I am sure you will agree that relocating is difficult. Especially finding a new hair stylist and colorist. It took me ten months to find Jen at Studio 804. Her reviews are out standing, and she was very flexible in setting an appointment. Jen did a terrific job putting layers in and creating a style that was just what I was looking for. I learned so much about how to style my new layers and how to care for my hair to combat dryness.I highly recommend Jen at her Studio 804!

Jennifer is honestly not only the nicest and most patient person to work with she’s extremely talented and knowledgeable about her craft! I was so worried when I moved here about 2 years ago that I was not going to find someone I could trust and be comfortable with after having the same hair dresser for ten years, and I don’t know how I got so lucky but I found Jennifer! She’s done wonders for my hair and is always open to try new things and work with my obsession to be blonde! I also have very thin hair so achieving the color I want takes someone very experienced and amazing to keep my hair so healthy and beautiful! She takes so much time to make sure there’s no breakage and always does the most amazing job with the blonde color I love! I don’t know where to start with my experience. The entire process was above and beyond my expectations. I did hair and makeup with mane and mascara. Chanel did my makeup. She was so sweet and friendly and her makeup was perfect for my big day. She gave me the perfect colors and I was glowing. My hair experience was also great with Ashley. She gave me exactly what I asked for and even sewed in some rings in my hair as my something old and borrowed. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would 100% recommend mane and mascara

After being screwed over by another company a month before my wedding, I stumbled upon Mane and Mascara so decided to reach out. And thank god I did! Jennifer was responsive, friendly and reassuring. And pricing was definitely a plus. I had specific needs and she went out of her way to accommodate them. My main concern was making sure the stylists had experience with African American hair/makeup and I was put to ease when she told me yes! I had my hair and makeup trial done at my home and was absolutely pleased with both. Day of the wedding, was no different. Jen is the consummate professional. She knows her stuff and is an ace in getting color and highlights right. She really listens to your hair dilemmas/goals and gives realistic advice on how to achieve the look you want. I swim for exercise 3 times a week and when I met her several years ago my hair was fried. She gave it to me straight on how to rehab my hair to get it healthy again and it worked, I’m so happy with my hair! I was a client down in St. Augustine and continue to drive up to her new Studio because she is the only person I trust with my hair. In addition, Jen is great to talk with and she is fast and efficient so you are in and out in under two hours for a partial highlight, haircut and blow out.
