    Elizabeth and her co worker, unfortunately, I did not get her name, were simply so professional, yet friendly enough to make me feel comfortable and eased my stress over the color of my hair. They were both fantastic. It is nice to say I have found a hair stylist who can cut my hair the exact way I want. I hope they both stay at this location for a long time. I am now a loyal customer and announcing to everyone - If you have any fears or anxiety from bad hair experiences try Elizabeth you will be amazed at how sweet, honest and professional she is at solving challenges when it comes to the damage our hair goes through.

    Louise is my stylist and she is stellar!! I have been coming to her for a while now. She always makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the chair. And she has never steered me wrong about anything. Color, cut, style, they all always turn out great. I love her!

    Jenna is FANTASTIC!!! I have very thick and curly hair.(Shirley Temple curly). It is not very easy to cut. But Jenna does a great job every time. I drive almost 20 miles 1 way just for Jenna to cut my very unruly hair. Let’s just say she’ll tamed it nicely.She always asks about my furry and feathered family, listens to my sob stories or rejoices in my happy stories. If I could give Jenna 10 stars I would. Because again she is FANTASTIC!!!

    Carmen is the best hairdresser. I use to be one until I got old that’s why I know she is not good she is Fantastic. She is sweet and caring there is not enough words to say what a great person she is or a great hairdresser.

    I received a very nice shampoo and haircut from Carmen. I made an appointment online and she was ready for me. I like my hair cut pretty short because it’s thick and grows fast. Carmen asked a few questions and was very good with the thinning shears and razor. My entire appointment took exactly 15 minutes and I really like my haircut.

    I have my hair colored about once a month here by Carmen and she always does a great job, my hair is very long but she takes the time to do a great job and also when she shampoos it I come out feeling very clean and silky. I would highly recommend Carmen.

    Usually, I never go into big chains like this usually I try to find private salons however, my appointment today at fantastic Sams with Azya was A fabulous experience. She was very personable and did a beyond excellent job she listened everything that I wanted and did it to a T! Go see Azya she is Great! You will love your hair when she gets done with it. I will definitely be back as long as she is there.

    Pros: Customer service is great here. When you call someone actually answers the phone and is pleasant! There are always accommodations to be sure I can be here for the proper amount of time.When I come to this location I will only let Carmen do my hair because it’s a strange, wavy, not quite straight, not quite curly, pretty thick type of hair, and I always get compliments! Love this location! ❤️ thank you ladies for always being so much fun when I’m here for 1+ hours! 🥰Cons: when the time change happens (standard time: October) the plaza is pretty dark.

    Jenna is the best! has been doing my hair for over 15 years. took my daughter for her first real haircut yesterday and she LOVED IT!! jenna knows every customer by name, their family members, and has had a loyal customer base for years. the entire staff is friendly and the salon is clean and cheerful- always decorated for every holiday. great experience every time!!

    I am giving the 5 stars for the service only. I made an appointment, arrived early and still waited 45 minutes. On the flip side, Carmen was my stylist and I can say that I hit the jackpot when I sat in her chair. She is knowledgeable, quick and personable. I LOVE the results and I will definitely be back.

    The hairdresser was very good. She was a pretty Spanish Lady with long Salt and Pepper hair. She cut my granddaughters hair, thinned her long thick hair and it looks amazing.

    Most kind and gentle lady washed my granddaughters hair. My granddaughter was severely injured in a rollover car accident and requires 24 hour nursing care. This beautiful lady showed no fear and didnt hesitate to take on the challenge of washing her hair and talked to my granddaughter as if she was normal. We are coming back every week as long as this lovely lady continues to work there. She has blessed our lives with her kindness 💗.

    My first time visiting Fantastic Sams in Mango proved to be an experience well worth it! I walked in to a full salon and was told the wait might be about ten minutes. It was less than that. I showed my stylist (Susan) a cell-photo of the cut I would like. She was very experienced and worked through my long, thick hair to give me exactly the cute, short cut I hoped for. This is a friendly, clean, very well managed salon with stylists who make you feel important. You leave feeling like youre now part of the Fantastic Sams family. I will absolutely be back and I will recommend (already have) Fantastic Sams (Mango) to everyone!

    I have come several times to this place to cut my hair and I have left very pleased. Alexis has treated me and she has been very professional, she has cut me exactly how I wanted her to look.     Susan has been terrific! Decided to go grey and very short over a year ago. Susan has helped me grow my grey out and I’m back to the original length I started at. I get compliments daily now on my color and almost as often get asked about my haircut and where I get it done. I’ve had more than 1 stylist ask me who does my hair and they gave huge compliments! Kudos Susan!

    Today is Tuesday, September 1st. I was expecting to see Louise, but I found out that her days have been cut, and she now is only available from Wednesday through Friday. Louise will be retiring soon, so I guess that explains the fact she only works three weekdays now instead of four. Instead, I got Alexis to cut my hair, and she was so nice ! She cut my hair exactly as I told her to. Even though she didnt say much, I felt comfortable with her cutting my hair. Before I got up out of my chair, Alexis called me sweetie !! I think you always take that as a compliment. So from now on, I will have either Louise or Alexis as my hair stylist ! So yes, it was a pleasant experience ! 🤗😎😊☺️

    Nice and convenient for me because its not far from where I live. Ive been going here for many many years I always liked getting the same stylist. Never really have to wait very long and of course they always do a wonderful job. I always get lots of compliments on my hair. They do a great job.

    Alexis is my go to stylist. She SLAYS my bob every time ! She’s so nice and love talking to her while getting my hair done. Her costumer service and salon skills are on point .     Mary is always so helpful and sweet. Shes willing to stay after shes suppose to be gone just to squeeze me in after a long day of work. Ive never had a problem with her or my hair when shes the one cutting it. Im just disappointed that she doesnt get enough credit that she deserves, her coworkers watch her like a child but Ive never seen why

    Carmen is the most talented Stylist in Florida. She is up to day and fast! I always leave feeling my best. She has educated me on my hair texture and products I should use.     Jenna, she’s the one who made this an amazing experience!!! My daughter is a shy very reserved 17 year old... walking into the salon was terrifying for her until Jenna came up to us and I watched my daughter blossom right before my eyes. I hope Jenna knows she made a difference in my daughter’s life...     Got in right away, and my young son was allowed back with me. Shelly listened well and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and frequently checked with me to ensure she was doing what I was asking. She chatted with me without getting personal or overbearing and it was an overall pleasant experience...I will definitely be going back for my maintenance cuts.

    Went during covid-19 re-opening,they were a little disorganized for first day ,but they were learning how to follow the covid-19 guidelines. I had wait a hour after standing in the hot Florida sun! My appointment was 2pm and I didnt get seen for a hour or so standing in the sun.but for the haircut they did a great job,the staff was friendly, professional,and they are just trying to figure things out but theyve ALWAYS been where I go to get my haircut.
