected hair and transformed it so now itā€™s healthy, a shade of blonde that compliments my skin tone, and looks natural. She has been styling both my teen daughter and I for two years. Her technique has allowed me to let it grow out the longest itā€™s been in 20 years because my hair no longer breaks off like it did previously. My only regret is that I didnā€™t start seeing her when she was recommended to me 10 years ago.

    I have looked for years to find a salon that I love. My hair color was terrible from a salon I tried and after doing some ā€œInstagram researchā€ I found Tiffany. Best decision I ever made. She hits the nail on the head every time. I have very long hair and she didnā€™t even bat an eye. Does not matter what I want she will make it happen and keep the dignity and health of my hair. She explains how to get to my goal and gives me realistic expectations every time. The staff is always so nice and friendly. I recommend to everyone!

    This salon went beyond my expectations. My hairstylist was Sarah and she did a full highlight and haircut for me. Iā€™ve been highlighting my hair since I was 13. This is hands down the best highlights Iā€™ve ever had. Itā€™s so natural I canā€™t even tell I have highlights in my hair. I would highly recommended her for anyone who needs help with their blonde hair. The prices arenā€™t cheap and above average in my opinion but I love my hair so much that I would probably come back again. Thank you guys.

    Ive lived in Viera for just over a year and after getting my hair cut at another salon in the area (it was uneven šŸ™„), I finally decided to make an appointment at Tangles. The woman who scheduled my appointment over the phone was very nice, the salon is clean, and everyone seemed very nice. Jess was the stylist I saw and she took the time at the beginning of the appointment to listen to what I wanted. She did highlights and a layered blunt bob and I absolutely love it! She even took the time to show me how to curl it with a flat iron which was really helpful. I definitely found my new salon and stylist!

    Tiffany is amazing. Iā€™ve struggled finding the right stylist but Iā€™m so glad I found her on Instagram.     I moved to Florida a few months ago and have been trying to find a new stylist. I read tons of reviews of many different places but Tangles was the one I continued to come across that had wonderful reviews. Let me just say, they were all RIGHT! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in that Friday. My stylist was Melissa not only was she extremely sweet, but she took the time to hear what problems I was having with my hair, baby fine, limp, hard to manage and my color was such a mess since it had been nearly 5 months since I had it done. Ive had the same stylist for 20+ years and was very nervous to try someone new. We decided to do my color a little different than I was used to but something about her made me trust her and Im so glad I listened to my gut. She did a phenomenal job and then came the cut which she nailed. Its got bounce and life to it. Thank you so much Melissa and Tangles!

    I had a cut, color and style by Melissa. I am super happy with the results! I am a red head (it has turned to a dull auburn over the years) and the color Melissa used has given it life while looking natural which I know is a challenge with this color. I also had a good 4 inches taken off my hair and the cut is so becoming. I would definitely recommend coming to Tangles.     I had the BEST time today with Emily at Tangles! She spent her time with me, over five hours, fixing and getting my hair to how I wanted, and never once made me feel like a nuisance. I showed her what I wanted, we discussed it, and got exactly to the look I requested. She was so laid back and fun, the convo flowed easily. She definitely knows what she is doing, and enjoys it on top of that; and adheres to the wishes that you feel are far fetched.     Loved it here! I had an appointment with Doris and she is a lot of fun! Growing up, I always went to get my hair done at my Aunts salon and I didnt know anything different.. So I stopped getting my hair done when she sold the salon and when I moved away to college. So needless to say, its been years since Ive gotten my hair done. Lately Ive been wanting to get my hair cut and dyed and I looked around in the Melbourne-Viera area and found this place!     Over the years living in Key West I always had a horrible experience with haircuts. I would always bring in a photo of how I would like my hair cut & styled. My hair would never turn out the way I wanted it to be. I would always walk out of a salon & throw on a baseball cap and call it day. Well moving to the Melbourne area and only been here for only 3 weeks I was in dire need of a haircut & style. I stumbled across Tangles Hair Studio on Facebook.     Great atmosphere - modern and clean inside. I have very fine, thin hair and Trish does a great job with it! She listens to what I want and is very friendly. I dont feel pressured to buy a ton of products as I leave like most salons. Even though theyre always busy on the weekends when I go, Ive never felt rushed while getting my hair cut.

    TRISH! She is my girrrrl! She took my short brown hair and transitioned it healthily to very blonde.Iā€™ve been with her for the last 10 years.     My family recently moved from Colorado, so I needed to find a hair salon to go to, to get my hair colored and styled regularly. I had previously dyed my hair a very dark color, and wanted to get my hair back to its lighter color so it was easy to maintain in college, something I know is typically a long, expensive process. Melissa worked with me, and knew exactly how to make it the same idea that I wanted to do so my hair could eventually be what the lighter, bronde color I wanted. She colored my hair the most beautiful color its ever been; Ive never been more in love, and completely obsessed, with my hair. The highlights and color are done to perfection, and it all blends together so flawlessly, it looks natural. She also styled it beautifully after, giving me gorgeous, loose beachy waves. I ended up not even wanting to change it to anything lighter, it looks so incredible now as it is, much better than any picture I couldve shown! I definitely left the salon looking, and feeling, more beautiful than ever, and am happy to say Ive found my hair salon and hair colorist in Florida. There is no one better!

    This is The Best Hair Studio in Brevard county with very talented stylist at the top of their game. I would not go to any other salon in Brevard county. I use to a assist Melissa the owner when I was in Cosmetology school. In Five years I havent come across any stylist that matches her ability.
