    I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips with Janel! She is a truly talented and patient master stylist. She took her time asking my teenager detailed questions to understand exactly what he wanted, and the result was perfect. She gave him the exact haircut he envisioned, and he couldn’t be happier. I really appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend Janel for anyone looking for a great haircut!

    I took my autistic teenage son to get his hair cut, and Rose did an amazing job. She only used scissors on him and did not push hair trimming machine like other stylists. She respected his sensory sensitivities and made him super comfortable. He was very comfortable and actually happy dueing the hair cut. Thank you so much :)

    My husband and I enjoy coming to your salon. The staff is friendly and professional.The reason we drive 45 minutes each way is to have your stylist Amy cut our hair. She knows how to tame cowlicks and is always attentive to our needs.I guess you can call us Amy Groupies!Jim and Rita

    I came here last month to cut my sons hair. It was his first haircut and Janelle wad great, she treated him like no other, very patient and lovely. I cant thank her enough for her professionalism and the experience.

    According to my receipt my stylist was Rosys. I say the same thing every time I get a cut....#4 clipper straight up, off the collar, off the ears and scissor cut to blend in two good fingers of length on top. Ive had some pretty good haircuts in my time but this was one of the best if not the best. THANKS ROSYS!

    My husband and I just moved from Los Angeles and had our first haircuts at Great Clips with Rosie. I have curly hair and my husband has wavy. Rosie understood what we wanted and we could not be happier! The shop owner is hands on and professional and we had almost no wait time. My entire family will now be going to Great Clips at Plantation Plaza for all our haircut needs.

    I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Richie at this location. He was incredibly professional and had extensive knowledge about how to deal with my hair type and style. I’m usually the type to cross my fingers every haircut I get, but I will definitely be returning to see Richie with full faith that my hair will look great after our session. He stood out as being an exemplary stylist.

    Was told about this hair cutting gem from a friend and now Ill pass it along to you. Excellent staff that are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Have only been going there for a few months and Im treated like family every time I walk in. Checking in online is a snap. Step in and wait just a few minutes, if you have to wait at all. Then sit back and let the experts take care of you. I personally request one of two young ladies; however, I have no doubt everyone of these professionals will do an excellent job. As an added bonus active duty military and retired veterans receive a discount.

    The Race Track Road location is great. Ive tried other Great Clips locations without much luck, but Ive had three different stylists at the Race Track Road and they were all good

    I want to say that I had a GREAT experience this morning getting my hair cut. I just moved to the area. The reception was nice, attentive and informative about my wait time. I had not pre-checked in. I told her what type of stylist I needed for my specific needs and she scheduled me with the Manager Jenna.When Jenna called me, she listened to my specific needs for my hair type and concerns about the cut I wanted and needed for me. And she delivered!!! I have never had someone meet the need the first time.I was very impressed, and she did exactly what I asked for and gave me the cut and style I wanted and it looks great!! Thank you Jenna and staff.I hope they keep Jenna as the manager for a very long time!! Great Job!

    I was going in the hospital and she got my hair showed up that during the time while I was in the hospital I didnt have to worry about it not and getting so I couldnt put a comb through it yes its short Im going back to get it short too because its easy to take care

    I am usually pretty happy with my cut but today it was absolutely terrible. The man that was cutting my hair, I think his name was richie, was just terrible. Ive never had a more uneven haircut than the one I got today. The wait time was short, but he was speeding through the haircut as if the store was busy. He never seemed to have any idea what he was doing despite having worked there for so long. When I went back in later to get it fixed, he cut another persons hair and I saw the customer leave and comeback with the same issue as me. 9 times out of 10 I will get a decent cut at this location but I will make sure the guy from today never touches my hair again. Itd be unfair to give this review a 1 star because of the competent workers in the store, but if I could give a review to richie independently, it would be a 1 star.

    I was always skeptical of Great Clips, but seeing this one was right by home, I figured id give it a try. Priya did an amazing job with my hair! She pointed out things that my past barber had done incorrectly and explained what she did before doing it and was very knowledgeable! Super friendly and a great price, I will definitely be back!

    I love their app. Can check in and seldom have to wait. They have all my preferences in the computer so that whoever cuts my hair has that information. Shop is always clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

    They have so many stylists there that the wait is short. My stylist did a great job! Personally, I liked this great clips more than the one off of 2-10 and the other one off of racetrack.

    Great Customer Service and Haircut Every Visit. I have been going to this Great Clips location for many years. The customer service is truly excellent. I highly recommend Great Clips - Julington Creek.

    5 stars for beautician. Music was playing was awful. Customers come in to get hair cut not to listen to loud and stupid Halloween music. If this trend continues I will go some where else.
